The Sunday Brunch was excellent, the food well worth the price. The service was off the chart for being right on, polite, courteously, attended to everyone request.

I was pleased to have this place to celebrate my husband's birthday. The staff was great, the music was nice and the food wonderful!! The icing was meeting the captain and my husband getting a cake.

Definitely coming back again

Second time here in less than 6 months. Food and service weren't as good as my first visit. Waiter explained nothing, refills on champagne and water slow in coming , and wobbly table.

The ship itself is a gem. The brunch is on the pricey side, however it is all you can eat. The bottomless champagne and mimosas were delicious. I will say that our water, coffee, or champagne glass was NEVER empty. Service staff is 100% on top of it, and keep the table cleared and a nice friendly demeanor. The down side. I just spent a lot of cash and NOW you want to charge me another $8-$15 for parking, when it used to be included in the price of brunch. I prefer to valet, and due to what I think is construction, the signs were confusing, and getting to the right place to get the car valet was frustrating. The buffet literally had every type of food imaginable and can easily accommodate every type of food preference from vegetarian to hearty meat eaters.

This was a special occasion brunch for someone who had never been to the Queen Mary's Sunday brunch- and they were very impressed. The live music is simply dreamy - that lovely woman playing the harp is so, so talented.

There is so much food, there is so much variety - but I have only one small observation: I would like to see more vegan options. There was salad, of course. And fruit. Hash browns. But having a few vegan spreads for the breads and maybe even a vegan dessert would be such a welcome novelty.

Certainly there was lots of food and lots of different types of food. If you go for quantity you won't be satisfied. But if you're looking for quality you'll be disappointed. Most of the single item cold offerings ranged from satisfactory to good, but most of the prepared dishes we sampled were just not very good (e.g., the Mexican, Asian, and Italian offerings along with the tasteless sausages and soggy bacon at the omelet station). The breads and desserts were fine. Over-all though, if you want to feast on quality offerings there are much better brunch choices. Sorry, our expectations were high (and maybe that was the problem) and what we experienced (aside from the service which was outstanding) but our experience was mediocre.

We have been there several times before and always enjoyed it. When we took a friend, who was out-of-state, there in 2016, they served coffee that was so good. So, this time we were so excited to have the same again but, found out that it was a different one. Our waiter Domitilio was excellent.

The venue, food and tour guide was great
The confusion over what the tour ticket included spoilt the occasion
The man on the 4 D theatre entry was rude, unhelpful and brusk. We waited 40 minutes for the theatre after spending a tiring day at the QM and he tainted the last day of a 5 week tour of California.

As usual, the food and service were excellent. One thing that I like to do is put yoghurt on top of my fruit. There was no yoghurt to be found, so I asked an attendant who was placing oysters on a buffet table where it might be. He immediately went out a back door and soon emerged with a bowl of yoghurt for me. Way beyond the call of duty!

Very elegant and the food was great. Nothing ran out for long. The shucked oysters were constantly coming out and everything was fresh. The mimosas were refilled continually and they even celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was wonderful.

I would rate my overall experience as amazing. The customer service was excellent ( waiters were timely with serving and refilling the wine glasses) the food was fresh and delicious ( observed the food trays constantly being replished) , the music balanced the atmosphere ( the mellow sound of the harp enhanced the total experience) . Great brunch 😊

Food was more like a $19.95 buffet than a $60 one. Everything was pretty much out of a can. Had two large very noisy party on both side of our table for two. Nice looking room and music but that was about it.

Zero handicap Access for my 87 yr old mother who walks with a walker. Service was COMPLETE CRAP for how expensive the food was all of us were completely disappointed. Shame on Disney for complete lack of handicap Access. We will never recommend this place to anyone.

We thought that the variety of food offered, together with the quality and the ambience was excellent. The harpist playing in the centre of the main food display was also a good thought and she played some good tunes.
We also had the opportunity to meet and talk with the Commodore which was interesting and unexpected.

Food and service was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately we were seated next to a group that was extremely loud due to obnoxious behavoir. We asked to move and we were kindly accomodated. Unfortunately, even though we were moved a number of tables away, they were still louder than all the combined tables around us. My husband and I were there trying to celebrate our 20th anniversary and enjoy each other's company. But the loud table made it difficult to do this. It is my opinion that in a high class place in which your customers are paying the prices they are to attain a luxurious experience, one of the waiters should have sent management to the table to tell them to keep it down. Something like, "Excuse me, I am glad to see that you are enjoying yourselves, and as much as I want you to continue having a good time here, I am going to have to ask that you keep your noise level down so that the other customers may also have a good time here."

Horrible! For the price you pay, one would expect something a vegan could eat. There were minimal fruits, and a lot of the typical food I would eat had cheese or so much grease on them that I couldn't even eat them. Not even almond milk or soy milk! Ridiculous, and they wouldn't give me my money back!

Nice ambience with live harpist. Food can be better, i.e. sashimi, creme brulee, medium-rare prime rib, etc. (prime rib was too well done for my taste). Otherwise, it's a nice place for special occasions.

I'm sorry to say that was the worse brunch EVER!! I'd actually like to request a refund!
It was a special birthday celebration for my sister and my husband. Everyone was SO disappointed in the food for the, $60.00 each, price. We expected an awesome spread for that price! And it was terrible! The eggs Benedict were awful, cold and overcooked poached eggs, horrible sauce!! All "hot" food we tried was room temperature, at best and mostly tasteless. Even the desserts were subpar. The only thing we enjoyed was our servers and the champagne and when they gave a special birthday dessert to my sister and husband and the harpist played "Happy Birthday". Sadly THAT was the highlight and certainly not worth $180.00!!!!! We've had better brunchs at casinos for $19.95!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! ☹️
