Awful service and most of restaurant closed off for "reservation" even though no one was in it. On service alone would not recommend.

My work has it's Christmas Party here every year. The staff are friendly and supportive. I brought my family here for a birthday this last week and they treated us like family..
Thank you,
Rosalind

Food was not good and music was way too loud in the restaurant. Overpriced beer but reasonable for mixed drinks. Fun games and people watching.

So much fun every time I come here. Tons of games and a perfect first date spot.

Really fun place! I think though that it would have been better had we known ahead of time to reserve space at activities as well as a table.

Food was fine but not great. Atmosphere was cool. Nice environment. Service was very very poor.

All amenities were unavailable except for the Arcade which is why we chose this for a double birthday party. Had to pay to park at a second place in Portland in order to celebrate.

Had such a wonderful time at punch bowl! Went here on a whim and did not want to leave! We ended up staying all night playing games and drinking the rio punch bowl (yummy yummy yummy) Sean was our server for dinner and he was just great! We were a little rowdy and silly and he was just fabulous! I would 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

Such a great experience Jacqueline was a sweet and very attentive waitress. I was very happy with my dinner and my girlfriend was also very happy.

The drinks were great. We got the lobster bacon fries which were amazing! I got the knockoff burger which was really messy and the bun was soggy. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles which he loved but they were bone in which was really inconvenient.

Our meal and service was great; unfortunately, we couldn't play any games after our meal because the change machine was out of quarters. We waited 30 minutes and left.

food was pretty mediocre and most of the games were being rented out by a corporate event so bad timing I guess

Went for a birthday. Service was good but it took so long to get everything. 20 minutes for a drink and almost an hour for food. And it was a slow night. Food was bland. We had planned in playing games but didn't have time becaus of how long it took to get everything. Would not go back.

The service here was top rate. Interesting menu, but everything we had was not great. The chicken was ok, just average. Grilled cheese was cold and flavorless. Boozy milkshakes were tasty.

Came here for my friends Bachelorette party dinner from out of town and had a blast. Food was amazing, drinks were delicious, service was on point, and ambiance perfect. Had such a great time! Perfect place do celebrate. Highly recommend!

Waitress was kind of snooty although that is pretty much on par with Portland service industry. The food sounds really good but did not have a whole lot of flavor unfortunately.

Our group of 8 started in the restaurant for dinner. The service was not great...drink orders weren't put in, food items forgotten and really slow. Half of us thought our food was fine, the other half were really disappointed. After dinner we moved over to the bar. We had much better service in the bar, and enjoyed all the different activities like shuffle board, corn hole, Jenga and darts. We tried bowling, but the lane kept malfunctioning. As a group, we all agreed that we might come back to the bar again, but definitely not the restaurant.
