111 by Nico is an innovative Glasgow restaurant aiming to deliver a unique dining expierence, using revolutionary ideas. With a wine-list offering more than 20 wines by the glass and cocktail, to pair alongside Nico"s unqiue food only using the best of Scottish seasonal produce Head Chef & owner, Nico Simeone, is implementing an in-house apprenticeship programme, training young individuals who have faced enormous challenges in life. Through his proprietary apprenticeship programme, Nico aim to guide the trainees through the industry and change their lives for the better, while teaching them the essential skills required to cook and ever-changing menu in a fast paced restaurant enviroment.

First visit and will definitely be back. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was amazing. Wine and food excellent value. Cant recommend this restaurant enough.

This is the closest Glasgow has to offer in terms of serving Michelin standard food; the flavours infused in every dish are outstanding and each plate is served with care and a precise balance of texture. We had the tasting menu and plan to return on a regular basis. The restaurant itself is very unassuming; you wouldn't realise the delights that are waiting to be served inside.

The chef is Italian who prepares the food in a open kitchen. The food is very creative and delicious. Only one point I like less: the lemon is very present in the seafood or fish dishes, which makes a little too acid.

We want here last week and the food was very tasty and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Whilst the portion size was good for me, my husband was still slightly hungry so if you are a big eater don't go there on a completely empty stomach.

Had a wonderful time at 111 by Nico, would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful evening! The food was delicious, presentation incredible and the service was impeccable.

Food was amazing. Great music which enhances the terrific atmosphere. Staff were lovely, attentive but not over bearing. Would def recommend a visit, definately be back.
