Queen Margherita is an Italian pizzeria serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. This style of pizza originated in Naples, Italy and there is a very specific way to make it. The kitchen staff at Queen Margherita are dedicated to bringing guests the perfect pizza, so they painstakingly bake the pizzas in a wood-fired oven using flour that is imported from Italy. All the pizzas are individual, and never cut into slices. The pizza menu is split into two different categories: pizza bianca and pizza rosa. This translates into white pizzas with an alfredo base, and red pizzas with a tomato base. There are roughly ten pizzas in each category, giving guests plenty to choose from. Some Queen Margherita signature recipes include the spagnola with pomodoro sauce, smoked mozzarella, potato, chorizo and eggs as well as the Queen Margherita with bufala mozzarella, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and grana padano.

There is much to like here... relaxing, nice people, good pizza. I just wish the crust would be a little more caramelized, a little less soggy. That would make the pizza more like the best in Rome or Naples....
