Parkers' Lighthouse, is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 5 - 10 p.m. and Sunday evenings from 4 - 9 p.m.
The Queensview Steakhouse serves upscale Southern California cuisine and features Prime steaks, chops, lobster, and fresh grilled seafood.
Listen to the sounds of local jazz artists -- featured five nights per week-- This venue offers a 360 degree view and is arguably one of the most romantic rooms in Southern California.
Way overpriced. Won't return.
We visited the Aquarium and decided to book dinner early. Luckily we were able to get in at 5pm. The instant we walked in, the hostess was very professional, and inviting. The top of the restaurant was nicer than the bar lower level. Our server was very good, but I didn't feel he checked in quickly enough. We were there for 3 hours. The restaurant was lovely, live jazz music, not too crowded, and an excellent view. The food was pretty delicious - the steak and the lobster (all a la carte) with the gratin potatoes and mushrooms. We didn't receive the lobster with crab stuffing so the server decided to comp our dessert. The coffee was half decaf and regular in a french press with these very cool rock candy sticks. Overall, the experience was excellent. It was over 200 and the parking was not complimentary after 2 hours, so that was another $10. Expect to pay a pretty penny but if that is not an issue- this is the place to go.
I ordered a bone in New York Strip medium.
It cam out rare. Happens.. I sent it back and it came out less rare.
To their credit they took it off the bill but what good is a steakhouse that cant cook a steak properly in 2 tries? I asked the manager this and he just glared ate me and walked off.
This used to be one of my favorite places. I will find a new favorite.
I Love Queensview and Parker’s Lighthouse, they both offer great food. Everyone is so friendly, they have a little bit of everything for everybody. Check them out you will love it.
Came for New Year's Eve pre fixe menu. This was the third time I've done this. Choices for each course were good. Soup was very salty and overheard that other tables had complained about it also. I asked for another item from the same section of the menu. The waiter took it back with no hesitation and the replacement arrived very quickly. Other than that, everything was delicious. New Year's Eve party favors (hat, noise-makers) were handed out along with a flute of champagne to ring in the new year.
We went for New Years Eve. Food was great. View of the harbor was amazing. Price was high but what we expected on a special night. We plan to come back!
Very LOUD! An Old Fashion on the rocks means two bar ice cubes, not a full glass of crushed ice like it was a coke at McDonalds. Steak was served on a square plate. A steak of that price should be served on a hot metal platter. Waiter was efficient but lacked a personal touch. Beautiful view of the Queen Mary, though.
Everything is great from the soup to the deserts, along with the view.
We will be back!
We loved our food and our experience here! The view is beautiful and the food was delicious. We had steaks and scallops and they were cooked perfectly. The band was just right for the atmosphere and it was nicely decorated for Christmas.
My Fiance and I went for our Anniversary and it was amazing! From the view, to the wine, the food, the service, it was just overall amazing!! I cant wait to head over there again for a nice romantic evening!! :)
My husband and I really enjoyed our date night here. We have a 2 & 3 year old so our evening dates (we day-date) are VERY few and far between so we have to choose our locations wisely. This place was absolutely perfect. The people were polite, the food was amazing, the view was so pretty, the ambiance was romantic & intimate, and the pricing was fair. We will return!
Overall good experience
The food was to die for and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend it.
We had an excellent experience… The place is beautiful, although it’s a little bit tough to find because the signage is just not on point, it’s on the third floor of another restaurant… But, the service was absolutely excellent, the food was delicious, the menu is great, it’s very clean, the views are amazing, the drinks were great, and the overall experience was just plain fantastic. Looking forward to our next visit!
Food was good and the service was attentive. The prices were a little high but the portion sizes were large.
pound for pound this is one of the best places we've been to. Every dish was really amazing. From the ceviche sushi to the filet minon to even just an order of onion rings. Everything seemed to be about the taste and texture. We will be returning for sure
The service was very slow. We waited 15 minutes bf we were greeted or even received water. I ordered a drink but "they just ran out" of my brand. Once we finally ordered the drinks it took a very long time to get them. Wait staff needs training. They were unfamiliar with the menu and just not polished. The food came out timely and was very good with generous portions. We ordered the salmon, spinach and asparagus. My portion was so big I had it for lunch the next day. When we checked in at the front desk there were some VERY drunk people yelling and causing a commotion. I felt like management should have done a better job handling the drunks. Not so special to be greeted by loud obnoxious drunks when you have made reservations at a high end restaurant.
Our server Liz was attentive and she made our anniversary that much more special. The porterhouse was cooked to our liking (medium) and came out tender and juicy. The brussel sprouts were delicious but the lobster mac was just average. Great wine selection and the bartender Anna Maria made excellent dirty martinis.
We came here for our 5 year anniversary. Great food and outstanding service. The view is pretty amazing too. We had an appetizer, a wedge salad and split an 18oz ribeye with a couple of sides.
The stake was very dilicios it was all gone in the blink of an eye. The lobster was outstanding I don’t mind paying for excellent food. My wife and I had a great time. We enjoy the view on the third floor. The waitress was very friendly and made it very easy for us to decide. Definitely I would recommend and I would visit again. 😎
Excellent food and service
It was my wife’s Birthday and there was a Birthday Card on the table from the staff nice touch
I love this restaurant especially “Dave” the manager He always makes people happy, comfortable and satisfied. All servers are so nice and friendly. The food and drinks always excellent. Ambiance so wonderful! This place is excellent for business dinner, birthdays and all occassions. I always recommending Queensview Steakhouse to all my friends. In fact all of then are coming back for business and with their families!
Birthday. Steak was amazing.
My Agent Paradise Royalty Travel, LLC our of
North Carolina found your restaurant. It was exceptional! Thank you for everything.
This place was great for date night. The food, service, music and views were awesome. Definitely worth the cost.
Waitress was excellently!! Good service. Vey nice.
It was the perfect setting for a client dinner. The service was impeccable, the food was fresh and prepared with just the right combination of ingredients. Our table had a variety of seafood and meat items. All of us enjoyed our entrees. We finished with delectable desserts. The cheesecake and creme brulee were our favorites.
My wife and I had dinner last night to celebrate our 3rd year marriage anniversary, and I got to say that the food and service was espectacular, we are definitely coming back.
Wee had a large group and had a great BDay celebration!
Beautiful special occasion restaurant with waterfront view of the Queen Mary. Lovely sunsets, excellent steaks.
Great ambiance (view of the Queen Mary) in a beautiful room, great food, and great service. Out go to dinner restaurant when we go to Long Beach.
Great steaks done to our need. Great service shout out to Mike our server.
The only thing I would put more tine in is the quality of the oysters, not good quality. To small and not opened correctly
It was fast and easy to make reservations online. When we arrived at Queensview we were seated right away. Stunning ocean view, our server was very polite, helpful and attentive all night, food was delicious, I enjoyed the live music and the wine, I definitely recommend Queensview Steakhouse.
Everything was top notch! Service, food, drinks, views, and music were fantastic. We will be back!
I would've gaven it 5 stars but the waitress brought some nut products after we told her one of the guest was allergic to nuts
There was a large party dining at the same time as us and I think the staff was overwhelmed. Unfortunately for us we paid the price with poor service and meals that weren’t good. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.
We had a very nice time, and really enjoy ourselves
Everything was nice. A bit pricey! Parking was horrible. The last two times we had reservations at Parker's Lighthouse downstairs, and now Queensview Steakhouse, the parking was horrible and makes it not wanting to go to these restaurants and others in Shoreline Village. These last two times, they were having the Grand Prix, and also now another event. So many detours on Ocean Blvd., and getting to shoreline Village that it makes it a big hassle to get to Shoreline Village, and this time they had parking on the grass outside the parking lot which was full, for $15 parking fee. The restaurants should complain, as I am sure they lose customers because of the detours and no parking available. When they have envents at Shoreline Village, they should park somewhere and shuttle people into the event, so that the ones that want to visit the restaurants can come and park in the parking lot. Several in our party at Queensview Steakhouse, and sadly we will not be going there on Weekends, since we never know when they are going to have events there. It was never like this before.
My visitors loved it. Great view and tender sirloin steaks
