My first experience at 100 Bomb Group since I was a kid. This place goes ALL out for Veterans on Veterans Day, and the food is fantastic. My daughter wanted a bacon cheeseburger, and I was hesitant to let her get a cheeseburger when the steaks are so good (why not order a steak?!) But I'll tell you what, I had a small bite of that burger and it was THE best cheeseburger I've ever tasted in my life. The burger was a but pricey (for a burger), but it was absolutely worth every cent. I ordered a New York strip steak, and I've decided that if I ever go out for a steak, I'm ONLY going to 100 Bomb Group.
Excellent food awesome service thanks for honoring us veterans.
100th Bomb Group is a good place for a quiet dinner and we had good dinner and drinks
We really enjoy their Sunday or holiday brunches as well.
We’ve been before when the service was much better. We were there for brunch and had a hard time getting coffee refills and having plates cleared. But we’ve been to this brunch several times and it’s been lovely so this was probably an isolated incident
Birthday Brunch!! Amazing!!
"Great" Dane was our server he is such a joyous person. So happy he was with us..He went over and above .Such an asset to your company.
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful date night out. It was a Saturday around 6pm and was not overly busy. We were seated in an area with a large party, so the noise level was a little higher when we first arrived, they weren’t rude or boisterous, just a large party of people. We enjoyed our evening, the food was delicious, my husband loved his meal! The waitress was amazing! She was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the whole evening, except the rain, but we can’t control the weather.
Sabrina was great, helpful and always there with beverage refills!
Service was a tad slow at first, especially because it wasn't really very busy. But all food and drinks arrived at the right times, food was hot and very good (and plenty!) Be sure to try the deep food green beans for an appetizer. Some entrees a little on the pricey side.
Very good food in that unique WWII aircraft atmosphere! I had the early "all-for-one-price" meal; French Onion Soup, Prime Rib With Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes, and a Caramel Blondie with Ice Cream desert.
All items were very good; not outstanding, but very good.
Service was excellent.
Good wine list rounded out the evening.
A nice change of pace, es[pecially if you're a bit of an aviation history buff.
Be prepared for an expensive buffet that I did not find was worth it. It does have a nice variety of both breakfast and lunch items including shrimp and crab legs. There were many ordinary items too, why eat salad at a buffet? The restaurant is not as clean as it should be, the floor was sticky in numerous places. Service was lacking attention to detail. We had dirty dishes sit on our table far too long and drinks were not replenished unless requested. For the price they charge I doubt I will return just to get a custom made omelet and a few shrimp. I think this restaurant needs a deep cleaning, our table was sticky on the edge and it soiled my friend's shirt. I thought it would be truly special but it was mediocre at best.
Food was delicious, as always. Highly recommend the make your own grilled cheese or crepes. Our waiters were amazing and had us laughing. Will definitely be back!
The Bomber was one of the most elegant and stylish restaurants for a long time. I think the last time I was there was probably about 5 years ago. I was saddened by what I saw this past Sunday. Immediately we noticed a damp smell. It reminded me of dirty mop water. Then my shoes stuck to the floor in the waiting area. I saw people wearing hoodies and old t-shirts. Yes, maybe it is the best they have. But when you see over 60% of people dressed so casually it says more about reputation. We listed on our reservation that it was our anniversary. Not one person wished us a Happy Anniversary. Other restaurants, even Applebees would acknowledge that. Although the food was good the ambiance took away the overall experience. You've lost your class. I don't see us returning.
My father and I went here for the Sunday brunch. We were impressed by the wide selection of dishes as well as the made to order options like the crepe station and eggs Benedict. The workers were all helpful and energetic. I also loved the bottomless mimosas and coffee station.
I've been here several times and I never had a problem until yesterday. I made an appointment for 9:30 brunch. I arrived on time and advised the host of my name and appointment. The host advi6that someone would call my name to seat me. I waited and waited, as I watched people come in after me and get seated. When I stopped the lady who was seating other guest she advised me to talk to the host. I did and waited longer as I continued to watch other get seated. Finally after my 3rd visit to the host I was escorted to my table. Myself and guest immediately got up to get food. Upon returning to my table the waitress advised I was in the wrong section. I stated I was seated here and her response was "are you sure?" This was not a pleasant experience for my out of town guest. I love this place and I will certainly be back. My hope is this was an isolated incident.
The food was good but a little bland. Our service was good too considering they had her running all over the place
Stopped here for dinner before a flight out of Cleveland Hopkins. We used to come here 20 years ago. It was pleasantly still good. Not fancy, but pretty standard fare that that was priced right. Only quibble was that some dishes were salty for our tastes. The server was pleasant and efficient. Loved the big band WWII music and historical decor.
The food was decent at best.
We sat outside and watched the planes land.
Sandy our sever was attentive and super nice.
We both had the burgers and loaded fries and enjoyed them both.
Extra bonus was having Peroni on draft for the boyfriend.
Thank you for a great evening and we will be back.
I was excited to take my dad here because he was in the Air Force during Vietnam. I was disappointed there wasn’t more memorabilia. It wasn’t very busy that night, but our party of 5 was sat next to a group with a small child that was screaming quite a bit.
The menu was small and the food was average. Unfortunately, 4 out of 5 of us had stomach cramps that night after dinner.
We won’t be back.
This was our first visit at the new location--while it's a lovely building it doesn't have the character or ambiance of the old one; it seems to be living off its past reputation. I was so looking forward to the wonderful Beer Cheese Soup and Apple Pie dessert of the past, but oh, what sad disappointments these were. The Burger and Green Beans were very good; the Spinach Salad was fair but overdressed and soggy greens; the Wedge Salad was not traditional and had too much "stuff". The rolls were disgusting -- hard and tasted of freezer burn. For our entire time there (Thursday evening), we were the only ones in the dining room -- not surprising based on the quality of our meals.
The salmon carcass was well picked over and not much fish was left on the skeletal bones. Desserts were not labeled as to what they were or if they contained peanuts. Pot roast beef was tough. Our brunch guests were from London, England and these were their observations as well. Our first visit to 100th Group was a disappointment
Setup was still taking place when restaurant opened. Finally everything on buffet was in place 20 tp 30 minutes after opening. Several items on buffet were cold, others were dried out..Florentine Chicken.
Sheryl provides an outstanding service
We were there for Sunday brunch the service was wonderful but I can’t say very much for the food very pricey for the quality of food received
To be honest our server was wonderful but she had way too many tables and it does limit service to guests. You need more servers.
Very enjoyable lunch! We shared short rib Pierogi, plus the pick two combo (cheddar ale soup very yummy.)
We will be back.
Food was very disappointing especially for the price. Will not return despite it being a special place for my husband and I. Very unfortunate
This is an update to my last review...
But also a Follow-Up; bc it’s my 2nd Brunch visit in 2wks :)
Im a Clevelander that’s been wanting to experience Sunday Brunch at this Restaurant for Ages!!! I Finally had the honor of doing so & absolutely loved it! ( for the 2nd time) The location was amazing-indoor & out, gorgeous outdoor patio-perfect view of the airport & planes taking off/landing. Indoor seating was cozy...I asked for a booth that was very comfortable. Food buffet presentation, experience & taste-all great! Service from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave—all around friendly, accommodating & so kind. I would HIGHLY recommend! Ps. Endless mimosas w.brunch buffet :)
Both visits I had the pleasure of being seated in VIP w/ the Great Dane—& he most certainly lives up to his name in his hospitality & customer service & personality!...Sabrina was also absolutely wonderful in her service as well! It was an all around great time!
Great food selection and friendly staff. We sat outside and their tables and decor were perfect for brunch. If you go before 10am, the cost was $5 less per person however they cannot serve mimosas until 11am.
Enjoyed our meal. Service was a little slow for the day and people. View of the airport is great!

What a bummer, we wanted to take my Mom out for her 80th Birthday and make it a special event. I hadn't been to the 100th Bomb Group for quite some time, but saw you had a brunch. We were given a table for 5 that rocked so much, my husband had to take a napkin and put it under the bottom. We would have had our server fix it however, we didn't have a server even come to our table for the first 15-20 minutes that we sat there. Our plates were never cleared between visits to the buffet table, my son actually took some to the area where he saw other servers placing plates so that we could clear off the table a bit. The service was horrendous, Danielle was very nice, but not sure if she was just swamped or what, but she never came to us unless we flagged her down. We literally were there for an hour and 40 minutes, and it wasn't because we were eating, it was because no one came around so that we could get our check. After we had paid for the meal, which was obscenely priced, more than $200 for less than average food, our server came to the table with a piece of cheesecake to go for her birthday since they neglected to address her birthday (I had called in advance) prior to our paying the check. We will never go back, and even tried to call our credit card company to see if we could argue the charges given the experience. Such a disappointment on so many fronts, we really wanted to make this visit special, we lost my father only 6 months ago, so this was her first birthday without him. Am sorry to say, you made it memorable, but from the standpoint that it was an awful experience and meal.
Request Dane section he’s great, I’ve eaten at 100th Bomb Group several times and it remains my favorite place for Sunday brunch plus the food is awesome!
I have been several times but went with a couple of girls that had never been before. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks and the service was excellent!! Highly recommend!!
Great food. Excellent service and fun staff! Brought my mom and son for brunch and I'll definitely be back soon!
There were 9 of us for dinner and it was a great experience for all! The service was flawless, the food excellent. It was a relaxed atmosphere and we could converse with someone at the other end of the table. Not always possible with a large group. The salmon and asparagus were cooked perfectly and the pot roast was the group favorite. We will certainly make this restaurant a frequent destination!
Nice setting. View of airport run way. Fireplace. Friendly staff.
From the photos this place looked very innovative and classy. The menu is breaded/fried and basically Denny's quality.
It's a great location, but living off it's reputation from the 90s. Food was good, but nothing to rave about. On par with an outback or longhorn as steak and pricing goes, just with a lot more charcater.
