   Great experience. Jordan was an excellent server, well versed on all items that came from the Farm itself and how non- Farm items were sourced. It’s an experience, not just a meal.

   The food exceeded our expectations. They made a simple charcuterie board into a work of art with delicate offerings of unusual tastes that were delicious and memorable. Smoked olives were a hit and an unexpected delight. Salmon and pork dinners were cooked perfectly...tender, moist. It was so nice to have food cooked exactly to the point of perfection. Made us think of all the times that we ate food that we thought was good, but this gave us a new barometer of how extraordinary food can be when done expertly. We loved every course. In regard to ambience and ease of getting to the restaurant, we found both lacking. Arriving at night, we had difficulty finding the parking area and restaurant. The lighting and signage were poor. The restaurant itself lacked the charm we expected with a farmhouse setting. The only thing that made it fancy was the table linens. Otherwise, it was shabby....and not chic. Regardless of the setting, we had a lovely time, delicious dinner and enjoyed our waitstaff. They offered a tour of the kitchen which was fun. Still recommend definitely!

   What a wonderful experience my wife and I had for our wedding anniversary at Quiessence at the Farm. Although it was a little out side of our usual restaurant stomping grounds, it was worth the 30 minute drive. My wife should get all the credit for finding this gem. She saw it on a list of establishments participating in restaurant week. Im so glad we gave it a try. It made a special day extra special. Our server, Alison, just so happen to be one of the owners and the wife of the executive chef. The whole experience was outstanding. Service was spot on and the food was inventive and well prepared. I especially liked the Chef’s Spread; a charcuterie board on steriods. A wonderful array of cheeses, preserves, friut, nuts and delicious pates. The other stand out for me was the bread pudding dessert. To top the evening off we were invited to take a tour of their kitchen. What a treat. There we meet Dustin, the talented chef, who was extremely friendly and inviting. The kitchen was emaculate and state of the art. A great experience to end a special night.

   A masterpiece of a resto. It is by all means one of THE finest restaurants in Phoenix - Arizona actually. Congratulations are in order to Chef/Owner Dustin Christofolo and his exceptionally extraordinary staff both in the kitchen and out. Quiessence is one of the true examples of farm-to-table and ever-changing seasonal cuisine located right in a farm. Their pastoral lure and relaxed country vibe offer an exceptional setting in which to both enjoy a remarkable atmosphere, with a serene and rustic décor and savor the exquisite feasts Chef Christofolo artistically creates, changing and adjusting constantly. From the Chef’s Wine Spectator magazine recognition to studies at La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina and Italian Culinary Academy in NYC York City to the extraordinary, experienced background culminating in Quiescence’s masterful offerings – there can be no question only superb comes out of his kitchen. From their remarkable wine offerings to incredible appetizers Chef’s spread and fire grilled Wild Oysters to the Chef’s Potato Gnocchi Bolognese, to the Wood Fired Grilled Salmon were superb in every way. Wow! Overall, my wife and I walked away ecstatic… amazed at the service, attention to detail, and the simply incredible perfection in preparation, presentation and tastes that we were able to experience. By far one of the most incredibly enjoyable culinary experiences we’ve embark on since becoming Phoenicians over ten years ago. Chef Christofolo and staff – congratulations and may you honor your guests forever with your artistic genius and love for the profession and the bounty of nature of which you present. We will be back. Grandi avventure… live long and prosper.

   Our second visit to this restaurant. Our first visit was a “10” by all measures! The food was excellent and creative and the service was top notch. Our second visit was during restaurant week and was a bit disappointing. The food was great and a great value for restaurant week, however, overall service missed the mark. Our 3-course meal took 2 hrs and 15 minutes, we waited an hour between appetizer and entree. Not sure what happened, but much too slow! We’ll give them another try based on our first visit, but had our only experience been our most recent, we’d consider returning based on the food alone.

   Excellent food, very beautifully and thoughtfully prepared. Location is very beautiful and surprising if you expect desert everywhere you go in Phoenix . Exquisite location.

    Overall the culinary experience was wonderful and memorable. I can still taste the unique chef's spread appetizer and the meat sauce/gnocchi entree, all the way to my apple dessert sorbet/cannolo experience! Fantastic food and initial service. However the kitchen could not effectively accommodate both the restaurant week crowd and a big group event at the same time. We had an unreasonable wait time for our entree and dessert and were very disappointed with the lack of notification or attempt of apology for the wait. We were at the restaurant a total of 2.5 hours. Initially we were impressed so I'm sad that I left very tired and disappointed.
