Had a lovely time. Crispy shrimp and calamari appetizer was delicious. Asparagus side was generously portioned. Petite filets cooked exactly as requested. Service from Matthew was attentive and timely. Excellent Valentine’s Day dinner.

For Valentines day, we were sat near the kitchen door and several times my chair was bumped by waitstaff as they were entering and exiting. They were very apologetic, however. Also the steak was very salty, which was not to my taste. The cocktails were delicious and the brussel sprouts were amazing. If the price was about 20% cheaper I would think it was worth it, overall mediocre experience.

The Service is amazing. The food is really good. I just wish they would get bigger tables and space them so the next party isn't basically sharing your experience.

Dry rub bonein rib eye was super flavorful & tender. Way better than ruth chris & bones. If you like popovers they bring them out instead of bread, huge, airy, & eggy. Brussel sprouts were very good & calamari app was yummy although would have liked a little more glaze. Oh and our server was great! Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

We were first time diners And hoping for a great dining experience to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The service was attentive and personable, the steaks were perfectly prepared and seasoned, craft cocktails were awesome and everyone NEEDS to try the jalapeño corn brûlée - YUM!.

Looking forward to our next visit.

Our waitress basically was slow from the get go and blamed her forgetfulness on being a mother which was odd. The first issue was waiting 20 minutes to take our order and the main issue was trying to charge us for an extra Delmonico steak. I had to catch it and she blamed it on the restaurant system. Very bad look.

We usually sit at the bar on Friday nights. 101 Steak is quite the gathering place in the bar. This time we had a guest and sat in the ding room. The food and service were excellent. Think traditional steakhouse with nice fish and seafood offerings.

This was our 2nd visit to 101. It's a high end steakhouse so it is pricey but a great place for special occasions. Pretty busy for a Thursday night. Had reservations for my wife's birthday. We were seated on time but too close to another table but was really impressed that we were moved to a more private table. Food is outstanding. Filet, scallops, popover bread just very high quality. Service was disappointing. Had to wait for drinks for a long time. Appetizer calamari was awesome but had to ask twice if it was ready yet. All in all a good experience. Certainly not a place your want to go for a large party or with kids but for a special birthday, anniversary etc. I would recommend it..

This place never disappoints....from the moment you pull up in the front till you walk out the door. The service was exceptional as well as the food. I schedule our business meals when traveling and this is always on my list.

1st time trying 101 Steak. The 12oz filet was a good cut of beef, and cooked to my doneness preference. However, the chef apparently thought it should taste like a salt block. I don't mean just a tad salty for my liking. Burning tongue salty and can't grab your beer or water fast enough salty. I guess I expected a better prep from a restaurant with such good reviews. I do not send food back to the kitchen. Waiter never once asked if the food my wife or myself ordered was satisfactory. I guess I expect a little better when dropping $150.00 on dinner for two.

Absolutely amazing! This is now one of my favorite restaurants in Atlanta! Came here for dinner before going to the ballet. Service was impeccable from the beginning. We were sat immediately. Our server was very attentive - made sure we never had to wait on her to take our order but somehow made sure we never felt rushed and kept us well updated while waiting for food/drink, yet plenty of privacy during our meal. Food was delishious. We had the filet mignon, pork chops, pimento mac and cheese, sauteed spinach, and brussel sprouts - I'd recommend getting all of it!

Our meal was excellent; calamari was crispy with spice hoisin sauce. The filet was buttery; the Green Egg pork chop was tender, moist, nice briny marinade taste. Our sides consisted or collards -- tasty, bacony, sweet; asparagus -- the best I've ever had with butter, lemon and crispy fried shallots on top and pimento cheese mac n cheese. Of everything, the mac n cheese was so-so; not bad, but in light of everything else, pretty mundane. We wanted dessert, but we were just too full--next time. Oh yeah, the martinis with bleu cheese olives were excellent. We will be back; this place is within walking distance from us -- aren't we lucky!
