Great time with very good service but the appetizer took too long! Food was very rich.
Great atmosphere with amazing views! Service was wonderful and food was outstanding! Great date night!
The view was amazing and the dinner for 2 was delicious. Steak, sides, wine, and dessert were all good. Would definitely go back.
Requested a window table for a Birthday dinner. Got the window table with a card welcoming us on our Anniversary. Surrounded by groups of corporates at long tables. Service from Chelsea was very good. Food was very good except for French Onion soup which was below average. Three items stick out: 1) Corkage for a bottle we brought with us: $35-00. That got us checking the wine list where the prices are inflated. 2) Different waiter came to take our order for our "Anniversary" dessert. We weren't sure of what we wanted, so he brusquely advised "I'll come back". He never did. I noticed him doling out desserts to the 3-4 tables of corporates around us, so we paid the bill and left, minus dessert. 3) The room is very noisy. The band is not muted which causes diners to speak louder. Tables of corporates were drinking and getting louder in order to talk over the band.
Queensview might promote itself as an upscale steakhouse, but it is just like Parkers Lighthouse with higher prices. We aren't likely to return nor recommend it.
One of my go to place to take visitors from outside of California. One of the best view from this restaurant!
Beautiful view, great service, excellent food. 2nd time here and enjoyed it even more.
Beautiful views at sunset made our dinner, and we were well taken care of by the staff.
This was our 2nd visit and it was outstanding both times. The views are beautiful, the food is exemplary and the service is impeccable. I was very much looking forward to this dinner and it did not disappoint.
It was the perfect Valentines Day date night. We had such great service and the food was outstanding. Will definitely be returning.
It was on Valentine’s Day! We went early and got accommodated to
I was expecting a very nice restaurant, but then it felt super fancy when we went up to the 3rd floor. It was Valentine's so I wanted to do something nicer than normal. My expectations were blown. Ambiance was amazing though we felt out of place for a bit. But out server whose name might of been Hans*? Was amazing and welcoming. Food was tasty as hell, very well done! I went for the Porterhouse Steak, mushrooms, and lobster mac n cheese! Overall service was amazing. Will have to go back for the hell of it. But I did drop quite a bit more money than I normally would.
Great meal, excellently prepared. However, we were seated before two other tables before us, but was served our entrees after. Therefore we were there over two hours.
Amazing food, beautiful views, romantic atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
Great place for an Anniversary Dinner! The service was so nice and the food was great as well! Beautiful nighttime view across the water toward the Queen Mary to top it off!
Perfect setting and great customer service. Will be returning back.
The staff is friendly, attentive and professional. The food was outstanding!
Restaurant was freezing when we arrived but they did adjust it. Thought music was too loud even though it was good live music.
Three of us had an early dinner at Queensview on a Saturday night. The evening views from the dining room are quite nice. The food was very good, the shrimp cocktail and the lobster bisque were nice starters. The steaks were served cooked as ordered and were very good. Service left a bit to be desired. At this price point (among the highest in Long Beach) I expected a more seamless experience than we received. But overall, a restaurant worth visiting again.
Wonderful ambiance and excellent food. Extremely attentive staff.
Another wonderful dinner at Queensview. And since it was during the week, parking was not a problem. Great view, perfectly prepared steaks, loved the lobster mac-n-cheese and a nice happy hour bar menu.
We were early and sat at the bar until the table was ready. The Bartender set the tone for the night as he was very knowledgeable about the whisky and made us feel like locals rather than out of town customers. I could tell he enjoys his job and he was interacting with everyone at the bar. Once we were seated at our table with an amazing View we again had a great server and the food that followed was equally amazing. I had a 14oz steak topped with a gravy and it was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Pappy Van Winkle's 15 year was well worth the money and I would do it again. I really have nothing to tell you or your staff that could be improved. I would say this was one of the best and most memorable dinner dates I have had with my wife in 30 years. I will make it back to Long Beach from Montana just to eat at Queensview Steakhouse. Just an amazing experience.
The food was excellent, service outstanding, bar selection fantastic! There was a small band playing that was excellent but made it very hard to have a conversation. Overall experience was amazing!
This was me and my wife first time there and I love it the music was nice the drinks were great and the service was perfect. We haven’t been out on a date in a long time and it was perfect place to go. I would recommend Queensview Steakhouse.
Music was too loud for business . It sounded like a dance club. Most customers were from the convention. Food was over-cookked.
Adam was the foodtender, awesome professional. Great business meeting we had Friday night, great food, great view, great everything... only suggestion is that the bartender be a better pour, there is no sense it doing that when we make it up in the tip... Adam made it right.
The best steak house around
Great service and they gave us glasses of champagne and a dessert for birthday and anniversary! Food was delicious and we would definitely recommend it:-)
Amazing food and service!
Cena de navidad
We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. We enjoy the live music.
Sea bass and scallops were delicious and portions generous. The Caesar salad was the best I have had in years - back to NYC in the 70's. Window seat with perfect view of the Queen Mary. Tim at the bar was fun.
Very good food and service. The bone in rib eye was excellent and my wife enjoyed the lamb.
Service was excellent. Food and sides were delicious but some steaks were very rare while others were perfect. Unfortunate to have inconsistency at a steak house that prides itself on cooking to perfection based on your preference. Desserts were amazing.
The server inadvertently charged for an extra side dish and I didn’t notice until I four home. Otherwise, the experience was a full five stars!!!!
Also, the parking validation only takes two dollars off the bill. It should cover the cost of parking.
Great attentive service But the prices for individual items as you order is a bit expensive, it would be great if they had a meal with sides already included .
Great and awesome
Had a wonderful birthday dinner
Queensview, as always did not disappoint. Took my parents for their Anniversary and they loved it. Their Chilean Sea Bass is like butter, so nice a flaky. I ordered the Filet Oscar and it was cooked to perfection, and as always the Lobster Bisque was a perfect way to start dinner and warm up a little as the night was cold. All in all, a great dinner experience with a beautiful view of The Queen Mary.
The welcoming by the hostess, the bartender while waiting for our window table, our waitress, the food quality, the manager who helped me select two upper tier cabernets, and the view all get an A+. The selection of music for Saturday dining in a steakhouse was excellent.HOWEVER, the volume needs to be cut in half. You should not have waiters having to yell for customers to hear along with customers having to yell across a 4 top to talk with each other. Everything made me want to come back instead of going to 555, except the offensive volume level of the live jazz.
