The 1215 fine dining restaurant at Fairmont Windsor Park is set on our south lawn overlooking our private terrace and manicured gardens. An intimate and beautiful setting where you can enjoy a special occasion or indulge in a culinary experience which will make you want to return for our quality British cuisine. We are proud of the provenance of our locally grown products where we work with The Royal Farms, Windsor artisans and our very own herb and vegetable gardens. This restaurant was named in recognition of the signing of the Magna Carta in the year 1215. The Magna Carta, which is one of the most important documents in history and indeed of medieval England was signed only a short walk from the hotel in the historic grounds of Runnymede.

The event begins with a champagne reception, followed by a guided whisky tasting hosted by The Macallan Brand Ambassador, and a specially crafted four-course dinner by renowned Chef Tim Sheed. Discover rare single malts, including the latest limited-edition release and conclude with a final dram of The Macallan Rare Cask 2023. Held at 1215 Restaurant, this one-off experience is priced at £110 per person (adults only).

    This has to be one of best hotel experiences we’ve had in many years. The spa was fantastic. The 1215 restaurant was 10/10 but what made it for us was the staff throughout the whole hotel. We felt so welcome and looked after. Our only negative was the general prices of the breakfast and lunch (Greens), which were massively overpriced and need the be looked into, as it was too much for what we had. Apart from that, a lovely experience!

    We ate from the alc menu with a bottle of house wine from the Duoro. The food was very well presented and full of flavour. Service was excellent. One of the best meals that we have had for a while.
