Possibly the best steak I have ever had--the special Cowboy char-grilled rib eye. It was huge and done perfectly--medium rare-- and it didn't have a lot of waste on it which is unusual for a rib-eye. Even my wife, who isn't a steak lover, asked for second "bites". Service was OK, although we had to remind our waiter that the wine had been chilling for over 15 minutes. Our assistant waitress made up for lack of attention and did much more than just clearing dishes. To be fair, our waiter had a large table next to us and at least one other table. The ambiance--set in the middle of a smoke-filled casino-- just has to be ignored. Concentrate on the steak.

The atmosphere was nice; however the food was not great. One of the servers brought some hush puppies to us, which we didn't like. The bread, breadsticks, and local butter was delicious. I ordered a wedge salad and the egg was medium rare, I like hard boiled eggs, so I didn't eat the egg. We ordered filet mignon for dinner and the meat was super salty. We've had better filet mignon at other places. Our places came with bone marrow, which we don't eat at all because we don't like it. It would have been nice for the servers to offer another side. We weren't told it came with bone marrow and I don't recall seeing it on the menu. It's a waste of food for people who don't eat it. The cocktails were great! The service was great too! We decided not to order dessert because we didn't want to be disappointed. Bottom line, this restaurant has its pros and cons, but it's way over priced. For high prices, I expect delicious and well seasoned food; they didn't quite deliver that. The presentation was nice, but the taste was not good.
The food was great and the chef's imagination was top-notch. However the service was below par for what was expected to be a 5-star experience. The bread was not delivered until we asked, the drinks were slow to arrive and there was very little enthusiasm shown by the server. She lacked knowledge as to the origin of the oysters and overall was average. The restaurant seemed quiet, under attended and there was no music or ambience.
This is a steakhouse, the steak was prepared good, the food presentation was excellent. The king crab legs where mushy, believe they were frozen not fresh. The cocktails were different a lot of unique flavors and mixes with such an elegant setting, you would think the cocktail menu would enhance the dining experience. Wine list is excellent at fairly reasonable price. The restaurant is located in an casino, which allows smoking, there is a slight smell of cigarette smoke while eating. We will go back for the steaks. Customer service was excellent.

Dinner with friends. We all enjoyed the Prime Rib special on Wednesday night. The banana creme brûlée was delicious as well. Make reservations ahead of time as it gets busy.
We really enjoy there Wednesday Prime Rib night. A great value and Prime Rib cooked beautifully, big delicious loaded Potato, veggie side good and $4 Wine too! Service very accommodating and friendly. We'll return and already highly recommend it.
We enjoy eating here whenever we come to the casino to play. Food is really great and ambiance is soothing. The waitstaff is very professional and makes you feel special and welcome.

its a casino restaurant thats a long drive to get there, so it must really be special. it is really nice dining. the area is still casino smoke and thats not so good. My second visit here and the food is served well and is tasty. my second visit and I am waiting to hear from the kitchen I so believe my porterhouse wasn't more than a t-bone, but they don't serve t bones! I hope this can be explained as I would love to re-visit in the future . its a 45 minute drive in this small town.

Service was Great!! Reservation was ready when we arrived. Friendly staff. Good food. Good wine selection. Only reason why I would not give a perfect 10 is because I had asked for my Prime Rib well done and it was more like medium. I know some people would think this to be a travesty, but, I do not like the site of blood on my plate. I just traded some of my prime rib for some of my husband's veggies and I was fine. We were super surprised that we were offered a complimentary Birthday desert eve though we were a group of 8 celebrating 4 birthdays! Each birthday person received a desert! Thanks P Y!!

PY ranks as one of the best if not THE best "steak house" in Southern Arizona which is saying something in a location where beef has been king since the days of the missions, presidios, and ranchos. The service is attentive without being overly hovering. Dean and his team made the evening memorable. The wine list is notable, while the whiskey list arguably is the top one to be found in the state for single malt aficionados. Presentations are clean and appealing; side dishes creative and delectable as perfect accompaniments to the high quality entrees; sea food appetizers almost made me forget my primary reason for the visit --BEEF. The ambiance is subtle. You can conduct a conservation comfortably--what a concept. While not for everyday dining because of the price, it is worth every cent for a special occasion. I look forward to a return visit. Bravo to Executive Chef Ryan Clark and Chef de Cuisine Roderick Le Desma.
Ate here a while back and had a fantastic experience. Seems to have slipped a bit in all areas. Was one of our favorite steakhouses will reconsider after this visit.

I had the 5 course tasting and i thought it was good and the wine paired well with the food, but as a chef i beleive the entree could have been better for the price. The steak was good but the side included was a roasted tomato, bone marrow and a few potato chips. If it would have included a better side I would have given 5 stars. All of the other dishes were good.
