Came to 101 Room for dinner. Hostess and our waitress were kind and friendly. Ambiance was great and the menu was plentiful. We ordered the deviled eggs, Lamb Chops and Cedar Planked Salmon. Deviled eggs were much different than we expected. It was a boiled egg that was then lightly breaded and fried. My partner didn’t like them but they were decent for me. Next came dinner. My partner ask for his lamb chops to be cooked to medium. They arrived medium well to well done. I let our waitress know to give the chief our feedback but my partner decided to keep them. I then began eating my Salmon. It was delicious until I got to the middle and it was not fully cooked. This upset me. I informed our waitress and told her I didn’t want anything else. Champagne and dessert was provided and brought to the table by our waitress as an apology but the manager never came over until I requested her to come after seeing that I was still charged for the Salmon. I let her know I was not paying for a health risk and she apologized and took it off our bill. Hostess, our waitress (Andrea), and drinks were great but we won’t be returning. Management Customer Service Recovery training for the manager and proper meal preparation training for the chief needed.

Great space with a great view over Michigan Avenue and in a great location. Still seem to be ironing out a few issues with service, food, etc (place just recently opened). A lot of the food seemed heavy (a lot of fried apps and heavy sauces). Cocktails were great. Will give it another try in a few weeks
