The Harbourview room can seat a maximum of 30 guests at 3 tables for 10 people each. One long wall of the room has large windows that look out over the Harbour town marina and the 18th hole of the Harbour town Golf Links.
View Private Dining DetailsHad a beautiful table by the water. The waiter was wonderful.
Food was great. Server forgot about us for about 30 minutes.
Disappointed. My crab BLT's only taste was the bacon. My husband had tuna steak which was only OK. Out of vermouth for martinis. Staff was very accommodating in moving our reservation to an earlier time though.
Seated on time. Great table overlooking the water. Food was prepared in an excellent manner. Our server Morgan was energetic and was regularly checking on us, she did a great job.
Ryan was a terrific server. Very personable, engaging and attentive. Turned what would have been an ordinary experience into an extraordinary experience!!
Server, chef, and manager went out of their way to help us. Very attentive server. Very nice food and great view of Calibogue Sound.
New Years eve so a price fix menu at $62 per person, fortunately we were able to find multiple good choices on the menu and the food was excellent. This allowed for very fast service, maybe a bit too fast, did feel a bit rushed.
My wife and I had New Years Dinner. The food was superb! We will be back for another perfect night!
The NYEve menu was prix fixe-- something I did not know when I made the reservation-- and 62$ per person. For the price, not a particularly exciting setting-- they put all reservations upstairs even though the Festival of Lights views and live music were downstairs :( The food was fine but not fabulous and definitely not 62$ good. Overall, we had a disappointing experience.
Best sunset views. Good seafood, great service. Our server pointed out dolphins for us!
We enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner here. The service was outstanding (Patricia?), and the food was delicious.
Overall the place was very nice, great location for viewing the harbor while enjoying a great meal. I would definitely recommend going
Dined upstairs. Have been coming to HH for over 30 years. Upstairs at QD has always been a favorite. Management changed. Menu changed. Very average or below average. No bread unless you order as an appetizer. Very disappointed in the go to favorite.
Food and overall experience was disappointing. OK for very casual eating out, rather than for a special occasion, in my view. Expensive for the quality of food and the service was slow, due, we were told, to staff shortages. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The window tables have great views over the marina.
Blackened shrimp with rice and veggies was amazing! Wait staff was very attentive and the manager was fun!
We've been here many times. We came down to Harbour Town to watch the sunset and then dinner. Service was attentive. We went with two fried seafood baskets (oysters and shrimp). While tasty, they were slightly overcooked. The substituted fried zucchini was excellent, however. This still remains one of our "go to" restaurants in the area.
Good food. Had the special and it was delicious. Good service. Renee was friendly, knowledgeable and she cared about taking care of little details. Great view of the water. Kitchen was too slow. Be prepared to wait.
Fried shrimp & oysters were so heavenly battered you could not taste shrimp or oysters—-AWFUL. Go to Capt Woodies.
We have eaten at Quarterdeck for several years now, typically going as our last meal of vacation. We love sitting outside with a view of the water, listening to the live music, and enjoying the last sunset of our trip.
Unfortunately this past visit we were sat on the back porch away from the music. The sunset view was fantastic but the deck flooring was uneven which made our table slanted and seating uncomfortable. The gnats were biting like crazy and we couldn't hear the music at all. The food was just ok, service was horribly slow. Also my margarita was warm-- warm glass, warm mixture, warm tequila over ice-- very disappointing!
We will most likely visit quarterdeck again (creatures of habit) but will be sure that we are sat on the deck with the music in hopes that the ambiance will make up for possible shortcomings elsewhere.
Nice restaurant with great sea food. We ate indoors by the window and had a fabulous view of the ocean. We had the Lobster pasta which was delicious. For dessert, we had key lime pie which was very good too. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Would go there again.
Staff was friendly and efficient...a pleasurable and good dining experience....great view of Calibogue sound at sun set...would return
We had a party of ten -- reserved and requested outdoor seating -- once we got there they said "all reservations are upstairs and inside" -- ok fine. We went upstairs to a large room with many tables with a view open -- we were seated in corner with large window where the shade was drawn. We asked for the shade to be opened and were told it was broken. So we sat in the only table in the house without a view. Waitress was nice enough and tried but service was slow slow slow. When we gave her a few credit cards to split the bill -- it was VERY confusing for her which we found very odd. Food was ok at best -- people go there for the view. I will likely return as it's a convenient location for me but just don't dig it unless you are sitting outside by the live music and the view. We were not made felt welcome at all --
The food was wonderful but the service was less than acceptable. We spoke with a manager about our experience who did nothing to correct it. We visit Hilton Head twice a year, and there are many other great restaurants that provide excellent service. I would recommend spending your money at one of those.
Delicious seafood. Great view with dolphins swimming by and sunset over the water.
While the view was amazing - the food was absolutely inedible. The salt content was so high in everything that we couldn't eat it - even the fresh steamed vegetables.
The service was ok - didn't really ask about our food and the total on the bill for 2 was ridiculous. There are many better restaurants in the area - we won't be back.
The food was not that great.
The setting is fine, the wait staff was fine, the fish dinners were fine, the crab cakes were lousy. I would not visit this restaurant again.
We all had good meals. Our server, Marty, was knowledgeable about the preparation of the dishes and the description of the various types of fish. We were seated by windows overlooking boats and the harbor--very nice.
Upset Todd was not playing and our reservation asked about a table near him and no one called to say he was canceled due to weather.
Food was delicious and waitress was friendly and attentive.
Outstanding food cooked to perfection! Both seafood and steak items well done. Reasonably priced given the location and quality of meal.
Food was ok but server was unengaged and didn't add much. He went through the motions and did the bare minimum.
Excellent service-thanks Jack! Chef Richard's special was outstanding-nice touch w fresh peach salsa.
The seafood is very fresh. Service is good. Located near water. Scenic views. Overall a very nice place to have dinner.
Had a family birthday party on a Friday evening for 12.........service and food were fantastic
We were able to bring in a special birthday cake and the staff held it in the fridge then served it very nicely after dinner.........nicely done.
Very good meal (dinner). I was impressed with the service. The waiter was great, then the maitre d came and finally the chef. All checking to make sure our experience was fine.
We had a party of 10 including 4 young children. They were well taken care of with milk for them right away and their meals coming with the adults appetizers. Could not have asked for anything more. Not inexpensive but great food. Great views of the harbor and sound.
Our shrimp from Kroger's was better than the shrimp we were served at Quaterdeck!.....
The food was good, as was the service. They have live music, which was nice. We were seated right on time.
Onion rings were great. Steamed shrimp quite bland. Triple tail fish was excellent. Broiled sweet, and delicious. The filet was very good and prepared exactly as ordered. The rolls with honey butter are definitely worth paying for. The view is fantastic no matter where you are seated. Great atmosphere and food with reasonable prices.
The worst fried seafood basket! The oysters and fish were soggy! We made a reservation so they put us indoors upstairs. We wanted to go there to enjoy outdoor dining with live music. Indoors upstairs we heard no music just kids. We had a view of harbor but it was freezing. I left table to go outside as it was so cold. Our server was excellent.
