Just beautiful, in every way!
Always a good place to go. On the website they showed Kalbi as a Wednesday night entree on the buffet. That’s why we chose Wednesday night to go. There was no kalbi on the line. There was lamb instead. Was looking forward to the kalbi. Maybe I read wrong. Maybe I didn’t see the small print that says subject to change at any time. Next time I’ll call first.
Food is just average in taste and quality, but service was very good and superb
Noisy, limited menu if not going to buffet. Basic hotel restaurant. Highlight was the view.
This is just a review for the lunch buffet. We the service us good as always. Just felt for the cost if the lunch buffet, there wasnt much selection of food. Yes...there is a carving and sushi handroll station, but hit food selection was mediocre.
Great experience. Service was top notch and food was delicious!
We all enjoyed dinner at 100 Sails. Service from valet, waiter, etc. was excellent. Always a great place to dine w/family and friends.
It is really good
My 31 years of working at my job.
The restaurant has a nice view and we received great service. I don't think there was enough food offerings for a buffet. If you love snow crab and prime rib, I guess it would be worth it to go. I brought my two daughters and there really wasn't anything for them. They ate a plate of pasta and said they were full. They didn't even eat dessert; we had to go somewhere else for dessert. I paid adult price for one of my daughters. Her plate of pasta was not worth $60, but I guess the blame is on me. I should have done my research.
Our waiter was excellent. The only thing that was disappointing was when in line getting our food, there was no kahlbi chicken or featured fish left in pans. Completely empty. Because we didn’t want to stand there and wait to avoid the food already on our plates to get cold we walked back to our tables and landed up not getting to taste those items. I think that these food items should have been refilled way before the trays were completely empty.
The food was mediocre and definitely not worth the price. It was like an upscale Chinese buffet with less of a selection. Would not recommend eating here.
Overall it was an OK experience. The crab legs were very soggy. Prime rib was delicious
Great service from all the servers, fast and friendly. Except for one particular server, I think she's our main server, she keeps coming back too soon to ask if we're done with our dessert plates even though we're still eating from it and the plates were still full.
Perfect for a date night or family night. Dinner and desert was outstanding.
Limited menu. What was served was very good. Music much too loud for me. Service was very good.
THE PRIME RIB IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS. SOME SUSHI WAS LACKING-MAKI SUSHI. DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO IT. VERY BUSY, HARD TO GET FOOD BECAUSE OF LONG LINES. THE FLOW OF THE PATRONS AT THIS BUFFET NEEDS TO BE BETTER. LOT OF BOTTLE NECKS.
Awesome food selection. Speakers from band was a little too loud. Overall service was amazing! I look forward to trying the brunch and lunch menu.
Philip was absolutely amazing, he truly made the experience wonderful. Unfortunately majority of the food in the buffet was lukewarm . Philip made us feel warm and at home
Wonderful food, great service! Best to get reservations and a little noisy but not exceptionally so. Window seats the best
The food and service was great..my husband loves the crab..the bread pudding is to die for 😋 😋
We'll be back..
Not worth $60.
The lamb special for August was almost inedible, super tough and difficult to separate from the bone. The usual cheap snow crab was the only crab choice. The lobster bisque tasted like heavy cream and corn starch. This restaurant used to be good.
My wife and I had a guess from the Philippines and we all enjoyed the dinner and wine that night. We have always been coming here for the buffet and will always comeback. We notice that the food got a lot better since the last time we came here. Our waiter was very attentive and very courteous, always keeps asking us if we need anything else. Yes we difenitely will keep on coming back. Mahalo for the services and outstanding food.
Nothing special about the buffet. Overpriced. Cheese ravioli at a $60 buffet?
Enjoyed a dinner very much ... Great food, friendly waiters and my out of town guests enjoyed the nice Sunset / Ocean View. Booked a next visit already!
Excellent Hawaiian buffet with lots of selections. Be prepared for a ono feast!
We had the lunch buffet everybody really enjoyed it. Great service and atmosphere.
Extreamly Loud, full of screaming children which are not controlled by their parents - this really makes a horrid experiance.
Food ok, not a great selection this time
We eat here whenever we have special occasions. Love the food and ambiance!
Great place to meet friends! The luncheon buffet looked delicious but was too much food for me. Luncheon Buffet had senior citizen discount, included prime rib, sushi bar, salads, hot entrees and dont forget their famous bread pudding! We ordered off the ala carte menu and loved the selection. Service was excellent and love the free valet parking with validation. Dining area is well lit with floor to celiling glass window view of the boat harbor and ocean. We had a wonderful lunch and time with our friends. Highly recommend. I was so impressed with the Prince, that i established a 20 year corporate contract with them! Great place.
the beautiful place, with excellent view of the marina, located on the 3rd floor of the prince waikiki hotel, the exceptional attention, the very polite, friendly and attentive staff, we chose the buffet option that among the others we evaluated seemed the best price, and it was a very wise decision! I would return without a doubt and I recommend it to everyone
Buffet option is good if you like crab and prime rib. I was surprised not to see more options for low cost items like raw veggies for salad, breads, French fries etc. We expected to have a view of the Friday night fireworks which also didn’t pan out. However service was great.
Not easy to find if you don’t know where to look. Take the escalators up from the ground floor of the Prince Hotel to third floor
Great front desk hostess Ekeni. Very warm and gracious.
Frequent diners at 100 Sails and had no complaints....until this visit recently. It was the presentation, availability and taste which were not up to par. Crab legs: trying to open would expect a crisp break, but only bended. The meat inside was tasty when present, some disintegrated. Took a whole before they filled the buffet with items such as Crab legs, Kauai Shrimp (which was really good but wasn't refilled till 15 minutes later. Keep in mind we have a 2-hour sitting. The Prime Rib was okay but not the "Melt-in-your-Mouth" experience as we're used to.
The View was nice with all the Boats in the harbor. Great name to view..... 100 sails....The food was excellent with a wide variety...my guest was from Mid West...enjoyed the food , view and service....
Food was bland and not worth the high price of buffet.
