Food was mediocre at best. The roasted beets with goat cheese salad was not roasted Nor was there any appreciable amount of goat cheese. The ahi with pasta was bland and not sashimi grade in my opinion.
The kimchi fried rice was good.
The location is excellent for being in the hotel but this new restaurant attempt has a long way to go to compete in the area given the prices.
Our waitress was friendly and tried hard to overcome the mediocre food.

I was a little disappointed with the variety of salads and hot foods. It was very minimal and the choices were not all that great. The service was spot on.

As a longtime Hawaii resident, I used to look forward to the lovely buffet dinner at the (previously-named) Prince Court, which offered an amazing assortment of various salads, Asian foods, including dimsum, prime rib and delicious seafood choices.
After the nice renovation of the restaurant, now 100 Sails, I was severely disappointed by a meal that I shared with visiting family members from the mainland.

It appears that the cost of the renovation was made at the expense of the quality of the food offering.

Sadly, I will not return to this restaurant again.

The buffet selection was generally good, but nothing particularly stood out from the cold and hot entrees, it has king crabs and snow crabs, prime rib carving station and made to order hand roll sushi. However, with the Prince Court as it’s predecessor, the 100 Sails was unfortunately a downgrade at the Prince Hotel.

The only thing I was disappointed in was that there was no chicken on the menu. Husband doesnt eat meat and I thought on the buffet menu chicken was listed. But all in all we liked it.

Made reservations for 3 for intimate bday celebration wks prior. Was seated in the darkest area in the room, later moved into another area used for bigger parties after complaining when I specifically informed reservationists of the occasion. Not that happy! But service was good although rushed. Since the area we were moved to was for bigger parties

A nice casual contemporary remake of the former Prince Court. Live music is a nice touch but do not sit too close if conversation is desired. Cold snow and hot dunguese crab option with other seafood selections outstanding. Variety of four fresh rolled sushi shines. Prime rib good but not exceptional. Service attention uneven. Waiter next to us was far more attentive. After coffee, waited 20 minutes before asking bus boy to have waiter bring our check.

I’ve been here around 5-7 times just this year because the food is amazing and the people from the concierge, host and waitress are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to my needs. I’ll save money just to come because of that and I thank u for making all the special occasions a memorable one!

We came in group of 6 and were having a business dinner so asked to be seated in a "quiet" portion of the restaurant. Indeed we were accommodated and the location was very conducive to conversation and business over a great dinner . Wait staff was very attentive.

The buffet was very neat and well displayed and stocked . We enjoyed that there was a "no rice " version at the sushi bar for our guests reducing carbs. We miss the shabu Shabu that the prince Court buffet used to have but the shrimp and crab were tasty and the variety of food was plentiful so there was something for everyone .

We come here for the buffet. This dining occasion was to celebrate a birthday. On this night the prime rib and the crab legs were very good. The beef was medium rare and tender. The crab legs were just moist and sweet. There was much joy opening the pinchers and enjoying the crab meat. Also on this night, the hand rolls, sashimi, and nigiri sushi were very good, very fresh. My only good recommendation is not to put the poke in metal cups, but maybe allow the customers to serve themselves the amount they need. The cup size-serving is a a little too much for some of the persons I dined with, so not wanting to waste, I ate their cups, not wanting to waste-I guess that is a good thing. The Kauai shrimp entree was very good. Cold salad bar items were excellent. Desserts were good, especially the complimentary guava cake I received for my birthday. Service help was excellent -refilling drinks when needed, plates removed, always being asked if everything was okay. Hostess ended evening thanking us for coming back, she always chats with us- also acknowledging us as we used OpenTable. Finally,we always also enjoy the beautiful sunset views from our seats. Plus we always happen to sit in the same area as we did for our anniversary 2 months ago and our wedding day 25 years ago. This is a special restaurant for us and our family. Many memories were made here. Mahalo and Aloha.

This was our first time here since they remodeled and changed the conept of the restaurant. It seems to be undecided if it wants to be a bar or a restaurant. A open counter bar seating area now occupies most of the space that was the buffet area. The buffet is now smaller and in the far side, back of the room. Buffet offerrings are less in quantity though good quality. Our waiter was terrific!

Great surf and turf buffet. I love steak, but not a huge fan of prime rib. However, I had the most delicious prime rib I've every tasted - very tender. Salmon skin roll is one of the better I've had. Good Kauai prawns and generous with crab legs. Ambiance could be nicer, but is clean and tables aren't too close together. Chairs seemed like more of a picnic experience. Not enough wait help to keep tables clear of dirty dishes.
