Food was fabulous. Service was exceptional.
Great food selection and quality, a good effort to bring back customers
We have been there before this was our 3 year wedding anniversary Randel is an awesome guy excellent service friendly and likes to laugh we are looking forward to returning in the future mahalos
Got there on time for 6:30pm reservation and was immediately seated with a window table as requested.
When you get there you see the bar out front and tables behind all done in a modern looking decor! Atmosphere was great, looked newly renovated and friendly staff!
Buffet while not as extensive as when it was the Prince Court was still very good! When going to a buffet I don't expect great dishes but for the most part everything was way above average! Inari and ahi sushi tasted great as well as the ahi sashimi, sushi hand rolls and primb rib station was great! Primb rib while typical for a buffet had a great taste and hand rolls were neatly made to order! Snow crab legs were hot with crab crackers already at table. Dungeness crab entree and mussels on a half shell were my favorites along with the sashimi! Only thing I didn't like was a pork entree that looked great but had no taste!
Dessert station had just a few items to choose from but everything tasted ok but the bread pudding with vanilla sauce was excellent!
I told them we were there for a birthday so they brought out a little mochi looking cake with a candle to help celebrate the occasion!
Waitress was very friendly as well as the rest of the staff that helped in the serving or when walking by all with smiling faces and greetings! Would highly reccomend to all for a great meal and service!

We dined just as the sun set. The view was spectacular. The seafood buffet had good variety and some very good food - sushi, sashimi, and crab. Being a buffet, some of the warmed main dishes were cooked a little more than I would have liked, which is understandable. Nontheless, the food was still very good. One of the best things about the buffet is the selection of salads - all kinds - and deserts. The service was excellent.
Overall the buffet was exceptional. I was a little hesitant due to the price of 58.00 but it was well worth it. The choices available at the cold and hot buffet should be able to accommodate almost anyone's food palate. The seafood was very good and if a person likes sushi they make it from scratch for you. Grace my server was very good as well and conversed with me on how I was enjoying the city of Honolulu and what I was plan on doing the rest of my time there. The end of the meal was topped off by a nice cappucino with the many mini desserts. I would definitely recommend 100 sails for any occasion.
While I appreciate the upgrades that were done aesthetically, I feel that the experience was not the same as when I've dined there before. The food quality/ quantity significantly lowered but the price for the buffet increased. Unless, someone gifts me a gift card to dine there, its not a place where I'd go again.
We celebrated a birthday Saturday night. Our experience at the start was very “trying.” The parking lot and valet were full! Luckily, we found parking on the pier side. The restaurant was packed, but the host was very polite, greeted us warmly and apologized for the parking situation. The food was good. The crab and all the other seafood were so fresh. They always replenished the food, so you never had to wait. Our server-Victor was great. So friendly, funny and attentive. The noise level was awful! It sounded like everyone had to yell to be heard. Also, there was a singer in the bar area, he was good, but, it just added to the noise level!
Always good food, good service and good fun
It was very nice, but in regard to hospitality, it's not the Prince Court. We went there for our 38th Wedding Anniversary - and although we put that in our Open Table comments - nothing not even a congrats until we were in the process of paying the check. We went to Morton's for our 35th and they congratulated us at the door - no big deal, no extra cost, but made the evening - special. Once the novelty of new fades - great customer service will keep them coming back.
Excellent quality of food. Amazing service every single time. Highly recommend.
I think they improved on the quantity of food selections and I liked it much better than after they first renovated. I had quit going because their food selections had changed and were much less than originally. They also added carved prime rib to the lunch menu. But, I don’t understand why the nori on their hand rolled sushi has always gotten so soggy and tough in such a short time.
The service and view from our table next to the window was great and it was not crowded so, therefore, not noisy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating as well. We didn’t feel rushed and could enjoy our meal and each other’s company.
Excellent service provided by Harold. Only thing is the Prime Rib was over done. Other than that, this was a great place to take our Japan relative out for dinner.
Another fabulous birthday dinner!
From the moment we arrived to Hawaii Prince, the service was awesome!
My family loved it. The food was fantastic and my grandson (3 years) LOVED the scenery.
Our waiter, Chad, was awesome! He was very attentive to provide us what we needed (filling our beverages, providing drinks for our grandchildren, providing warm wash clothes to wipe our hands, etc.). His Awesome personality with the true aloha spirit impressed us so much
It’s really all the people working there that made our experience truly beautiful! We will definitely be returning for special occasions!
A great place to take visitors -- Saturday brunch has a delicious taste of Hawaiian, Japanese, Chinese cuisine. Great service, awesome views too!
We loved the variety & fireworks show too! I miss coming here when it was Prince Court, but glad to see the same workers!
Brought my husband here for his birthday and he loved it. The food was excellent. Just a little concerned that they didn't have our reservation in their system when we use OpenTable to set the reservation. Was told that we might not be seated because there was no reservation in the system. Everything worked out as they made arrangements for us and found a table. A bit on the pricey side but worth every dollar. I will gladly come back again.
Amazing snow crab!
Great gathering place to have lunch! Enjoyed lunch staff excellent
Food is always good, can never go wrong with the buffet.
Family get together
Great atmosphere, live music, and all you can eat crab legs, sushi, prime rib.
Love the casual atmosphere, great wait staff, and good variety of food (had the dinner buffet). The view of tha harbor was really nice and you don't have to drive into Waikiki.
I miss the tempura.
Disappointingly, dinner service is not as awesome as lunch. Wait staff is not as attentive as they seem to be short-handed. Drinks are not filled and plates not cleared as attentively as during lunch and it wasn't even too busy yet; many empty tables around us. Our host even stopped by to fill our cups. This is our third dinner visit in four months with the same lackluster service. Fortunately, the awesome food makes up for the mediocre service!
Overpriced. Seafood selection was moderate. Items available were good.
100 Sails is a beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view of, well, at least 100 sails in the harbor right out the window. The food and food choices were outstanding, as was the service. Also, the value was there...snow crab legs, clam chowder, various seafood dishes, roast beef and more. If I were to offer any criticism, it would be that the seats near the window receive the air conditioning, so they can be uncomfortably cold. Also, the snow crab legs may be cool, so wait for the hot ones to come out. And the dessert offerings, though tasty, were not many. And the noise level was on the high side, so this is not a spot for intimate conversations. But wonderful for families! Overall, given the quality of the food, and the ambience (especially the view), the experience was well-worth the price. We'll be back again, most likely on the Mon-Thurs senior nights for a $10 discount! Free validated parking (for now) in the garage.
OMG! A friend recommended this this place and she was on spot!! Everything was perfect! I couldn't have found a better place than this! Thank you 100 Sails for everything and especially for making this a memorable event!
Upon entering the dining area, past the reception desk and the bar area, there were available seats near the window overlooking the boat harbor. At that time, the sun was setting past Magic Island and beyond. I could have used a glass of bubbly to welcome in the sunset.
The buffet selection was as ordinary as found in any Waikiki buffet without a harbor view--a view of Waikiki Beach instead. There were sashimi of one type of fish-- white meat that was firm, possibly macarel or possibly some sorry of "sustainable" fish-- two types of niguri (one of which was squid), four types of fruit.
Each hot entree were containers in its own electric warmer consisting of a pale imitation of pad thai, beef evil curry (some coconut based Thai dish), Chinese steamed fish fillets, black bean crab, steamed crab legs, muscle with veggies, and clam chowder (at least one of the dinners kept raving about it because it had bacon). In a corner, there was a carving station for prime rib and made-to-order cone sushi.
In the back end of the dining area, where there were no diners seated, were the limited desserts. Bread pudding in an electric warmer, green tea cake, tartllets, macadamian nut pie, flan, coconut tapioca, and miniature cream puffs lined the desert wall. Apparently, there is a dinner menu in which other desserts can be bought a la carte.
I was not too happy with the food selection that was presented. Paying$60 per person - not too many selection and majority of the time the chaffing dishes was empty, that's a rip off (There were more cold foods than hot foods) - really disappointed.
Server - Philip was the greatest. Friendly and energetic.
The bus boy didn't even ask if we were done with our plate he just took it, we were still working on it - how rude.
I had heard that the buffet was not as good as when it was Price Court but I enjoyed the selections presented
Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a host with a very welcoming and helpful hospitality!!! Waited for 2 minutes and then were seated on a nice table. Place were grown up with beautiful music. Waiters were there to remove dirty dishes on our table through out our dinner. Very nice place. Wished there were a discount or kama'aina rate. Expensive but good.
Aloha & Mahalo to our server Philip O. He just made our whole experience a bundle of fun!
Fresh food and great variety. We really enjoyed the experience.
Food was good but kinda far
Great as usual
Also friendly and courteous staff every time we have dined. No complaints food is delicious
For my father's birthday and he enjoyed and that's all that matters.
