   Absolutely loved it! So proud to be Liberian and see Chef Tobias doing very big things. He’s so talented and personable. I felt honored to be apart of this magnificent journey. Thank you for opening your restaurant and making us all so proud! Food was DELICIOUS seasoned so well. I was stuffed and sleeping well tonight!

   My beautiful guest and I arrived and was able to pick our seating (a booth). The waitress greeted us and was warm and engaging, giving recommendations. The drinks we ordered were excellent. The appetizer came quickly and was delicious. The main entree soon followed and was delicious to. My guest and I topped off our meal with a slice of cheesecake. Tonight was R&B Thursday so vibe was amazing. Always great to see beautiful people having a good time. This was our first time at 1123 and an impression was made. It was great seeing Chef Tobias walking around as well.

   I'm being 1000% honest. After going to Huncho House 3 weeks ago and giving them 5 stars. I came here for my anniversary and I do not recommend this place at all. Very very overpriced. 7.00 for a non refillable coke product in a small glass. They charged me 2.00 for a small extra container of sauce without telling me. The food taste was average at best but 30.00 for 10 wingetts in a large pail bucket. So disappointed drive 2 hours for a great time and all I xan say is stay off instagram. These places show you what they want you to see. Service was very nonchalant and not friendly. $200 for 2 people average to subpar food and automatic gratuity...nahhh

   We all ordered the oxtail originally that was very tasty but had to send it back bc it was too tough. The deviled eggs were very good. The waitress was nice and understanding. The restaurant was clean and played good music. The general tso shrimp was good but not worth $46 so a bit over priced but good. Would go bank only if prices come down.

   I loved FAITH, she was amazing. It wasn't overcrowded. Even though I went by myself the staff made me feel included. I will be back to try dinner!

   Brunch for 2! My husband's 60th birthday! We loved everything. Was hoping Chef Huncho would be there, but nevertheless, our food was quite delicious. The reviews on parking were spot on. We used the garage. We will use this as our special occasion place.

   This was the best meal I’ve eaten all year. The fish and grits were amazing. Never had anything like it. Stupendous! Definitely making a return trip.

    Been trying to get to this spot for a long time….reservations are hard to come by….but the food is amazing….small portions but delicious nonetheless the less….the ambiance is unbelievable as Tobias has many African pictures and artwork placed throughout the restaurant….beautiful visually ….gives a real home grown vibe….parking is a lil rough but it is def worth is for sure…..9/10
