Not only did the amazing array of tasty treats hit the spot, the wait staff was professional, prompt and very friendly. Keeping a large group happy can be difficult at best. The staff at the Sunday brunch aced it! Good job!

The check in process was awful I had to give my name three different times to the hostess. I felt as if I was taking he away from her cell phone as opposed to a valued guest.

That harp was too damn loud. This review calls the noise level energetic. I'd describe it as obnoxious. Lower the volume so I can hear the person I'm dining with while we're talking.

I had to work entirely too hard to find put how to pay. Communication to guests is a good idea. When a check was finally given to me it took much too long for the server to process my card.

All in all a less than satisfying experience.

The service was great. Always staying ahead to refill the champagne and oj. So many food options. It is pricy, but a cool experience. If you leave hungry, it’s your own fault. Pace yourself, if necessary, as the staff is not rushing you out to turn tables. A must do if you’re in the Long Beach area.

We had a super fun time at our girls' brunch on the Queen Mary! Great opportunity to explore the ship afterwards. I will definitely bring my husband back for a date!! Also great for anyone visiting from out of town for a cool experience!

Sunday brunch in the first class dining room of the RMS Queen Mary in Long Beach CA is a special treat. A live harpist plays from the center of the room and multiple food stations surround her. The service from a two-waiter team was very attentive. The variety and quality of all the food was impressive. Aftewards a self-guided tour is available, as Is a trip down to the engine room. Or take in a guided tour if you can. The Queen Mary Sunday Brunch is a unique experience.

Overall experience was very good.
However, service was marginal at best. Coffee went cold/ unfilled, host, hostess were less than welcoming, waiter was tactless. Would expect a venue like this would have a better trained staff.
Food, ambiance and harpist almost made up for the poor service

What a great "experience" champagne brunch! The food was plentiful in variety and quantity; the ambiance and experience exceptional (complete with real live harpist) and the staff radiated a friendly hospitable service. It's not cheap but if you want something to talk about for a while to come, complete with memories to last forever, the Queen Mary Champagne Brunch is something I can highly recommend.

Sunday Brunch before the Cruise... First, stay over-night on the boat... room rates are reasonable, the state/city fees runs it up some...
Food is very good at the brunch.... lots of choices, and cuisines from several ethic areas...
Service was very good, always attentive and my champagne glass was never empty...
Value is the question... just me, believe it to be about $10 overpriced... but that is just an opinion

It's a fun place to go for those special occasions, lots of options to chose from. Over all food quaility is good but cleanliness is a serious concern.
Think about this: 100's and 100's of people are picking up each serving utensils for each dish being served, I saw them replacing the food at each station but not putting out new utensils. I called attention to this to the manager and he hastily had a gal go clean up some of the serving utensils but not all. Some of the handles on the hot plate covers lids were filthy dirty with food all over them and they hastily wiped those down too. I had to ask the manager clean one again, he ended up doing it himself.
I saw two people using napkins to handle serving utensil, that's when I realized it wasn't just me, I was so disgusted I stopped eating.
Another issue was wait staff were not clearing tables when folks came back with new plates. We had to flag someone to please clear table before we sat down.
I had made my reservations for Sunday brunch at Christmas and have decided to cancel.
I'm so saddened that I'm compelled to write such a negative review but I have to speak the truth.

We came to Thanksgiving Day brunch. This was a wonderful option for a small family that does not want to have three weeks of leftovers from cooking a traditional meal. The food was great!! The room was beautiful!! My Uncle who is special needs LOVED the brunch, that to me was worth the $$

We here for the Thanksgiving Brunch, the food was great, we could smell the food from our table. The service was great, the live harp was pretty good really made us feel like we stepped back in time. Considering the history of the Queen Mary it has been through WWII which is impressive to say the least, we appreciate the history & the opportunity to have a great meal!

We never got to eat on the Queen Mary for brunch. Due largely to the fact that you have to pay for parking, then pay at least $30 per person just to get on the boat, then another $60 per person to eat. I had no issue with the price of the brunch. I do have an issue with double dipping and charging over $30 per person plus parking just to get to the restaurant.

Was hoping for a good experience because it's the queen Mary. Disappoint on the brunch several dishes were cold. Taste wasn't there either. Waiters were nice. Might recommend to have a greeter in the buffer entrance to encourage visits to explore the ship and take tours after there meal.

My wife and I always go to the Queen Mary Brunch whenever we are in the Los Angeles area on a Sunday. The food is great, but the ambiance is really something special. The old ship is a real historical gem. Even though we have now been there many times, we still love going back. By the way, The Commodore is always wonderful to see. He knows so much about the ship and loves being there so much - it adds to the joy of our visit. Long live The Queen!

The ship itself is a gem. The brunch is on the pricey side, however it is all you can eat. The bottomless champagne and mimosas were delicious. I will say that our water, coffee, or champagne glass was NEVER empty. Service staff is 100% on top of it, and keep the table cleared and a nice friendly demeanor. The down side. I just spent a lot of cash and NOW you want to charge me another $8-$15 for parking, when it used to be included in the price of brunch. I prefer to valet, and due to what I think is construction, the signs were confusing, and getting to the right place to get the car valet was frustrating. The buffet literally had every type of food imaginable and can easily accommodate every type of food preference from vegetarian to hearty meat eaters.
