Quality Meats es restaurante contemporáneo que sirve un menú rústico estilo New American. El variado menú se enfoca en interpretaciones modernas de platillos clásicos como el tradicional Steak Tartare, ensalada César y médula de res asada, además de varios cortes de carne de res de los legendarios carniceros de Nueva York, Milton Abeles y Strassburger Meats.

We had dinner at Quality Meats to celebrate my husband's birthday, and he was pleasantly surprised to be handed a birthday card upon arrival. Such a nice touch! The food was all delicious and the service was really wonderful through out the evening. Highly recommend!

Our server was fabulous and the entire staff accompanying him were attentive, professional, and kind. We loved everything about our meal and drinks. The vibe is on point. We will definitely be back.

It was very busy at the reataurant and we were a party of 10 and yet the food and service was prompt and great.

I am not satisfied at service and food. I have spent over 50 minutes even if I made reservation in advance and food quality was not good.

This was my second time visiting Quality Meats. The first Visit was perfect. This visit wasn’t so perfect. The lobster toast for appetizer wasn’t good at all. It was real greasy and was bland. The lobster was tough and had a taste to it like it was prepared the day before or left over from the night before. The caviar sliders were nothing more than some bland bread with caviar on top totally not worth 18 dollars each. The highlight of the meal was my Tomohawk which was seasoned and cooked perfectly and so was my wife’s NY strip. My daughter ordered crab cakes they were ok. I was really disappointed and I probably won’t return. You can get a great steak at many places.

Often overlooked, but rarely disappoints. Are there better steakhouses in the city? Ones with more history and provenance? Yes. Will you find one that is as uniformly consistent? Maybe. Food quality is very good, service is attentive without being overbearing, but you will most likely not get a super friendly, talkative server. The restaurant is huge and servers are accurate and punctual, however there won't be much if any banter. The restaurant is loud-ish; there's no music blasting or raucous kitchen noise, just people talking and having a good time. Price wise it's about normal for an NYC steakhouse. We've recently been to Porterhouse and Smith and Wollensky and while Porterhouse had a more calm atmosphere and S&W had what I would say is a better 'classic steakhouse' menu, QM beat them both with the experience as a whole. This was a busy weekday evening at primetime the day before the NYE weekend and the place was packed. Hosts were courteous and certainly had control of the flow of reservations and were friendly and knew how to keep the dining room on schedule. Short of a destination steakhouse, this is probably the best all-around experience you could hope for.

The steaks are absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. Service is always great here as well. Louis A. was very friendly and attentive to our table. We had a great experience and hope to be back soon!
