Unless you're into paying $16 for a fried bologna burger, terrible "tacos", overpriced P.B sandwich then this place is for you. They have a very limited overpriced menu with no variety. They only offer 4 main course meals. Definitely do not recommend to eat.
Fabulous spot for family fun, but also lively crowd. Plenty of fun games for the kids, bowling, photos, etc. Fun cocktails! Creative Cuisine - great for brunch!
Service was horrible and wait staff was rude. Vibes and food were good
The ambiance was good. The host and waitress were nice. The food was good, but biting into a hot chili in the quesadilla ruined it. Too many vegetables, the highlight of a quesadilla should the meat and cheese. The drink was pretty good.
We were seated and within a short amount of time we gave our order to the waiter. The dining room was less than half full but we noticed our order seemed to be taking an unusually long time so the waiter said he would check on it. He then stopped by with a couple of mini biscuits for us to snack on while we waited and informed us it wouldn’t be much longer. After another 10 min, I asked if there was a problem and the waiter said there was a large party whose order was causing a delay in the kitchen. However, when I mentioned we had given him our order before he took theirs, he went back to the kitchen to check again. We were then informed the kitchen had lost our ticket and they were working on making our food. At this point in time, we had been waiting for our food for over 40 min now so we thought ok, we can give a bit longer as it should be coming out shortly. The manager stopped by our table to apologize and offer to cover “something” of our meal. Ok well that was nice so we continued to wait. After more time, still no food...or offer to get us anything else. So we got up and left after being there for an hour with nothing but water and a couple of mini biscuits. All I can say is it was a very disappointing experience. :(
We had a large group of 30 and they accommodated us so well! Service was excellent, food was excellent and entertainment was way better than expected! The boys love the VR and the girls love the karaoke rooms. Fantastic place for a large group!
Hello! We had a great time meeting for happy hour after work. the only down side in our plans is our group didn't get a chance to bowl. We were unaware of the of the reservation rule for happy hour bowling. My thoughts are in the future the hostess should ask questions regarding what type of meeting or event we are having, what is the purpose and then make suggestions according to the type. I think this would have help our outing plans to be a little bit more successful.
Great place to have a Happy Hour and networking event. Venue provides an energetic environment that allows people to have fun.
We went there mid-day on a weekday for a company lunch and celebration (bowling and foosball). The food was great and a fun mix to pass around and the games were festive! We had a fun time!
all I can think of is that this place is a circus for young people. Don't go there to converse! it won't happen...service was slow.
We had s wonderful time here! It was my Mother in laws birthday and she had never been here before. We started with brunch and kept the party going! Service was excellent!
Our waiter did a great job.
There were six in our party, and we all had a good time. We enjoyed our food, including he desserts.
Had my friends birthday party and y'all were so accommodating! Thank you for everything!!!!!
The breakfast menu has changed and that was a disappointment. I miss the protein-rich breakfasts with vegetables. Those ‘salads’ with the grains, eggs, and superfoods were a real highlight, and the new kids menu was a let down for my boys. The waitress was accommodating but overall I felt like the last few breakfasts were much, much better.
Food exceeded our expectations and a great beer selection. Had a lot of fun playing ping pong and Tom the bartender up there was really great.
Had a great time! Definitely will be back.
Group Breakfast Update
This last Saturday, a group of us met for breakfast at Punch Bowl Social on Broadway. Our food was decent. A couple of us tried the Wolf and the Hen, which was a fried bologna sandwich with cheese, egg and potato chips. Others tried the Knock-off Burger, the Standard Breakfast and Duck Confit Huevos. I will only vouch for myself and Bob that we both enjoyed our food. Bob really liked his burger with its mystery "comeback sauce" which was basically Thousand Island dressing served with crispy shoestring fries. My bologna sandwich was pretty good, but I wish I had asked for the egg to be cooked runnier...I just forgot.
The service was spotty (no spoons, dirty plate, multiple requests for cream and coffee top-offs.) I think 9am might be a bit too early for the crowd that works there. The place was empty until closer to 11am.
Make sure to check if there is a private event. We didn’t realize and that through us for a loop. Foods good, drinks good. Games are good but there’s so many people that it’s hard to hear each other and the wait for the games are too much.
Our waitstaff was inattentive. Did not offer new drinks when ours were empty. Was distracted. Then the bartender in a different area was flat out rude! While trying to play shuffleboard the waitstaff kept walking into us, asking us to move, and completely rude. Having a station they needed right next to the table was awkward & not conducive to either the players or the staff. Would NOT recommend AT ALL!
Great time & location for our weds anniversary with family members! Lots to do & great food.
We came in for lunch at an off time. The staff were all super friendly from the hostess to the waiter to the young lady who walked us upstairs to show us the fun old school video games. The food was amazing too. We'll definitely be back.
Unique place with numerous things to do, however, the food was just ok.
It was disappointing. Most of the gaming areas were closed for private events. I think the restaurant should do a better job of notifying folks with a reservation about closures. If you are making a reservation ahead of time, be sure to call and make sure the gaming areas will be open.
Waiter was new so understandably a bit behind. Knowledge of the food and drink menus was limited. Service was very slow.
Fun place with good food but the crowd can be obnoxious.
The venue if fun and provides entertainment . The food was great!
Fun time at Punch Bowl Social for a birthday party. Food was only decent but the atmosphere picked up the slack.
Good happy hour deals.
Lunch was amazing. Everyone in our party ordered something different, and every entree was tasty and beautifully presented. Service was great.
Easy, comfortable atmosphere with attentive but not overbearing service.
Loud but fun. It’s hard to get access to games during the holiday season because you’re competing with large groups.
We celebrated my sisters birthday here and our waitress Lexi really made the whole night. We were a big group but she handled us with ease. She was friendly and fun. Yummy cocktails, good food and fun games. We would definitely go again even if it’s not a special occasion.
My wife and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. Following our meal, as we were contemplating dessert, the manager, PJ, I believe was his name, set a strawberry shake with two straws on our table, and told us our meal was complimentary! It was so awesome and very kind.
The first time we ate at Punch Bowl, everything was very good. The service was very good, the food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was very good. The second time we went, the service was much slower, the noise level was much louder and I tried chicken and waffles for the first time, and it’s not my favorite. It’s still a good restaurant though. I would recommend it for a special occasion.
Service was a little poor. She kept forgetting stuff, that we’d ordered wine. It was ok, but not very “friendly”
In a restaurant only half-full on a Saturday evening something’s not right.
Indifferent waitress. Forget the Colonels chicken. Over cooked. Not 12 real pieces but scrawny. Half a breaded chicken breast counts as a piece. Really!
News flash: spicy coke slaw and pickles aren’t really vegetables. Even for millennials.
The kitchen used to be much better. Service used to be much more enthusiastic. The food runners are still great.
While the games are still a draw I won’t be rushing back.
Celebrating husbands 30th birthday with friends.
Brought our team in for dinner. Fun atmosphere and good food. We had a very enjoyable time. We'll be back.
Such a cool place! Wish we had one in Colorado Springs. Food is awesome, punch bowls are so good and it’s the perfect place for upscale food, drinks and entertainment. Everyone loved trying out VR too!
