ge chicken, and organic eggs.
The modern industrial dining areas provide an atmosphere for varied experiences: from enjoying a family dinner to hosting a lunch meeting, or taking a mid-day coffee break alongside someone studying with a refreshing smoothie or juice. This Park Slope bistro is a Brooklyn lifestyle.
Waitress was very polite and professional, the food was amazing. Only problem was one of the servers who dropped the tea my mom ordered so hard on the table that a good portion of the hot water fell out and he didnt even apologize or offered to clean it up.
The food was good, but the service horrible. We had to go up and get him every time because he never checked on us and we even tried to get his attention and that never worked sadly.
Stopped here for a real quick bite before a show at the Barclay's center. Food was solid and service was understanding of our time schedule. wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.
Quiet neighborhood restaurant near the Barclay Center. Decor is minimal. Menu has standard American fare and a limited selection of wine. Food (burger and chicken breast) was well prepared and salads were enormous and delicious. Service was helter skelter: few servers; little attention. Tables closely spaced: you eat with your neighbors, like it or not.
Great!! Food and service were top notch. A busy Saturday night and they worked the restaurant like a group of pros!
We loved it. We made reservations do we got right in. It’s cash only, but there’s an ATM I. The place. Great wait staff! Would go there again!
Pure Bistro was the perfect spot to take my family for a low-key dinner while they were in town! I definitely want to go back and try breakfast/brunch. A huge thanks to the waitstaff who gave us extra pita with our appetizer for no charge.
Very nice Sunday brunch.
My husband and I are on a pretty restrictive diet, and this had plenty of delicious options for us. Their raw bar and seafood are beyond compare. Never had more tender, melt-in-your-mouth seabass. My dad, who is not on a diet, loved how flavorful EVERYTHING was, and was especially impressed by his cocktail. They pour generously, and the service is phenomenal.
Service was great, and everyone enjoyed the food. Good selection to meets everyone's needs
My wife and I overslept and missed the breakfast at the Hotel. My wife eats gluten free so we found this on the gluten free web site. We had a great brunch with healthy food and all gluten free. My wife loved their gluten free toast.
Great food and great service with patient and attentive staff.
Great pre gig place for a quick bite..the burger was amazing..one of the best I've had
The portions are not big for the price. You're paying more for the neighborhood than the food. Also - CASH ONLY. Just in case, there's an ATM next to the bathroom. It was not a busy place and still we felt rushed. No dessert menu, so if you want to stay longer, order more food or drinks.
We went here before the Islanders’ game and it was AMAZING! The place was empty, but there were so many takeout and delivery orders; it was a rather rainy night. The ambiance is so cool, with exposed brick, graffiti on the walls, and city art. The food is fresh and I might’ve had the best turkey burger (second to my mama’s) on top of the summer salad (subbed the mango for some fresh strawberries) and Steven had the salmon atop the beets salad.
We will definitely be back and the manager was so kind, to boot!! A little gem near the Barclay’s Center....
5 of us had burgers before an Islanders game. Really good burgers. Awesome fries.
Food tasted fresh and homemade!
really good , fresh food, great service - highly recommend for brunch. great value.
Our fourth time eating here before concert at Barclays Center. Inexpensive, great food and service, intimate. We were there on a Saturday night and were not rushed. Brought two friends for the first time here and they loved it!!
Tiny restaurant with lots of little tables. Close quarters but the food is excellent! We enjoyed the simple salmon and the mango salmon. They have a small selection of beers and wines which were very nice. It is quite convenient to the Barclays Center. Great choice!
Their sweet potato side.....mmmmmmmmmmmm. Really good food and great service!
Good place for brunch. The service could however be better - we had booked via Opentable a few minutes before getting there and the host was not very welcoming because of this “last minute” booking. We got a table but the welcome experience was rude. I’ll think twice before going back.
The food was amazing. Great flavors and so well prepared. The restaurant is small and cramped and on a very hot/humid summer night, they had the front windows/doors open so that they could have two extra tables used. However, it was uncomfortable in the restaurant. Service was good. I would go back... in the winter.
Hard to hear and talk above all the noise. Aside from that, we were all very pleased with our meals.
Took some family to Pure Bistro for brunch on Mother’s Day. They arrived ahead of me 30 minutes early and the restaurant seated them early while they waited for me. The table was sticky from what I am assuming was a combination of the varnish and high humidity that day. Service was good and the food was good. My only caveat is that this restaurant is actually cash only. Open Table indicates they take all cards, as does Yelp but the menu says they take Amex and cash only (there’s an ATM inside) but even that is wrong. It’s cash only.
Made a 9:00 am reservation for a business breakfast. The bistro was closed when I arrived. I had to bring my party to a different location.
Nice little bistro. Food was very good and made with very fresh products. We had a family brunch there on a Sunday and we were very pleased with everything.
A real find - perfect for a quick dinner before a nets game
Food was delicious and service was excellent. I would definitely go back again
Food and atmosphere are good (highly recommend having a reservation as other people had to wait) but the service is very slow and not overly friendly.
Painfully slow service at 9:30 am on Sunday with few customers. Restaurants desperately needs kitchen and server help. However, food was good and prices are very reasonable.
Came here before a show at the Barclays. Quick service, great food!
Looks very casual so people may wonder the type of food coming out
Every dish was so fresh!! and delicious
no frills with great food-easy, delicious dining
Food was excellent. Very friendly staff. Near Barclays Center.
We were looking fur a restaurant that served a brunch experience on a weekday and Pure was perfect. The food was excellent! Lunch items looked yummy too. Great service
Great option before a Barclays event. Menu full of healthy dishes, very friendly and fast service. Good value for money.
I love that I could get a reservation for a Sunday brunch! Some places just won't do that. The food was tasty and arrived quickly, and they were good about letting our party chat for a while after the meal.
Enjoyed it so much! Very reasonable and good food! Sangria was great and the service wonderful! No bar though😬
Excellent for patrons who are gluten free! Fiod was excellent and service was superior.
Pure Bistro was a great place to have a late lunch/early dinner. The service was great. We were acknowledged right away, and seated by the window. The appetizer was absolutely delicious. Our main meal was very good, only I wasn't crazy about the spinach. I felt it was lacking in flavor. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this restaurant. It was a good meal and ambiance.
Very fresh, wonderful food.. and extremely reasonably priced. Close to Barclays Center. Definitely need a reservation as the restaurant is small.. And they only take Am Ex or cash.
I would return here in a minute and recommend it to anyone!! Great place!!
