Went to PY Steakhouse for my wife’s birthday. The service was fantastic. We ordered the short ribs. Unfortunately the beef was dry, tough and terribly overcooked. It was inedible. What a shame! The tomato soup and the sea salted baked potato were excellent along with the crèmebrulet . The manager was very nice and apologetic. She comped the two dinners and offered us anything on the menu to take home. We declined the offer, having filled up in the bread, soup and other items. We’ll try it again.

Love this restaurant. The staff is incredibly welcoming and nice. Food is excellent and the prices are excellent! We love eating here when we are in town!

Lovely elegant fine dinning. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very nice upscale ambience with proper service. The manager came around to all the guests. We had the prime rib and scallops. Prepared exactly to order. The sticky toffee pudding was the best I’ve had. Would definitely return!

When wife said she couldn't eat asparagus which was included in the meal, the server did not offer another vegetable to replace. She ended up with the entre with only potatoes. She also told the waiter that the fish was cold in spots but he just said ok.
