   Me and my other significant went out for dinner. Wow this place is a must. Cocktails 11/10. Recommend the A.P.R. To all the gin lovers. The reverse chicken parm didn’t stand a chance absolutely amazing. She had the pork chop. Wow! Beautiful presentation and fulfilling. Will be coming back!!!

   If you like bar/comfort food this place is nice and will meet your needs. We were looking for something a little nicer, but we were satisfied for the most part. The grilled cheese is on a hamburger bun, which is not the most exotic grilled cheese I have had. Fries were good, other entrees were at least average.

   I made a reservation for Mother’s Day and was called ten minutes prior to let me know they only had chicken, steak and pork. When I arrived people were exiting the restaurant and told us to not even bother going in. They were out of everything, including drinks. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. This place has been open for a few years so there is no excuse to run out of food because it was a busy day. You took reservations and knew how many people to expect that day. I have to assume mothers day is traditionally a very busy day so the restaurant should have been prepared. Was excited to try this place but will not be going back based on this experience. Did not even receive an apology.

    Over all experience was nice the scenery was great right over the water only thing was there was barely anything left to order from the menu everything was sold out such as the wings, Alfredo, burgers. Etc basic things you would typically order from a restaurant and we were only told this after sitting there for about 35 minutes because we didn’t order appetizers

    The food was overpriced and not good. they were out of half the menu. 15-dollar drinks were watery and not tasty one of the worst dining experiences I have had when spending $40-$50- for an entree.

    The people who are nice, but The people were nice, we didn’t have a good dining experience, partly because it was Mother’s Day, and it was very crowded and things were not like I believe they could have been. Our food was good, but there were so many changes throughout our experience, such as we started to order on the brunch menu which we were told to do after we already had looked at the dinner menu because of the time… then when we got our orders ready for the brunch, then we were told they had to switch to the dinner menu. After we ordered off the dinner menu they had came back and said they ran out of food for what we wanted. So while we attempted to look for something different, they came back again and said they had it. We had to wait for simple things such as butter and I never received it and a steak, knife and napkins. By the time the steak knife came, the steak was cold and we had to take it home. What I will say, is that the manager made it right and we did not have to pay for anything and they gave us an additional appetizer which we didn’t order, but it was very tasty. The macaroni and cheese bites. I wouldn’t go back. The people.

    Came in around 1:45 for brunch on Mother’s Day with a friend…it took quite a bit for a server to come out to greet us but drinks were prompt once ordered. The server did let us know the kitchen was behind, which was fine because it was Mother’s Day. Food ended up taking roughly an hour and a half for eggs and bacon. I understand there’s an order of tickets but an hour and a half is a bit ridiculous for brunch food. Food in general was underwhelming, server literally dropped the plates and walked away without saying anything- we were missing a side of avocado, side of bacon, the “potato” side came out as fries so I’m assuming they ran out of hash browns. Cocktails were underwhelming for $15. Total cost was $100 and it just wasn’t worth it. Understaffed maybe, over booked with resos? Would not return for food. Felt badly for the servers because they seemed overwhelmed but also unacceptable to be rude to guests. There are too many other options in the Flats that provide better food, service and drink options to be having issues like they had.

    Waited 1.5 hrs to get food. Waitress inattentive, didn’t ask how we wanted our eggs, some came out scrambled, some sunny side up on an eggs Benedict. Didn’t ask if we needed condiments. Took her an hour to tell us the kitchen was backed up. No one was getting food in the restaurant. Terrible Mother’s Day experience.

    Found place last minute and decided to give it a try, safe to say we are very happy we did. Loren took care of us she was so sweet very kind and the food was phenomenal. We both tried a margarita and they were 10/10! Loved this place will definitely be back soon!

    The waiter was very energetic and nice. The food was very delicious and so were the drinks. However, one of the guests that I was with had a rubberband in their water. In fact, the waiter saw the rubberband being pulled out of the water by the guest in real-time. He apologized and said that he doesn't know how that could have happened. He brought the guest new water. Approaching the end of the dinner we requested to speak with the manager for $10.00 off of his bill (not everyone). The manager came over and stated that he could only offer him a cup of water to go for free. We did not feel this was appropriate nor were we taken seriously about the complaint. Overall, the food was delicious but I recommend more customer service training for employees and management.

    Don't waste your time meeting staff in person to discuss and drop off items to host a surprise party - 1330 will disappoint you even when you call the day of your event to confirm all is ready for the guests arrival!!! I dropped off personalized party decorations, candles, cake topper, and nothing was presented to my daughter and her girlfriends to celebrate her 18th birthday! Asked my daughter how it was and she said when they received the bill, the waitress said, oh wait, I think you were supposed to sit at that table - a decorative table that my daughter and her guests watched being decorated an hour after their reservation/arrival! REALLY?!!! Thanks for nothing 1330!! What a way to ruin a special day! Called and spoke to the manger who said whoops - and that he compensate by crediting our credit card, which has yet to happen, and then said we have a great brunch come in for a special deal!! Seriously?!!!!! That's not going to make up for your incompetence. I also requested all my items be saved and returned to me. Hopefully, they can at least do that small gesture perfect. Had a wooden laser cut Happy Birthday cake topper made especially for the celebration!!

    The space is very nice, It was a very quiet night so we got very quick and attentive service. Cocktails were very average, nothing special to write about. The food was served fresh and hot, however could have used a little more spice on the Lamb. Also the Brussel Sprouts were just swimming in an overly sweet sticky soup of sauce, I could not even eat them. They should just have a drizzle over them and would have been perfect

    Took my dad for birthday. Apparently there was a large party. Our food took forever (like an hour for our first part of appetizers forever). One item never even came at all. Service was ok. Didn’t get water refills. My cocktail glass was empty a good 20+ minutes before I had to ask for another one. Overall, the food was really tasty but the service was horrible. Disappointed

    Trying out this new place, was a huge mistake! For 4 people, we paid a total of $300 for bad food, bad service and terrible seats. For that kind of money we could’ve gone to Hyde park and been completely satisfied! Idk how long this place will stay in business with these prices and bad food! Was so disappointed after eating my Caesar salad with tomatoes? It was made with arugula! Unfortunately, for this place, we won’t go back! We didn’t even get river view seating, which could’ve made up for something! But $300 for bar food is outrageous!

    We were looking for somewhere new to go before seeing a performance at Playhouse Square and ended up here. It was a fun adventure. The food was good - not special but certainly enjoyable and plentiful. We found street parking, but we were there early. There are a couple of lots nearby, though. The standout reason to go, though, is the people. The person at the door was very friendly and our server was beyond friendly and welcoming - even though we were clearly the oldest people there! (I wish I could remember her name! 😞.) Another server helped us when we needed ketchup - happily quickly delivering it. We would go again. You should check it out!
