Excellent dinner with great wine and best service!
Impeccable service and an awesome spread. Worth every dime of that $70 and there isn’t anything more I could have asked for.
Easter brunch was outstanding and an experience
We were there for Easter Brunch. It was wonderful as usual. This is our third year to brunch here on Easter Sunday and we will return.
Our only complaint is that our wait staff was not very attentive. Refills on coffee, water, and mimosas had to be requested every time and normally after having to “flag” down one of 3 wait staff members in the area. They all appeared to be assigned to the seven tables that were over in our area but several times they were standing in the corner talking to each other versus checking on their guest to see if anything needed to be refilled. That has not been our experience in the past. We have normally had one server who was very consistent on checking to make sure we had what we needed without being too intrusive.
Excellent - will be back
I don’t have a review to submit
Fabulous from start to finish. Theo was amazing. Thank you!
This brunch was the best I've ever experienced in Houston!!
The salmon and crisp brussel sprouts were perfect, minus the sauce.
We love this restaurant for many reasons: terrific service, amazing food, great ambiance, good value, wonderful cocktails and very interesting menu. Our favorite waiter is Sapko who would do anything to make his diners happy. We will come back here as often as we can! It's always our first choice for special occasions and to celebrate out-of-town visitors.
My husband and I were looking for a Nice upscale place to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Quattro was perfect! The food was tasty and the ambiance was nice. We sat near a window and had a nice romantic dinner. Our waiter was attentive and helped us select a nice wine to pair with our meal. My husband had the roasted chicken and I selected fish.
The Four Seasons is one of my favorite places! They made me feel so special on my birthday! Thank you!
Very nice service
very pleasant staff and good food. not crowded at all during large convention time. wine we selected was not available and manager was not flexible to remedy the situation.
Best brunch buffet in Houston! Stayed at our table for 4 hours.. had the best time. Will certainly return!
a lot of people said it was expensive but to be honest with the great food and wide variety they have it is not.
I have been here for Sunday brunch many times, and until this time I have always
enjoyed the food and service.
When this restaurant charges over $70.00 plus tip for a brunch it should give their
customers the five star food and service we are paying for.
The selection of food has has gone down in quantity and quality since my last visit.
Our server was totally unqualified to work at this five star restaurant.
I had to ask her three times where our eggs Benedict was that we ordered more
than 30 minutes before. In the past I would have not taken more 10 minutes to be served.
Our plates were not removed from our table for more than 15 minutes, and they were
stacked up and made it hard to enjoy our meal. in past visits plates were removed
as soon as we would go for another selection of food. I ordered a glass of orange juice,
and after two times asking for it, I never received it.
This is the first time after many visits here that no one from management came to
our table to ask us how the food was, and how we were enjoying our day.
Food was excellent but the Tiramisu was heavenly. Made table side it was probably the best I have ever had and have had it all over the world. Foodie here and experience from start to finish was excellent.
The food was ok, but not exceptional. The wait staff was lackadaisical. Upon request, they were accommodating, but not proactive. Overall, Not worth it!
It was our first time dinning there and my wife and I loved it. Great food and service throughout the night, we will defiantly be returning.
Love this place. Super friendly staff and great food. Quiet - can actually talk to the person across the table from you.
Food & service are second to none! Zulma, Theo & Adrian make for a wonderful experience!
Holidays here are stellar.
Absolutely first class service, and the service appeared genuine and effortless- excellent. The food was excellent, ambiance very good- but amazingly excellent service. Even when not necessary. WOW.
The food was not even average during the Christmas Eve dinner.
Fantastic service and wonderfully tasting food! The staff in the front and back of the house deliver a first class experience each time!
The food, wine and service was outstanding. My husband ordered the lasagna, I ordered pasta. The lasagna was amazing, some of the best. I really enjoyed my experience and will be returning very soon.
Great scenic view and ambiance! The lunch menu is minimal, so ordered the lunch special which consisted of a small salad, pasta, and dessert. It was tasty, but didn't really live up to the expectation.
Very disappointed with the new layout for Sunday Brunch. Can hardly see the crepe stand due to the switch to put the fruit cups in its place, which makes absolutely no sense. Gave up 3 revenue generating tables for an omelette station. The lights continuously went out where the breakfast food is now located such as bacon and waffles. Quattro was my favorite Sunday Brunch spot. Not so sure anymore. Things keep changing. It was bad enough to get rid of the best piano player in Houston during Brunch. Now, you don’t hear any music! Sunday was a bit of a let down to me. The guy who use to do the caviar station presentation was so awesome! Not the new guy Sunday. The prosciutto was old and hard. Big let down in my opinion.
Was great food and great service
This is a wonderful restaurant, particularly for breakfast. Quiet business setting and amazing food. You must try the avocado benedict.
Outstanding food and service!
The food and service are both excellent. QUITTER also offers an excellent wine list and is the best restaurant I have found in Houston for quiet conversation.
I was in town for a meeting and looked for a restaurant with vegetarian options within walking distance to the Marriott Marquis. Quattro seemed to fit the bill. I took 3 people from a customer to dinner. Service was rather slow but restaurant was not that crowded to justify. Two of us had the pasta pomodoro (vegetarian)-it was not that flavorful and could have used more sauce. One person had a pasta with seafood sauce and had to ask for additional sauce (it was a lot of linguine; apparently rather dry). So maybe they are stingy with sauce. Also rather pricy (which I knew from looking at the menu online)-still $14 or $15 for a starter salad seems high. $5 for tea, yet only $6 for cappuccino? Not sure I would go back if I were in town again.
We were there for the Gingerbread Tea. We go every year and it is always nice.
The food at this restaurant is always perfectly done and presented well. I am impressed by the Quality of the wait staff who attends to our table only as needed and keeps glasses or condiments filled without being an annoyance to ongoing conversation
We went for Thanksgiving dinner. The atmosphere and service were excellent. Most of the food we had was very good except for the red snapper I had was way overcooked. I’ve had better red snapper at Papas and goode company then at the four seasons. You have to be very careful with fish not to overcook it. Disappointing when you paid $68 for the meal
Went to Quattro for Thanksgiving for what we hoped would be a great meal with nice ambiance. Unfortunately, the food was subpar (turkey was dry) and everything else was just so so. Most people dressed formally, but table next to us featured a guy wearing jeans, tennis shoes, torn T-shirt and a ball cap who looked like he hadn’t bathed since the Clinton administration. Seriously? In a fancy restaurant at the Four Seasons on Thanksgiving? What ever happened to dress codes?
Thanksgiving so probably more noisy than normal. Very nice buffet.
We went to Quattro for Thanksgiving dinner. The quality and selection of foods was amazing! At $105 per person it was a bit pricy but I would do it again.
