Parkers' Lighthouse, is open Tuesday through Saturday evenings from 5 - 10 p.m. and Sunday evenings from 4 - 9 p.m.
The Queensview Steakhouse serves upscale Southern California cuisine and features Prime steaks, chops, lobster, and fresh grilled seafood.
Listen to the sounds of local jazz artists -- featured five nights per week-- This venue offers a 360 degree view and is arguably one of the most romantic rooms in Southern California.
We enjoyed our meal very much. The view was terrific and the server, Samuel, was top notch.
Truly enjoyed everything about this place. The bone-in ribeye is to die for and will go back in a couple of weeks for the sea bass.
Great service from KC.
Food was awesome except for chocolate cake which was dry.
Superb views, wonderful food, beautiful jazz music... what more could we ask? The best happy hour! Thanks for another great meal. (Desserts could improve a bit)
Great restraunt to take a significant other to! Great service, great food, great atmosphere, and great view. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a classy date. Expect to spend $150 for 2 people minimum.
First time at this restaurant and had a great experience. One of the best steaks we have ever had.
The view is amazing... but that’s about it. The fish was decent. Dinner was $250. If you want lamb or steak just go to Ruth Chris or maestros steakhouse definitely worth the money.
My experience was amazing. I love the food and really great costumer service. I took my boyfriend as a date and he loved the place. I would absolutely go back.
Thank you for your service
Our waitress was great, the view was great, the music was great. The thing that wasn’t so great was the food. The steak was salty and tough. Although I asked for medium well, I was told it would be slightly pink which it wasn’t. Very expensive night for mediocre food so I’m not sure if I will be back.
Everything was top notch. The meal was timely served, presented well and delicious. The noise level increased as the number of diners increased. The jazz trio was especially enjoyable but not intrusive. We noticed that there was no sommelier or wine steward so we think their wine service could be improved. Of course you cannot beat the view. It enhanced the visit that much more.
It was a great experience. Would recommend to a friend.
The food was great, I was not disappointed at all. The fish was cooked to perfect as were all the sides. My husband had the lobster shrimp ravioli which he is still raving about. The butter cake at the end is delicious dessert I will be ordering for pick up in the near future. The drinks were made well and stiff. May only complaint would be the beer selection. My good friend did not enjoy the IPA selection that was offered to him and he is a beer connoisseur. The hosting staff and servers were pleasant. The serving staff did forget the Birthday girls crab cake until the meal was almost completely over. All and all it was a great experience.
Great food, great service and great views
Food, service and drinks were not up to the level that I expected for a prime steak restaurant. The view is spectacular and small jazz band was playing so the ambiance is top notch but won't be back. For the price, I'd rather go to Maestros or Ruth Chris. I can make a better steak and drinks myself.
was best experience.
Service was amazing.
View is very good.
The steak was the best
Excellent service, good drinks, beautiful view. Very nice place for date night or any special occasion.
Best dinner! Went for Valentine’s Day and they had a special!
My boyfriend took me here for our first date. And experience has always been the same. Great staff, food, live band. Just amazing.
We had a truly lovely, magical dinner at Queensview Steakhouse. All of the food -- from the oysters, to the salads, steaks and sea bass, to the butter cake for dessert -- was delicious, perfectly seasoned and prepared, and memorable. Our waiter was excellent. The view of the Queen Mary and Long Beach harbor, especially during sunset, was delightful.
Service was spectacular and the food was superb! I ordered the filet minion while my wife ordered the half chicken. We also ordered sides of sauteed mushrooms cooked to perfection as well as grilled mushrooms. Great views of the Queen Mary lit up after dark!
Impeccible service, Beautiful view, Live Jazz and Delicious food.. Divine in every way.
This was my first time dining at Queensview. The service was excellent and our waiter was perfect. We were treated so nice and the Lobster was to die for. The steak was bomb as well. Great view and the waiter eagerly to our photo with the queen mary background!!!
Birthday celebration great food; great service; excellent view. Lovely celebration.
The food was perfectly cooked. Our service was outstanding as well. We felt like we were the only customers in the restaurant. I highly reccomend Queensview!
The ribeye Left a little to be desired, Sushi appetizer was moderately decent
Everything was fantastic, the food was good the music was very entertaining.our waitresses Christy was outstanding. Love everything about it.
Would have given 5 stars, b/c this place is super excellent in every way - except for the way too loud jazz live music playing, so they lost a star for that. Last time there, it was pleasant, mellow jazz and was not intrusive or to loud. This time it was very hyper jazz (should only play "mellow" jazz in a restaurant setting) so it made for very poor dinner ambiance. Made me all stressed out, irritated and we were very grateful when they took their break. Live music is always a nice touch, if appropriate for the venue, softer would have been much better. Otherwise, service was attentive and stellar, as was the food and view.
Our second time and again the food, service and quality was superb. Christy was our server again and out did herself. Between her and the manager all our needs were addressed.
I would recommend the restaurant for its view and it’s location on the waterfront. The name is confusing and was hard to find. Restaurant called Queensview but when you arrive at location you have to play discovery games to find it, within another named restaurant?! Food was good but steaks were totally overdone for Medium.
We really enjoyed our evening here. We will definitely be back.
Our server was amazing and he was able to answer any questions regarding the wine options. They gave me a awesome view and my lady enjoyed her bday dinner along with her amazing pictures
Best service I’ve had in along time. I will be back.
Way overpriced. Won't return.
We visited the Aquarium and decided to book dinner early. Luckily we were able to get in at 5pm. The instant we walked in, the hostess was very professional, and inviting. The top of the restaurant was nicer than the bar lower level. Our server was very good, but I didn't feel he checked in quickly enough. We were there for 3 hours. The restaurant was lovely, live jazz music, not too crowded, and an excellent view. The food was pretty delicious - the steak and the lobster (all a la carte) with the gratin potatoes and mushrooms. We didn't receive the lobster with crab stuffing so the server decided to comp our dessert. The coffee was half decaf and regular in a french press with these very cool rock candy sticks. Overall, the experience was excellent. It was over 200 and the parking was not complimentary after 2 hours, so that was another $10. Expect to pay a pretty penny but if that is not an issue- this is the place to go.
I ordered a bone in New York Strip medium.
It cam out rare. Happens.. I sent it back and it came out less rare.
To their credit they took it off the bill but what good is a steakhouse that cant cook a steak properly in 2 tries? I asked the manager this and he just glared ate me and walked off.
This used to be one of my favorite places. I will find a new favorite.
I Love Queensview and Parker’s Lighthouse, they both offer great food. Everyone is so friendly, they have a little bit of everything for everybody. Check them out you will love it.
Came for New Year's Eve pre fixe menu. This was the third time I've done this. Choices for each course were good. Soup was very salty and overheard that other tables had complained about it also. I asked for another item from the same section of the menu. The waiter took it back with no hesitation and the replacement arrived very quickly. Other than that, everything was delicious. New Year's Eve party favors (hat, noise-makers) were handed out along with a flute of champagne to ring in the new year.
We went for New Years Eve. Food was great. View of the harbor was amazing. Price was high but what we expected on a special night. We plan to come back!
Very LOUD! An Old Fashion on the rocks means two bar ice cubes, not a full glass of crushed ice like it was a coke at McDonalds. Steak was served on a square plate. A steak of that price should be served on a hot metal platter. Waiter was efficient but lacked a personal touch. Beautiful view of the Queen Mary, though.
