    The location and view are amazing! Unfortunately the service falls short. Asked my server how their day was and they replied, “Better when I get off” Ordered the wings and the chef bought them out with pride, but they were overcooked and extremely dry. I took a hint and left for a location where I felt valued as a customer. Mama always said, Don’t pay and beg (for service).

    Overall, the experience in this restaurant was pleasant. The service was amazing, the restaurant area was great, the rooftop was splendid, but my only issue was the food. The food quality you can tell it wasn’t fresh, you can tell the food was in frozen and came from a box. The chicken tenders that we ordered were horrible and also the wings were kind of iffy OK. I would definitely go back to this restaurant just to enjoy the rooftop axis and the venue but not for the food

    Made a reservation for September 20 at 3:15 for a birthday celebration. When I arrived I was told that the chef left for the day. I told the bartender that I had a reservation, but he said the kitchen was closed. This is unprofessional and no way to conduct business. Was highly disappointed as I quickly needed to make alternative birthday dinner plans.

    When my date and I walked into the restaurant, it was a beautiful ambience and look. But there was no host, and only the bartender was serving the whole restaurant. His attitude was very nonchalant and passive. Was looking forward to a good time with food and drink, but we both got shots and just left.

    We went to 16th on the park to celebrate my graduation and when we arrived there wasn’t a lot of people in there but the service was still terrible. The waiter was not attentive to my party and we waited long periods of time for our drinks and food. Also our waiter was very rude to my sister and kept touching my friend (her hand and shoulder).

    I had a reservation confirmed for 11:45 AM for lunch on March 27, 2023 with an out of town professional colleague . When we arrived we were told that the restaurant was "reserved for a private party and we should come back at 1 PM." I stated that I had a reservation for 11:45 and was brushed off with a" sorry, come back at 1 PM." I then showed this employee the reservation confirmation on my phone and was told the restaurant was closed. When I asked why the restaurant would accept and confirm a reservation when it is not available, the door was shut in my face.!! Horrendous customer service. I will never go back to this despicable excuse for a restaurant. The Marriott corporation should be ashamed and follow-up.

    Our sever was Rude and messed up two orders. The food we had was good it was disappointing that the crab and corn fritters are still on the website but they’re not on the menu. Also disappointed that it was cold yesterday and the restaurant did not serve hot tea.

    Came for my birthday! Amazing staff, one of the chefs come out with a cake slice (carrot, amazing right). The views are also amazing! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a rooftop restaurant to eat at in Baltimore ❤️

    It was a very nice place! Me & my wife both enjoyed it! The view was amazing! The outside fire place with TV would be an amazing idea for the spring or summer night if you are spending the weekend at the hotel!! Bartender/waitress was an absolute sweetheart & very welcoming!!!

    i made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday approximately 3 days before. I called this place as I was driving there and told them about my reservation somehow they didn’t receive it so I just asked if they do walk ins the man told me yes. I drove 25mins , payed for parking just for the same man on the phone to say their reservations don’t work online and they’re doing a private meeting in the restaurant!

    It was horrible service. Possibly because we got there at 3pm(our reservation) and it didn't seem like anyone wanted to work. The male bartender instantly had and gave an attitude when asked if I could have a refill of water. I asked him if I could get some of the cucumber water which was a available moments before but was now empty. He related yes then proceeded to give me tap water. I asked him is the other water not an option and he just huffed and took the two water cupshe just filled up, threw them away then gave m ugly stairs while he refilled it. My wife and I were there for our birthdays which are a day apart July 1st & 2nd. We asked that the crab cake sandwich be extra broiled so that it would be crispy but it doesn't even seem like she let the chef know because the burgers were soggy. Horrible time and that bar tenders needs to be let go or talked to. It's like he took a personal offense that we did want to sit inside or maybe because we looked happy. I don't know but he's loosing money for the company

    The menu was very limited and really didn’t serve much but a burger wings and salad. Beautiful rooftop scenery with little wind. I would return just for the venue space and rooftop but I’ll have to eat somewhere else before coming. I had an order of Thai chili wings fried well done, the flavor was great but wings were done enough it was baked and the skin wouldn’t get crispy.

    The restaurant was relatively empty with only a few patrons throughout my visit. Therefore, there was no reason, in my opinion for our food to be so extraordinarily delayed. Our waitress apologized several times for the delay. Once the meal finally arrived, my salmon was dry, overcooked, and cold. Additionally, my crab topped Cobb salad had only had seven small flakes of crab (yes, I counted them). My lunch partner ordered a hamburger and fries, but did not eat any of the burger because it was cold and appeared to be dry and over cooked as well. The atmosphere was great, but there clearly needs to be more focus placed on the food compared to the attention dedicated to the event that was being set up shortly after we arrived.

    Made reservations for 3:15; spoke to someone that we might be a few min late (5) and upon arrival was told the restaurant had closed for the day. Website info showed 6 pm close time. This was one colossal fail.

    Took my fiance for Father's Day lunch it was very nice. Customer service was excellent!! Food was really good and the view was to die for esp for photo ops lol. Great crew working this past Father's day. Thank you will be back again.

    Because I have been for brunches and other events it definitely was not what I expected. Very very quiet , only 4 tables including mine had guest. I recommend going when they have an event not a regular Sunday brunch. The food and view was great. The wait staff was attentive

    The worst food experience I ever had. Hard to find. Horrible drinks. Horrible service. Completely unprofessional. Waited 1 hr 30 mins for our food. Just for it to be cold and perified. We walked away in disgust and fear we could have gotten sick. I called the health department immediately after.

    It was my 30 Birthday lunch, the service wasn’t great only had two servers, food took forever, had little cups of water and had to get it ourselves.

    Went for brunch, but were surprised that they served fair quality bar food (mostly). They did have a cream of shrimp soup that was very good, however. We sat outside, but was not scenic unless you like looking at the tops of other buildings that surround the balcony. Service was very good. We were waited on with perfect timing and the server was ver pleasant. I would not recommend for brunch. Maybe lunch and dinner is better.

    We were there for the Blackmenswear Baltimore Flashmob. The food was good but we waited too long for our food. The appetizers and entrees came out at the same time. They needed more staff to assist on that special day which I’m sure they know in advance that we were coming to the establishment and how many of us were coming to the event.

    This venue validated my valet parking and had my table ready by the time I came. The do not separate the check for parties of 5 but they did accept all of our cards as no one paid in cash. Great server and service was superb can’t wait to come back!

    Its definitely a place that we will go back to again. Would love to eat on the roof top, the view is to die for. Angelique was our server , she was pleasant and efficient and even took a picture for us. The food was excellent especially the sea food alfredo.
