Open for lunch and dinner daily. 12 Cuts captures the charm of the Gaucho cooking style. A unique and upscale dining experience, showcasing a variety of skewered meats that are carved or cut table side. For lighter meals, diners can choose from our Organic Market Fresh Salad Bar offering and other delicacies. The Churrascaria experience and Market Fresh Salad bar will also be available for Sunday Brunch with our Happy Hour Monday-Friday in our Open Bar. We specialize in Private Group Dining and at this time we are delighted to extend our opening special with following amenities: Complimentary Private Room/Area with NO food and beverage minimum.     Had a birthday dinner here, everything was amazing. Food and service was great. They even sang happy birthday to me! Will come back on a regular day just for the salad bar. 10/10 will recommend

    We’re at 12 Cuts in Dallas at least 2-3 times a week, whether it’s happy hour with friends or dinner with the family. The staff always treats us like regulars (because we basically are!) and the service is top-notch every single time. The food? Always incredible. Truly one of our favorite places. We can’t recommend it enough!

    From the moment we arrived, with the complementary valet to the hostess and management greeting us and even at our table…you would’ve thought we were the only family in the restaurant. Everyone is so attentive, so much so that my son no quicker dropped a fork or his napkin on the floor, and someone had a new one in his lap. The food is so much better than other Brazilian restaurants we have been to. More choices and flavors. And let’s talk about the salad bar!! I almost asked if they would sell me some to take home. We have gone to many Brazilian steakhouses and hands down…there is no other that comes close to the total experience os 12 Cuts!

    The entire staff was welcoming and friendly from the valet to the hostess to the waiters to the general manager. Great place for a special occasion.

    Everyone was very friendly and inviting. I’m not certain we got to experience all 12 cuts. It seems like either the demand was higher or the staff was more stingy with the high end cuts like filet and ribeye. Had to request filet 3 times before it actually made its way to our table.

    Our waiter barely came to refill our water, we waited 30 minutes for a cheesecake when everyone else in the table got their dessert but it’s okay overall good food

    The salad bar doesn't have as many options as most of the larger counterparts. However, the meat selection is very good and they bring around the more premium cuts more frequently. They also bring your special requests for meat quickly.

    The food was excellent but the service and friendliness off the entire staff was fantabulous. Each person we dealt with including the valet fell all over themselves to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. Cudo's to all.
