Steven our servers was amazing! Very attentive and friendly.

The place was really crowded on a Sunday early evening. We went to open table and made a ressie and were able to get in

We had to wait a short while. It was happy hour, yet they wouldn’t honor it at the bar while you waited for a table. Ridiculous! The staff was excellent tho. Our waitress was pleasant. They got one order wrong and never brought out an appetizer we ordered. Definitely kitchen and front end communication ssues.

Nonetheless , the food was cooked nicely. We had one salmon entree and it was beautifully cooked. The other meal was a waygu meatball sandwich. Also very good.

We’d recommend for the food, but would wait to get in. Make sure your order gets clarified!!! A few times.

The brunch has become a bit loud but 1212 is still my favorite restaurant and never disappoints.

We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with our son who lives in Santa Monica. We felt very safe and comfortable eating outdoors at 1212. Our waiter, Christia, along with his trainee, Fabian, gave us perfect recommendations and were very friendly. Nice touch with the outdoor heater. Made it feel very comfy and cozy even though we were outside. My husband ordered the 16 Oz. Steak for his 60th birthday and it was cooked to perfection. Christia and Fabian even brought him a 60th birthday dessert. What a great place to celebrate a memorable birthday.

The outdoor ambiance was great with good music variety and vibes. Food was delicious as well

Outdoor dining, heaters, fountains and great service. Was an all around great experience.

The ambiance was electric, the outdoor setting on point and the food was to live for. Incredibly happy with that choice. 10/10 will absolutely be back.

It’s was Valentine’s Day and the music they played was very loud rap hip hop - it should have been a little more romantic since it was Valentine’s Day. Food was ok at best. Will not return

Went to eat on Valentine’s Day , all in all the food was great , very nice even though you are seated outside. Would definitely go again and would recommend. The drinks were great as well !

We were in LA visiting out son who is a senior at USC and has a birthday this week. He and his older sister loved that there was a DJ and bottomless mimosas, and he said he plans to bring his friends for brunch soon!

Way too loud! More like a club and less like a restaurant.

Noise level was too high. Very loud music.

The service was really fast , The DJ playing was really loud but we were moved to a much quieter table. It was a little annoying that the chef wouldn’t make accommodations to his food but we ended up enjoying our meal

The music was bumping when we walked up. We couldn’t hear each other or the server so had to ask if they could turn it down a bit. Crostini’s were ok. They told us the farmers soup of the day was bean, and then came back and said it would be mushroom, and after they delivered it the waiter said the chef switched it on him again and it was corn. The server was very apologetic and offered to take it off the check. He also did turn down the music a bit even though he said the manager usually doesn’t like them to turn it down. Entrees were pretty good. The lobster risotto was tasty (super hot though! I nearly burned my mouth). My man got the chicken Milanese which was good. The potatoes are ultra garlicky but I like that. Overall it was ok, but don’t know if I’d go back because it had a very college age vibe and ambiance

The food is absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the pastas and gnocchi, oysters with truffle were amazing. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Fabulous staff, delish food, plenty of space. Love all the lights let’s hope you can keep the patio when covid is over.

Love 1212. Casual Monday dinner has perfect service !! They were nice about my allergies and helped accommodate :)

I brought my 90 year old mom for dinner. The food was fabulous - but more so the service - our waiter (Enrico?) was SOSOSOSOSO accomodating and kind.

The DJ was out of this world. I was literally on my feet dancing through our meal.

Casual place to eat. food is good. Though has some unique twists that you either like or not too excited about. Nothing was bad though. Not my favorite for food but ambience is good.

Rude hostess, excellent server

We made a reservation for 3, and they seated us at the tiniest table, we didn’t even have room for all of our food. They refused to move us and weren’t at all apologetic. Oh and the server didn’t hear me order my meal so my husband and daughter got their meals while I sat with nothing until I asked where it was. Very disappointing experience.

They were closed. Why would we be able to make a res. When closed??? WTF open table.

Thanksgiving day Dinner was great! Also the Lobster risotto was delicious as well.
