   We were so very excited to experience this venue but ended up not having the evening we were hoping for. The food was.. “good”. The main issue we and every other table experienced was excruciatingly slow table service. We did opt for the 5 course meal and it said the experience could be 2.5-3 hours, but we ended up being at the restaurant for almost 4 hours even after requesting faster cadence of our courses. We sat for over an hour and a half before our first course arrived. I was looking around at the other 7 parties and it seemed like 90% of the time there was no food on any of the tables. We paid an up charge for ribeye, but only received 3 small strips with an abundant amount of sinew. I really don’t enjoy posting a review such as this, but you have to deliver to your customers when you command over $250 per guest for this experience even after they comp’d our glass of wine.

   Best dinner experience ever!! Cuisine, setting, service all outstanding. Wish I could give our server, Molly 6 stars. She made the evening special beyond words! Treat yourself to this culinary excellence!

   I required a vegetarian meal, which the staff accommodated thoughtfully and without hesitation. The servers were attentive and professional, and the kitchen staff was warm and welcoming during our tour. We enjoyed the brick oven meal, which was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. The ambiance was impeccable, creating a truly memorable dining experience

   Beautiful evening in a lovely setting. Perfect weather to sit outside on the patio. Fun addition was a tour -history/background of the property and tour of the kitchen and opportunity to meet Chefs. A lot of details make it an exceptional dining experience not just dinner

   This was a very disappointing experience. We’ve eaten here several times in the past and had marvelous meals . Last night, however, the experience was disappointing because the service was so poor. We had signed up for the four course dinner starting at 7 o’clock our first course came in a decent amount of time, maybe 35 or 40 minutes. We waited over an hour for a second course. When we mention it to the server, and then the manager we were told there was a mixup. And that they would serve our next courses soon. We still waited another 20 minutes. Our main course wasn’t served until almost 10 o’clock. We didn’t leave the restaurant till almost 1030. While the food was exceptional, the experience was ruined by the poor service.

   This was our first visit here, and we were very excited to finally try it out. The cocktails we started with were delicious, and the wine list and pairings were excellent (loved to see our favorites from Rune and Tumbleweed on there). The food was also outstanding overall. I was especially impressed by the vegetarian options which are sometimes a little disappointing with tasting menus. I will say that similar to what others have mentioned, the service timing was a little off/slow. We did not receive our bread service for almost 2 hours, and a few times our wine pairings did not arrive with the courses. The menu suggested the meal would take 2-2.5 hours, but we were there for 4 hours. It’s such a lovely setting that I really did not mind too much. I would expect things to be a little smoother at this price point, but I would still go back and try again. The staff were all very friendly, and we enjoyed the tour of the kitchen quite a bit!

    Quiessence is an amazing restaurant - it’s our special occasion restaurant! The setting is serene and elegant with a beautiful yard. It’s a lovely evening - the pacing of the meal makes it wonderful for talking and relaxing between the courses. Lovely!!!
