About 111 Chop House
The idea behind One Eleven Chop House was to establish a Chicago-style steakhouse right here in Worcester. The elegance and sophistication of the decor complements some of the best-tasting steaks and chops you'll find anywhere. All of our cuts are either certified prime-grade or in the top 10% of the choice grade. And they're all expertly prepared. Choose from traditional steaks done right or less traditional favorites, such as Long Island Duck Two Ways, Sirloin Encrusted in Black Pepper with a Shallot Brandy Cream Sauce, or a Mixed Grill of Filet Mignon, Confit of Duck and Blackened Shrimp.

111 Chop House Ratings and Reviews
Normally everything here is excellent, albeit pricey. However, this time, the hanger steak was over seasoned (marinated) and was so tough it could hardly be chewed. A $29 disappointment. I didn't send back to avoid embarrassing our guests. However, the quality was an embarrassment. Also, our asst. waiter, Sean, while very pleasant, was a bit too "aggressive" in clearing after each course.
We recently dined at the Chop House for our daughter's college graduation. The service was excellent and the atmosphere is just delightful. We shared appetizers which included oysters and coconut shrimp. Both were delicious and had a nice presentation. Our meals were very good. Order the signature dishes if you want a complete meal; some of the steaks come a la carte. Overall, our experience was excellent. I highly recommend dining at the Chop House.
It was my 30th birthday & my friend's birthday the following week so it was a treat to ourselves. The wine, food & dessert was amazing! The service was wonderful! They were helpful in assisting with decision making & very personable! We did rack up quite a bill but overall Wonderful experience!
We went for an early dinner before a concert. We were running a bit late due to traffic and called to request that our reservation be moved back 30 min. They were very accommodating. The food was very good and the staff very attentive. The ambiance is modern albeit a bit more of a chain decor than classic steak house (think Cheesecake Factory, not Frankie & Johnnie's). The grill menu has great options for kids. We had to request grill and kids menu after struggling to find something for my 10 year old on the main menu... so be sure to ask for them if you go with kids. Overall very good. Not a high end steak house like you would find in NYC but very good.
I had not been to the chop house for some time. The service was very good but for the expense it was not any thing special
Steak was to be medium well for my daughter. It was rare and then recooked so it was dry. A $32.00 fillet should be cooked beautifully, at a steak house
Went for Restaurant Week. Food was disappointing. Riblets had no meat on the bone and were awkward to eat. Bang bang shrimp was pretty good. Waldorf salad had barely any bleu cheese or dressing on it. Grapes were so small and then chopped in half. Could barely find them. Ribeye was very thin and rather tough. Mashed potatoes were luke warm and in the shape of an ice cream scoop. Reminded me of school cafeteria food. Peas were served with meal. My husband said the meal looked like something at Denny's. Overall, an over climactic meal and rather disappointing. I know the meal was part of Restaurant Week, but I'd rather pay more and get better quality food. Would rethink going on Restaurant week again.
We took advantage of Restaurant week and my husbands birthday. He is retired, so we have been on a bit of a budget. He had never been to this restaurant, I have been several times with friends or for work related events. the meal was excellent, really nice choices for the speacials. Our server Amber was so pleasant and really kept on top of her form, making sure we had everything we wanted. The wine we had with our meal was also an excellent red, pairing very well with our meal.
we would definitely do this again.
Went during restaurant week. The value is off the charts. The prime rib was the most amazing piece of meat I have ever had. I didn't know beef could be so tender, tasty and cooked to perfection (must have been slow cooked for a very long time). Wonderful. Of course the wine is fantastic too. And the lettuce on the salad so fresh.
The food here was delicious! My favorites were the bread, the Bang Bang shrimp, and the blood orange sorbetto. The pork riblets were a bit lacking in flavor. Service was great; servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. Dave was awesome! Highly recommend this for anyone traveling to Central Mass!
I love this restaurant and the value was excellent. We had a delicious starter, Bang Bang Shrimp which was delicious, and such an ample serving. This was followed byt a good fresh salad and then a huge meal of steak, mashed potatoes and a garnish of onion strings on the steak. For dessert we shared a warm fresh berry cobbler.
We have enjoyed 111 Chop House many times in the past but were rather disappointed this time. We went during Worcester Restaurant week and the special menu seemed very attractive not only for its lower than usual price but for its attractive offerings as well. Several of us had "Bang Bang Shrimp" with sweet chili sauce which unfortunately was too sweet with not enough chili to suit us. I can't recommend it -- baby shrimp can be very appetizing if done well. My wife's rare grilled rib eye steak was so tough she left half of it and actually had a piece of someone else's which was better. Mine was decent, but by the time it was served was rather cold, not hot off the grill including the nearly icy mashed potatoes and peas. No way to run a decent restaurant! One of our guests said the salmon was excellent and the pork ribs were too, as was the "Waldorf" salad so our meals were not a total disappointment. But next time we may skip restaurant week since 111 can't seem to put it together right.
Went here with a couple of friends for Restaurant Week. We got there a little earlier than our reservation time but were seated right away. Bang Bang shrimp is amazing! Service was good. They forgot to bring my wine, but didn't put it on the bill so it was ok.
Really enjoyed our meals. We went during restaurant week. Place was very busy. Have only been here one other time., so we figured we'd give it another try. Great vibe here. Waited 10 minutes from our reservation time. Super booth by the kitchen area. Staff all friendly and super efficient ! Meal was timed perfectly. Two of us got the t-bones they were excellent and perfectly cooked. Salmon dish was excellent as well. Dessert was blood orange sorbet!! To die for! Reccomended by the waitresss so happy we listened. Almost felt like we were at a steakhouse in boston.
My wife and I went to 111 to celebrate a promotion. I've been to some very good steak houses in Chicago, this place is comparable and conveniently nestled in the Worcester area. My wife and I were very impressed by the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I would highly recommend for a special occasion.
We came tonight to celebrate with a friend and were disappointed that the experience was subpar from our previous nights at 111. We don't know if it was just because we went with the restaurant week menu, or just an off night by everyone but it was not the standard we have become used to.
