This was a wonderful place to eat and spend time with my husband. Two thumbs up!
Cute place to go to but the seating was weird, we were placed in like the middle of the room while others were near the windows. Service was slow even though it wasn’t busy, and there was an extremely loud table right next to us that kind of killed the elegant vibe. The food options weren’t great as someone who can’t have dairy or pork/beef. There’s cheese on damn near everything. Overall 5.5/10, wouldn’t go back.
We were looking for a place for brunch and the 13th Floor worked out just fine. We realize places are still "testing the waters" so we made allowances. When our eggs benedict were over-cooked, the chef was very accommodating in taking them back and making it right. Our server, David was the star as those bottomless Mimosa's were truly bottomless. Overall, it was a good experience. You can't beat the view!
Toya our waitress was fabulous. She was prompt and anticipated our needs. Its always a great experience to be in a glass room on the top floor and see your city from a different view! The food was perfectly fine and affordable and We will return!
The food and service were amazing! The staff were so nice and accommodating, we will definitely come here for all of our birthday brunches!
What a delight to go to the historic Belvedere Hotel 13th floor. The hotel was both beautiful and ornate from yesteryear. The restaurant had a really nice vibe with smooth jazz music playing in the background with the most beautiful views in midtown.
Beautiful place with a great view and price! Portions are pretty small and Chicken and waffles could have been better. I would go back!
This place is amazing and a must go to for everyone visiting to living in Baltimore. The food is great, definitely try the biscuits, the drink specials are crazy (bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s), and the view is stunning! You get a 360 view of downtown Baltimore no matter where you sit. I love this place and can’t wait to take all my friends and family when they are in town.
Amazing experience, delicious food, and great drinks. The view is spectacular I would highly recommend brunch here!
The food was great and service was excellent. Great view of the city. Awesome spot for brunch, we went for my brother's 45th birthday and had a fantastic time.
The restaurant is beautiful with great views and the food was amazing. We were there for a celebration brunch and I am extremely happy with the experience. The baked brie was a table favorite with the crab and spinach omelet a very close second. I will definitely being coming back!
Our server was amazing!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the mimosas were bomb!!
Sunday brunch here is a treat. The food is delicious, staff is friendly, and the ambience is perfect for a lazy Sunday funday! I will be back!!
Terrible service. Our waiter left halfway through to go work a wedding in the hotel. Our orders were all incorrect, everyone’s plates came out at different times, took over an hour to get our food, which was also served cold. Slow service, lack of organization amongst staff. This place was more concerned about their weddings then running the actual restaurant. As a frequent bruncher, this was by far the worst experience.
We had 2 tables with 16 people. Most like the food. However, 2 diners did not receive their ordered meals timely resulting in the table not breaking bread together. As a result, their ordered meals became complimentary.
You won't get a better view of the city. The service and food were impeccable.
It was my first visit. The service was amazing. The food was amazing.
View is great. Food is basic and nothing to rave about. I would not have to return. Mimosas weren’t very strong but the OJ they used was quality.
Great place for that "special outing"! Space is spectacular and the view is over the top...
Great service and ambiance for a personal bday celebration treat.
