Today was extra special, because we met Gilbert - the owner! How awesome is that? He was personable and warm, and it makes sense because that is just the culture at 10th & Piedmont.
Rusty took good care of us today AS USUAL, and we are already looking forward to returning again soon (next week?)!
Sunday afternoon it was slow the service was BAD $18 for bottomless mimosas that we had to wait to get and keep asking for refills the menu wasn’t very selective I had a morning burger that was DRY and a small cup of ranch was 0.50 the flying biscuit across the street from this place is much better I’d NEVER go back
Love the chicken and waffles!!
Loved the staff, food, and location!
Excellent experience as usual...
Thank you, Rusty & thank you, Star for your professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. See you next week! 👏
The restaurant has a superb weekend brunch. I come quite often through the week and are pleased with the food, and the customer service. The manager ( African American Male) is very pleasing and friendly.
Excellent experience AS USUAL. Thanks, as always, for everything. See you all again soon!
Love their chicken and waffles!
When we arrived, we were sat pretty quickly. Once seated, the server took our order. The waffles were hard as a brick, the sangria was bitter, my wife never received her bacon and no one ever received silverware. We were told a manager was coming to see us. Fifteen minutes later, no one has arrived. We had to ask again and she finally came about 5 mins later. Wasn’t the best experience we’ve received from 10th & Piedmont. We aren’t from around and we went back cause our previous dining experience was good all the way around. After this, we’ll be more skeptical about returning in the future.
There’s a 90minite cap on the bottomless mimosa and the seating. This is not communicated on the website or any where on the menu. After about 90 minutes the waitress came around and told us and the table next to us that we had exhausted our 90 minutes visit. A little offensive
We were celebrating a birthday. The meals were wonderful, Jake, our waiter, was terrific and the atmosphere, although quite loud at times, was electric. All in all, I would highly recommend going there. I certainly will go back.
We selected this restaurant as we wanted Tapas after seeing a matinee show at the Fox. Our waitstaff, Star, was excellent and very accomodating. We are not big drinkers, but ordered seconds on the cocktails. Everything else was average. We arrived when the dining room was closing at 4pm, to reopen at 5pm . We eventually thought to ask if we could wait for the 5pm re-open, but had to wait for clean tables. The charcuterie was slim for the price. (We are Iberian Pig fans). The chicken and dumpling soup was bland. The fried cornish hen also needed more seasoning, but was cooked well, as were the Haricort Verts - slight crunch. Warm syrup would have enhanced the Fried Chicken and Waffles, though my family enjoyed them. At the same time, the patrons were laughing and having a ball. A birthday patron was seranaded by, we think, the owner, who had a beautiful voice. And, the service was leisurely - patrons were not rushed. This is a better choice for a younger crowd looking for laughs - not for stodgy, 60-80+ year olds seeking fine dining.
beautiful restaurant and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.. Food was delicious and the whole staff stopped by the table before the night was over.....I would recommend this to any one looking for a great place to dine in Atlanta
Took awhile to get our food but I loved our waitress and the manager was very kind. For the wait she gave us a discount.
We went for Sunday Brunch and had an amazing time. The food was great, all 4 of us tried something different and were really pleased. We ordered the Feel Good Plate, Southwestern Burrito, Country Fried Chicken and Biscuit Plate, and the 10th Street Breakfast. We also had mimosas and Poinsettias. The service was also great, food came out quickly and we were checked on by our waitress as well as management. Overall, had an amazing time, love that they take reservations, and would definitely go again!
Great, AS USUAL! 👍
It was my first time here. It was amazing food. Our waitress Star was great. I would totally come again with more of my friends! 💕
Worst dining experience ever.. They were not prepared and staff seemed confused about their responsibilities. Menu change was not reflected on OpenTable. Manager informed us that they were not accepting reservations even though we made one on OpenTable and it was confirmed.
Food awesome! Service awesome! And we had the restaurant to ourselves! An added plus! Easy to find, easy no hassle parking! We ordered everything on the menu that contained chicken and waffles! The tomato vodka gravy is EVERYTHING! Mojitos and bellini’s even better! Would definitely recommend this to ANYONE! Loved it! ❤️
Service was at its very best, food was delicious. It was my first time eating at the restaurant and the food and service was so good I went back for brunch before my flight back to Miami. I would definitely be visiting this restaurant in the future.
Service was great... managers came by to greet.... food was at its best... :-)
As usual, we had a wonderful overall experience. Hello to Rusty - who always treats us like family, and a shout out to Gage who took good care of us throughout our time there.
Happy holidays to all of you. We'll definitely be back again soon!
The food was surprisingly good. Dinner is a tapas style menu so we ordered many dishes and shared them as a table. We were there early so it wasn’t too busy and our server, Gage, was very nice, but didn’t seem to have a lot of answers to our questions. He made up for it by being extremely attentive and, again, the food was really good! I hear the brunch there is much better so we may try that next time.
Turn up the heat and then turn up that heat one more time lol
Great food beautiful environment will definitely go back
From start to finish the entire dining experience was horrible..
I've been to Piedmont and 10th for drinks with co-workers and all was fine. Then, I went for their Thanksgiving buffet and realized that seasonal special occasions are WAY out of this restaurant's lane. The service was great but the vibe was odd. The door was left open, creating a draft for people in the small dining area. And, there was inexplicably trap music playing over the speakers, which I guess is par for the course in Atlanta on any given eve of nightlife -- but a strange choice on Thanksgiving at 4pm. As we ate, the sun was also setting through a set of windows with no option to shut out the light so half of our table was blinded for several minutes. But, the most disappointing part was the food, which I have to say had really good flavor but every single dish from the mac and cheese to the kale to the carrots was served COLD. I'm not sure why. Everything appeared to be on a warming tray, but perhaps they weren't lit. Only the carving station had warm food (and I have to say, the turkey was amazing). Of course, we could have asked our sever to microwave our plates, but were a party of nine and how long would that have taken? It's now clear why this buffet was significantly cheaper than others in the city. The sad part is, I think it could have been a really great holiday dining experience if just the little details were taken care of...and if the staff had made sure the food was warmed to an enjoyable, edible temperature. Oh well. Live and learn. Hope they get it right next year. Happy Holidays.
It was a good experience. A welcomed change
The food and atmosphere were great!! Service pretty good but it was Thanksgiving buffet. The presentations (esp at the dessert ) seemed somewhat confused. I liked that we did not seemed rushed. We will be back. I have a group I want to take here for dinner. Thanks for a nice day.
The staff was wonderful and since it was Thanksgiving, they handled the volume well. Food was excellent and our waitress was awesome.
My only complaint was that the food wasn’t done and out when they opened. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food spread was great and very delicious!
*The bathrooms need some attention
We had an awesome experience AS USUAL. Thanks to Rusty and the entire 10th & Piedmont staff for ALWAYS making us feel at home. Have a happy thanksgiving and see you all afterwards! 😀😀
Thanks, Star for the awesome service and conversation.
Thanks, Rusty - as always - for making us feel welcome.
Thanks to our other friend (not remembering her name at the moment) who came by to say hello, catch up, and see how we were doing.
We truly appreciate you all, and as usual, we’ll be back soon!
Great pre-symphony meal
The 10P signature Chicken & Waffles was incredible and a very original take on a southern classic. They're served as a chicken tender, dipped in waffle batter, and then deep fried. I would also recommend the breakfast potatoes. All things considered, this is a fun and lively brunch spot with great drinks.
The food at 10th and Piedmont is always spectacular ! The servers are very nice abd the restaurant always has a great vibe
Wait staff was ill informed. Couldn’t answer questions about kinds of liquor they served, or even menu items (“I haven’t tried that...I haven’t tried that either”). Shouldn’t they know these things? Too bright inside. And since when do you have to ask for water? Very disappointed. In a foodie city like Atlanta, there’s so many places to try. Skip this one.
Sunday Birthday Brunch for a friend. Host staff could stand to be more polite, but our server J was great. The food was delicious and they even surprised my friend with a delicious piece of chocolate cake and a candle.
What more can I say? We had an awesome overall experience as usual. Star was wonderful, Tai was wonderful, and Rusty was wonderful - all as usual!!
I would love to leave a review regarding the food but I never had a chance to eat... I went on a Friday early afternoon for brunch. After seeing people walking out, angered, I still decided to give it a try. The waitress eventually came to the hostess stand and said you can sit anywhere. Well I requested a seat by the windows and she proceeeded to tell us. 'I don't have time right now to clean those tables, we're short-staffed and I have ALL these tables to take care.' After seeing the faces of some clearly disappointed customers, it appeared this would be a nightmare so I moved on... went to 'The Flying Biscuit' - 5 Stars! Thank you 10th & Piedmont for introducing me to the restaurant right across the street. Sorry not sorry!
