Best steaks we have had in a long time. Our server, Laura, was excellent from start to finish. It was our Anniversary and they gave us a lovely table by the window with view of the Queen Mary! Will go again soon!!

Queensview Steakhouse is definitely the restaurant to dine at for a special occasion or even any occasion at all. The service was the best we have ever had and the food was wonderful - perfectly done. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. We highly recommend it!!

Made reservations for my wife bday and this place did not disappoint, it was phenomenal. First we were greeted by the hostess when we walked in and when I gave her my name for the reservation, they told my wife happy bday which was very nice. Definitely made my wife feel special. Took the elevator to the third floor and the was greeted by another hostess there who took us to our table. Then our server Craig introduced himself and he was a phenomenal server. I asked for recommendations for drinks and side dishes and he did not disappoint. All the food was delicious! the views and live music were fantastic! We will definitely come back to Queensview steakhouse.

I was disappointed in my experience. The restaurant staff was under staffed and it made a huge difference in the experience. The band wasn't really the right band for a quiet, special dinner either.

Another amazing dining experience at Queensview. Top notch dinner, the Porterhouse for two. Chelsey is our favorite server and Tom behind the bar is excellent as well. Window seat as requested was made available for us. Love this place.

Overall, We had a very good experience. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. There was a beautiful view of the bay and the Queen Mary. My wife had a dry aged rib eye, which was cooked perfectly. My filet came overdone at first, then underdone but cooked to perfection and tasted amazing the 3rd time around. Get it, Oscar Style. Management took care of us for the mistake and we left very satisfied.

My wife and I visited Queensview for a second time. First time was over a year ago and my review them was very low marks from service to food to overall experience. Vowing never to return. I was contacted by the GM and shared my experience. Only to let him know there are may steak houses out there and Queensview missed the mark on many aspects considering steak houses are generally not a inexpensive dining experience. He asked us to give it another try and took us over a year to go back. That was how horrible it was the first time. This time our experience was 1000% better and the steaks were delicious and prepared to perfection. First time mine was way undercooked and my wife’s was over cooked. Couldn’t get a waiters attention to correct the problem. This time service started out shaky again. Server walked by and was surprise we were seated. Ended up he and rest of staff was attentive. Bottom line, thought I would go back after our first experience. This time we had a good experience, wonderful food, and a good view over looking the water. I would not hesitate to return for a future visit.

I am the rarely say this. " the price matched the experience" the food was not only delicious but the view was nice from sunset to seeing the mega moon. They attend to you like you are VIP. I gave them a 20 dollar tip and that is saying alot from me

Ever since we’ve tried this place it has been a great experience, we’ve been trying different things on the menu. We always get the steak for two with the mushrooms and cheese cake for desert. This is a very good place to eat with great views..

Employees were very friendly and accommodating. I ordered my 10oz Fillet Mignon medium. It came out well done. Zero red inside. No one, including management ever asked how our food was. Meal was good. Not great. Definitely not worth the price. The best part about the meal was the view of the water.

Love Queensview but steak was not cooked as requested. Service was slow so we chose to inform them about the improper temperature but ate the overcooked steak. It was an expensive plate, you would at least expect a discount or free dessert…something!

We had a wonderful meal from start to finish, with very attentive service from the minute we walked in the door. The space is on the third floor overlooking the water and has windows all around, with fantastic views of the Queen Mary on one side and the harbor and downtown Long Beach on the other. There was a very talented pianist playing jazz, with just enough volume to be pleasant and not overwhelming. As far as the meal, the Beef Tenderloin for Two was prepared perfectly, and the sides were delicious (grilled asparagus and onion rings, in our case). And I have to mention the amazing Butter Cake with Strawberries for dessert. It was highly recommended by the staff, and for good reason. Also, there is an extensive, well-selected wine list, as well as a number of interesting specialty cocktails. Well worth the drive from LA; we will be returning soon!
