Nice-looking restaurant with beautiful plant-scaped patio out back. Restaurant staff were kind and well meaning. Food was good quality. However, I’d have to rate service as poor on this evening. We had 3 different wait staff, so it was unclear who was attending our table. No water was offered. And my partner was left without a drink for a prolonged period of time. The couple at the table next to us left before their drinks arrived because of the wait. Fine service for a mid-level restaurant but not for a restaurant at a five-star hotel.

Worst service dining out 4 evenings in Lisbon. No cocktails arrived for 50 minutes. Appetizers arrived before our drinks and we had to ask to return them to the kitchen and locate our cocktails. Not a single person came to explain or apologize until our waiter arrived with drinks who initially seemed annoyed at us for sending apps back. He was clearly frustrated with his team. Food was good but either over or under seasoned, no one tasted. Waiter comped our drinks and apologized which was the right thing to do.

Food was very good. The ambiance so-so. It’s in the hotel an we had a piano player, who played too loud for the space. The service was extraordinarily slow, unreasonably so. We were told they were short-staffed and we were comped for our desserts. Hopefully this gets corrected because the food was excellent
