   Super chic vibe, nice outdoor seating, staff was really nice, and the food was BOMB. Was not even looking for gluten free options but was surprised to find a lot on the menu that was GF. We all had a different "mocktail" - mine featured strawberry puree and my sis got a lemonade with mint. Both were so tasty. We got the chicken wings to start - so good. The sauce was really different and delish, and the ranch had fresh dill in it which was really good. I got a lettuce wrap burger that was insanely good, the fries with it were unique and super tasty. My sister & bro-in-law split a friend chicken sandwich that was huge and they said was also delish. I was too full to try dessert but they have a GF flourless chocolate cake that I want to try. We will definitely be back the next time we are in PS.

   The Uptown Gastropub had a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, my short rib and scallop potatoes were a little dry and overly salted. From observing other order, perhaps the pub is better know for its burger & sandwiches. The cocktails were good and our server was charming.

    Nice restaurant, okay food, nothing special, overpriced but you are in PS, so is to be expected, manager looked annoyed, he was not friendly and was just staring at everybody with attitude, they took forever to take our order, we almost left because we were ignored.. Our server was nice. Maybe they had a bad day, I don’t think we are going back, I’m pretty sure there’s better restaurants with great customer service. Thank you.

    I ordered the egg white frittata. It was a bit too bland and could have used a little more salt and pepper and a side of pico de gallo to add some color to the plate. The toast was a bit dry, it would have helped to butter it when it was still hot so it wouldn't be so dry.

    This is our go-to restaurant for entertaining out-of-town guests. I've tried a new item every time and love the variety. The shrimp cocktail has been the only so-so item for me so far. We've been for brunch, lunch, and dinner. My favorite item of note is that they make their own gluten-free sourdough bread! As someone with a food allergy, it's like heaven being able to order any sandwich on the menu. Love it!

    Food was good. Service was good. Some of the portion sizes could be larger for the cost of the appetizer. (Onion ring & Shrimp). Inside dinning is loud so carrying a conversation across a table is difficult but expected your at a pub!!!

    Disappointed. I love this place. Great views and wonderful atmosphere. The food seems to be lacking the last few times I have visited. This time was the worst. The Thai salad was bland. I asked for more dressing and they brought me a tiny container of soy sauce... The shrimp in this salad was terrible--hard and funky. I rarely do this but I sent it back. However, we had the fish board with smoked salmon and trout with capers, horseradish, bruschetta. It was really good. I want to come back--hope the food improves.

    Great service, cold beer and good food. Not used to the new normal. Draft beers are $11. Fish and chips were very good and a large portion. The caprese sandwich was a disappointment. It looked like a half portion that had a dab of fresh mozzarella (burrata), three thin slices of 6X6 foodservice tomatoes and the plate coverage was provided by the French fries. Very poor value, it should be taken off the menu or a larger portion.

    Menu had marked vegetarian for Caesar salad, but it had anchovies in it. Manager came to apologize, but ended up coming across defensive “I’ve never heard of anyone with fish allergy”. Not the right way to address a customer. Server and everything else was great.

    Kitchen needs to learn how to assemble a hamburger so it doesn’t slide apart. Medium well was overdone. Salad greens the best part of the meal.

    I've enjoyed Gastropub in the past. Unfortunately, the quality and availability of the food have been trending down recently. For example, at 7:30 pm (not early but certainly in the middle of the serving period), we ordered a popular appetizer (the soudough pretzel). They had run out. Disappointing but understandable. I then ordered the Chicken Under a Brick (not exact name). Again, they were out. Third times a charm. Ordered a chilled Shrimp cocktail. Available but when it was served, cool but not chilled. With no alcohol, the cost of the meal was well well over $100. I'll give them another chance but was very disappointed.

    The food was excellent, but our server seemed very disinterested in our service. She took a long time to ask and serve a 2 nd cocktail. She brought the bill and said”Here’s your bill unless you wanted a desert or something else.” Since we really didn’t get an option, we paid the bill and left. There are many fabulous restaurants in Palm Springs, so the service does need to be at least good, to bring you back again.

    Tonight's visit was a disappointment. My 1501 burger was overcooked and the brioche bun crumbled. Service was just ok and we had to request a to go box 3 times. Prior visits were .uch better all around.

    The service was good and manager took good care of us even after we had to send our burger back twice! Their oven wasn’t “working” so the 2 entrees we chose originally were unavailable!! Decided to order the burger which looked amazing in Westward magazine. But I guess It was a “different “ burger and the regular burger was not impressive!! We will give It another try as the staff was great , the restaurant was busy and the other food looked good.
