Great service and food
Food is good but you have to upgrade your credit card system.
We really enjoyed our dining experience. Our waiter was absolutely lovely and the food was fantastic. We may eat there again before we leave. The view was pretty fabulous also.
Ron, our waiter was on point. Our request for a window seat was met. The food was as expected.
Enjoyed the buffet but it was a bit limited in dishes served.
We celebrated my dad’s birthday here and we had a wonderful time just enjoying the delicious foods and desserts. The staff were very friendly and our waiter was very attentive in getting our waters filled and employees emptying out our plates while replacing new ones were very quick and efficient. I definite recommend 100 sails to all my family and friends!
Food is mediocre and selection is meh. Not worth the price. View of the marina is cut in half by the way the windows are designed. Can only see the top of the sails of the ships.
Food is always good at 100 Sails. Service is great but I felt the waiter made implications like we couldn't afford to eat there. After letting us know the drinks were not complimentary, he continued to explain that since the drinks are not complimentary we would need to pay for it. After confirming that would be fine, he told us we couldn't get our drinks until the rest of our party showed up.
After our drinks emptied, the waiter came back and asked if we wanted a re-fill. After declining, he said, it's free, you don't need to pay for it. I just didn't appreciate the fact that he had to re-iterate multiple times about free things.
When it came time to pay, he asked if this will be part of a discount card? Ok, perhaps this might be part of the protocol but as you can see, the repetitiveness of his comments can be perceived as disdaining. I love 100 sails but will probably need another waiter in the future.

My friends and i had a great time at this place. Great food. But its super expensive. We came here last month was only $50 but now its $59...
Buffet food was better before it became 100 Sails. Lack of seafood variety and overcooked food made me feel disappointed. Service (Devin) was awesome.
Attended this establishment to celebrate a early Mother’s Day for the very first time.
We were greeted instantly by the hostess. I suggest making reservations. We went on a Wednesday and the place was packed at 5:30.
Harold, our server was prompt and knowledgeable. We ordered our drinks and he delivered it quickly.
My mom and daughter ate the buffet while I ordered from the menu.
The buffet was awesome.... prime rib, crab legs, roast pig, sushi, salads, etc.... my mom and daughter were more than pleased with the buffet.
I ordered the fish of the day that came with pasta... it was very delicious...
We’ll definitely be back
Loved everything about this place. Haven’t been since the renovation
need to rotate selections to the seasons; or maybe feature other local favorites
Great place to have buffet with fantastic sunset view ( be sure you are here by 530pm) Friendly service and various food ( American standard). It's a restaurant and bar, so be aware you have to speak loudly to your friends. Crabs legs and sashimis are good tasty. Reccomend this place to a couple and anniversary celebration
I'm not a huge fan of buffets, but my staff wanted to go her for Admin Day. We were a group of five and had a wonderful table near the window and it had a great view of the marina and ocean. The wait staff was very attentive and cleared plates as necessary. The food was average, but perhaps good for a buffet. The table enjoyed the made to order sushi and also the tempura. My personal favorite was the cauliflower! I think the desserts were definitely above average, especially the cheesecake offering and the bread pudding, although there were only scraps by the time I got to dessert. Worth a try.
The food was excellent and prepared perfectly. Probably the best buffet styled presentation we have been to in a long time. Great choices of fresh crab and various sashimi. We loved it.
A special 6 Star for Phillip, our waiter. Stupendous service from the moment we arrived. He took us to a window table and was more than knowledgeable about the food, local sites and customs. He spoke Japanese, as well as perfect English and treated us like the King & Queen. His service made the meal twice the experience it was. A perfect Host.
Highly recommend 100 Sails as a stop when in Waikiki.
We visit 100 sails atleast once a month. Ive had just about every server there and by far my favorite is willene. She makes us feel so welcomed and always checks up on us and the kids. The food is always awsome . Too bad snow crab legs cant always be hot .
The view is great. I was celebrating my daughter’s birthday and to be honest I was expecting a little bit more. I guess they oversold it and was was a little disappointed when I got there. The buffet food was good, and my waiter was super attentive. If you want to celebrate a special occasion maybe this is not the place for you.
Staff was great and the food was excellent!
I'm going to presume that Friday was a seafood day. However, just because it's a seafood day doesn't mean you should have only seafood. For people allergic to shellfish or who don't like sea food the only option was poorly flavored chicken and overdone prime rib. For having one day to enjoy the hotel restaurant, it was almost a total waste of time and money. The only plus was that the desserts were very good.
I loved everything about this place!! The restaurant is beautiful, Food was amazing, Staff was just the best and the price is worth every last penny!! We decided we will make it a monthly thing to come here as a family!! Mahalo for the awesome experience..
This was my first visit after the renovation. The restaurant appeared much smaller than the previous set up. The acoustics suffered from the hard floors and it was noisy. Being that we were two senior couples, a quiet conversation was difficult to achieve. The food was excellent, and Harold, our server, was attentive to our needs.
2 staffers. . .. one was SOOOO RUDE! another was NOT ALL THERE!
food were awesome... crab legs, prime rib , shrimps! Love the place!
Son was visiting from Texas. Very upset that they changed the menu and did not have the item I was looking forward in having. Can only guess that the quality of the product must be lacking. They should sores their high end products from local home raised and grown farmers. Not very happy with this meal. 😖.
Sad that the Prince Waikiki charged premium prices for substandard food. The only items I enjoyed was the desert offerings, sushi and prime rib it was awesome.
The dinning room is not very well kept. It is very messy and the staff although friendly and pleasant seem to lack the professionalism of a so called high end hotel. I can only imagine what there starting rate for wait staff maybe.
But if you order ala cart, the items seem to be under par in quality. SAD. Very disappointed. Not a good choice, next time I will go to Ruth Christ Steak House you always get a awesome meal there. BUMMER.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday brunch. The clam bake was tasty and the stone crab was excellent
Wish the crab was warm and butter had flavor. Over all it was excellent food and experience.
Excellent service, great food at a very good price. Aloha
Selection of food was great. Only criticism was that the warm entrees were not hot. The meat dishes were slightly overcooked and not tender.
Great harbor views, fantastic lunch buffet! Highly recommended.
Amazing buffet! Without question the best value for your money on the beach.
Food selections was small. Not sure if it was because we made our reservations through Open Table instead of calling, but they put us in this corner table that didn’t even seem like it was part of the restaurant. There were about 5 tables in this area and It was where they take all the dirty dishes.
Disappointed with the lack of selection and for what we paid, not worth it at all.
Tried this place for the first time. My friend did the buffet and I did ala carte. My friend would have enjoyed the crab legs more if they were steamed and she noted that the buffet did not have any line organization meaning people were not going down the line in one orderly direction. She did have lots of great choices including oysters, clams, shrimp, crab legs, sashimi, sushi, prime rib and desserts.
I ordered the ribeye and joked how much I hate kale (the vegetable side dish). Well eat my words, the kale was the best part of my meal. I'm not saying that the steak or potatoes were not good but the kale was just delicious. It was cooked in butter and garlic and didn't have that bitterness that I hate. I would return just to order the steak and double kale (no potatoes) for a great keto meal.
Service was good. Thank you Devin. It was my friend's birthday and he came by with a nice little slice of cheesecake with a chocolate medallion with happy birthday written on it which was a nice finale to an awesome dinner.
Only knock was windows were a little dirty but realistically, you can't clean them every day.
Excellent dining experience. Fantastic food and quality service!!!
Service was great. Foods was okay.
It was a good vibe
