The food is always awesome and our server was efficient and personable.
Food was sub-par. Sat us in a room off to the side which was very plain and all of the tables around us were empty, but dirty. Service was ok.
We were a group of family who isn’t able to get together very often. Our group also includes an older man with hearing aids who has a very hard time hearing in restaurants. Fortunately we were seated in a booth in a little alcove off the main dining room and it made such a big difference! We all had a very enjoyable time
Service was awful!
We love, love, love the 110 Grill! Great food, great atmosphere, and super friendly staff!
Place was great Service great. Wish they had decaf tea
I asked for their veggie stir fry. It was terrible. The description mentions mix of different veggies. What I got was two pieces of broccoli, a few pieces of boc Choi, tons of rice and full covering of some kind of cheese sauce. The veggies seemed to have been steamed first and then stir fried in oil. Plus tons of salt in the dish. I asked the server to tell the chef that he/she needs to know how to make stir fry. The server said that the chef has no control. It all comes from the corporate company! So I asked her to tell the manager. She said that she was afraid that she will be fired and not be able to pay for her college education! In short, I am very disappointed. The restaurant was very promising when it started years back. Now it stinks. The management should be fired.
Super allergy friendly, they have a separate fryer for celiac/gluten free and basically the entire menu can be gluten free. I also have an egg allergy and I still had a huge selection of foods to choose from. Had the gf French fries and they were truly gluten free, no issues afterwards.
Food was delicious
Got another entree to go
Lobster Ravii was delicious
Service was personable and professional
Jason was great
Vday specials were delicious
Great food! Great gluten free options!
We were seated quickly and received good service. Food was okay. Steak tips were medium to medium well, ordered medium rare. Salmon was dry. Onion straws were very salty.
Tomato soup was tasty but lukewarm and it could have used some spice to offset the sweetness. Grilled cheese was good but I didn't taste the garlic aioli which means they probably forgot it. Overall, decent lunch, nothing memorable.
Good food, friendly waiter
We like to go out with friends to celebrate each others birthday's and this was the first time we went to 110 Grill for a celebration. We were not disappointed! Our server Maddie was excellent. We like to pace ourselves and enjoy the night out so we do not rush through the meal. Maddie was fine with that and was always there when we needed her. The food was excellent. We had calamari and crab dip for appetizers, both were very good. For entrees we each had something different and we all left satisfied, no room for dessert. Definitely will be back again!
The place is not a good venue for live music. If you have live music, it should be background or soft. The live music dominated the place and for those of us looking for dinner and conversation it was a bad experience. Our service Jason was great! Food was very good.
Our waitress was rushed and inattentive. The food was surprisingly poor and I could only eat half of it. My fish had been previously frozen and after being cooked was chewy and hard throughout yhe middle. It took 20 minutes to be served dessert and I never received my second drink.
We're sorry to hear this. We take pride in our scratch kitchens utilizing fresh ingredients and are sorry that this happened. Can you please provide your email address so our general manager can reach out?
Server spilled a drink all over me to start....obviously an accident but then neither of us received our entree as requested-no cheese, dressing on side, etc....
Last week I made an online reservation here via Yelp/Open Table. When I arrived on time the hostess asked if a high top table next to the bar was OK. Because I expected the other couple to talk about some sensitive topic, I asked if we could sit in the main room. I could see 1 booth available. She said that would be a 45 minute wait. Even though I made a reservation and was on time! But then the real pain happened when she sat 3 tables after us in the main room. When I asked why not us, she said those people made reservations for that room. What a bunch of crap. The service was good but the food was only average. My steak tips were marinated in a very sweet marinade, and my french fries were stale. I don't plan on going here again.
Lousy service and food wasn’t hot. We will not return and I also emailed the restaurant myself expressing my dismay.
We had pulled pork Mac and cheese. Delicious and a lot to take home for tomorrow. Warm bread and butter first also yummy. Huge bowl of vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce to top it off.. too full now 😂
Excellent food, properly prepared and presented, and served by a friendly young lady. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
Nice clean restaurant... service was friendly and very good. The food was adequate. I was not and none of my party was thrilled about the meals
There were 5 members in our party. I was the only person who got the swordfish. After returning home I became very sick. I was the only person in the group who got sick, so it was obvious the swordfish was the cause.
I sent an email to 110 Grille to inform them. There was a computer generated response indicating that I would hear back from the restaurant.
So far I have heard nothing back. Disappointing.
We take feedback like this very seriously and are having trouble locating the email that you mentioned above. Can you please provide your email address?
Waiter was terrible. Kept forgetting things.

Enjoyed our time there and the food was great. Group singers were a little loud.
We love 110 Grill. It’s in our neighborhood and a spot we go to regularly. We enjoy the waitstaff and our favorite dishes are consistently good.
Crab Rangoon dip outstanding as well as the tomato soup 3 of us had fish and chips-light and excellent-too many fries though. The other person had steak tips-again excellent. They need to have more handicapped parking.
It was just ok. I keep hoping the food will be better but it is mediocre.

They made a mistake on my son's order but were quick to apologize and offered a complimentary dessert to make up for the oversight. Mistakes happen but we appreciated the way they handled the situation.
Excellent food and a helpful, knowledgeable server. A very pleasant experience; we will be visiting again.
I had the Cajun swordfish, way too salty and thin. I did eat it, but I really should have sent it back.
We also had the beef stroganoff, there was very little beef in it.
We come to 110 Grill because my son has severe food allergies. We were recommended to you from our server at Burtons Grill as they are phenomenal for food allergies.
Our first visit my son had sweet potato fries, he was so happy he could have those at your restaurant. We have been back to different locations since and now find out the sweet potato fries are not safe for allergies
I am not sure how this can happen, if they aren't safe then why at 2 locations were we told they were safe?
Hi, Scott. We take our allergy commitment very seriously. Please send us a message with the locations you visited, your son's allergies as well as your email address and or/phone number so our area director can follow up with you directly.
Always wonderful service and delicious food prepared to order.
The stake was over cooked and the server said it not
I have eaten at the one in Haverhill and everything was outstanding...I got the pulled pork and Asian salad...and it was mediocre... Asian salad was mushy... The pistachio drink was excellent.. I had to ask for bread when others were automatically served it.
We're sorry that you did not have the best experience and would like to have our general manager reach out to you directly. Can you please provide your email address?
it was just ok for the cost, thought main meals we expensive for an plain venue.
Great first date locstion
Our server Justin was super, getting our salads, dinner entrees, drinks & desserts to us swiftly & making our first visit a great one.
This was our first time at the restaurant. We were at the Middlesex Chamber Tasting night at the Boxboro Regency the week before and sampled the pork mac and cheese. Better than any were have ever had.! and decided we had to come for a full meal. We were glad we did. The additional side salad that could be ordered with an entree was perfect. Unfortunately our waitress forgot to put it in, but was able to get it made up pretty quickly . Then because of the mix up the manager and she made good by not charging us for it. We will come back again and try other dishes. There were three desserts that looked especially inviting, but we were too full...The background live music in the bar added to the liveliness of the place and was very enjoyable.. I strongly suggest reservations, it was crowded by the time we left.
