The food was delicious and the service was beyond remarkable. Staff was not only great and fun but also seemed to enjoy working there. Overall an amazing experience. Only little negative point is the chairs outdoors. Probably some of the most uncomfortable furniture I have sat on. But hey... not there for the seats.

Enjoyed a very good lunch with our fabulous server, Michelle. Hamachi appetizer was especially good. Loved the surrounding Distillery shopping & dining area as well.

The food was very good and the place very nice, but the waiter was terrible. We finished our main course, and for over half an hour he didn’t show up, leaving all the dishes on the table. When we tried to call him, he repeatedly ignored us. Eventually, we had to call the manager. We decided to skip the desserts that were included with the meal and requested the bill. The manager was very kind and apologetic. He even gave us a discount, which we appreciated — but frankly, we would have preferred to pay full price and receive the level of service you’d expect from a restaurant of this category (or from any restaurant, for that matter). This is the first time in 20 years that I haven’t left a tip.

Food is excellent. Our server was amazing but the host who was seating people outside was extremely rude and unwelcoming. We had been told by the outdoor host to come in and out to the patio. She told us to take a table and pointed in the direction we could go. Then another host came over and told us to wait outside again. When we said we had been told to come out there, she didn’t believe us (!) and rudely barked “go stand over there!” pointing to an area without the umbrella shaded tables. We said no and she eventually let is sit under an umbrella. (40C day) My friends were visiting from out of the country so I was embarrassed by the treatment. Thankfully our server was nice and the food was great.

We've been to the restaurant many times. This was for Summerlicious, and it was great. Nice to see oysters as a starter! Only 1 complaint - the chips served with the fish & chips were not the usual chips (and weren't as good, imo). The restaurant obviously had the regular fries, since my husband got them with his sandwich. Otherwise all was good!

We had dinner on the patio. The weather was perfect. This is the first time I have seen a whole lobster on the menu, which is what I ordered, and it was delicious. My only complaint is that it does not come with a side. I ordered a caesar salad, which was really good, but it was a portion size that should have been included with the lobster. Therefore, the meal was pricey and my reason for only giving a 4 star for value.
