Food did not come out as described in the menu (missing main components). Service was very slow; it took over 45min for our food to arrive. We had only ordered two kids meals, a salad, and a sandwich so we were surprised at how slow everything was. They wouldn’t allow us to pay with a visa gift card which was strange. The food was just ok. We most likely won’t go back to this location.

As for the Visa gift card, prepaid gift cards have a "tip tolerance" that will only process the payment if there is enough on the card to leave a 20% tip.

We went with a group of 11 people. The server was very accommodating and was able to deal with all of the food allergies in the group. Everyone loved the food and there was something to eat for every palate. The background music was also awesome!

The service in this particular location was terrible. I understand it was valentine’s day but it seemed as though no one was working and those that were, didn’t know what they were doing. The AC was on high to a point me and my date ate with our coats on. It took forever to see a waitress, then had to wait very long for a glass of water. Our food kept being brought out to the wrong tables. Overall, very poor experience.

This place is highly underrated. They have a scratch kitchen and basically can make your food anyway you like it! They have something for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free folks and more... The salmon was perfectly cooked and the Beyond Burger was amazing! I forgot it was plant-based. The service was great and our waitresss convinced me, in a very sweet and friendly way, to download their app and start the rewards program on the spot. The peanut butter and fudge dessert was mouth-watering! Overall, we had a great experience and we look forward to returning to this new staple in the neighborhood many more times!

We go to the one in Braintree a lot and were expecting a similar experience. Unfortunately, from the drinks to the entree, it was really bad. Service was good and friendly albeit a bit slow(only saw one other server). Place was pretty deserted on a Saturday night which should have been a first clue. The decor is nice and cozy and you really want to like the place but the sauces are over salted to an extreme level, the chicken was overcooked and rubbery, and the drinks were just... wrong. We sent one plate back and that was taken off our bill. But who wants to deal with all that when you just want a nice night out? Just a disappointment and we’re gonna stick with the Braintree location from here on out
