Loved everything. Everyone was so kind and I would totally recommend.
It was mothers day event and they should have staffed better. our waiter was awesome but stressed out. we were in te activity section at 1030am
Easter brunch. Food and service was amazing.
I booked a table for 12 to celebrate my partner birthday and we had a great time! Jimmy was our server and he was just the best! Also the food and drinks were delicious. We had fun. Sadly that they we sat at the dinning area without access to the games because the area was reserved for a private event, but we will come back another day for that, overall it was an awesome experience
A great team event for a group of girls. Thanks so much !!! Great service and fun kareoke!
Good food in a laid back casual place. Can sit in the bar area for a more lively experience or in the restaurant diner area for a more sit down personal experience. We odered the Monkey Bread French toast and Pork Belly tacos. Both were excellent choices. French toast melts in your mouth and the pork belly tacos are tender and very flavorful. Also had the Shake for a King, good stuff..
This was our first visit and we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of both the dining side and the social side. We would highly recommend PBS.
I love Punch Bowl Social and so does my daughter. But this Saturday we planned her birthday party there and reserved a table but we’re contacted minutes before to let us know they were closed. We travel from Lago Vista with her friends to the Domain strictly for some Punch Bowl Social fun and on this particular Saturday it wasn’t so much.. The Hostess who called didn’t offer any apology just we’re unable to save your reservation and a have a good day. We understand mechanical difficulties and are hoping they open back up soon and maybe we can return again to celebrate her Birthday.
Couldn't believe how overpriced the food was. $7 for a small side salad that had mostly wilted lettuce. Really? Bologna sandwich was great but for $12? Mocktail drinks also pricey. If I'm paying that much, I'll need alcohol. Service was ok but it seemed like we had 3 different servers, which was kind of weird. The restaurant was also freezing and even though we had a toddler, the hostess never asked if we needed a highchair. We ended up tracking down a booster seat by ourselves.
Despite the negatives, overall it was an ok experience. I enjoyed my entree and the feel of the restaurant. The kids menu is fabulous. The place is surprisingly kid friendly but still entertaining and fun for adults.
Lunch and bowling. Good food, fun.
The hostess couple weren’t friendly, the seating was poor, and their was 2 waiters for many tables. Food was terrible!
I remember the quality of food from Punchbowl Social was a lot better before this time. The knockoff burger was so so. The fries were better than the burger.
We decided to have dessert and ordered the apple strudel with ice cream. What we got was a slice of cold apple pie with soft serve.
The server was efficient and friendly enough.
The hostess was less than friendly, waiter seemed very bored and uninterested, the restaurant was out of two different items we tried to order. Our waiter disappeared for long stints. It was our first time and didn't know how games etc worked....no one offered any explanation or even that you offered games, etc...overall a very expensive evening for less than mediocre service. Food was good. Facility is neat. Everyone and everything else needs an overhaul in customer service. Can't say we will be back again....
The staff was incredibly rude. It took us over an hour to get a server despite flagging down multiple people. When we finally got a server he was rude. The only people who were nice to us were the two people working at the activity sign up and the host. We were also never informed that the place was closed to those under 18 after 10pm. I would not recommend.
Our server was cluless or didn't care. Bartender was super slow and looked like he had no idea how to make our drinks. Fried chicken was hard and dry. Very disappointed
We went for brunch with 9 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. We were there for 3 HOURS. The service was PAINFULLY slow. Our waiter was never anywhere to be found. All of our food came out completely cold. The mimosas were good, but we had to order them from the bar several times because we couldn’t find any wait staff. Super disappointing experience.
Best dinner I've had in a while
It took a long time for the waiter to come take our order for drinks that we decided to go eat somewhere else. We didn’t think we would have to eat our food in the time that we had the bowling alley.
The waiter did apologize and said that he just clocked on so he was either late to work or the girl before him left early.
The place is nice and the food was ok. We chose this place since they close at 1 am but apparently, they have different hours for the dining section vs bar/activities section so we were asked to close our check by 10 pm.
It seems like a really fun place for friends to get together. They have bowling, pool tables, arcades, etc...
They did not have the table of 9 set up for us when we got there. Had to wait for some to be cleaned off. Our waiter was awesome and took good care of us. Just was disappointed in making a reservation and not having the table ready when we arrived is all.
Punch Bowl was overall a fun experience, but I don't think I'd return for a second go. Our server was super sweet and knowledgeable, but she was clearly overwhelmed and told us at one point that she'd be back "in about 10 minutes." At least three different employees came to our table of eight throughout the meal to deliver food, take additional drink orders, etc., which seemed odd for a place that didn't seem super busy for 2 p.m. on a Sunday.
Two of my friends ordered the ~$9 avocado toast — which the server said she highly recommended — and both were underwhelmed and a little disappointed by the portion size. For the price, they were hoping for more than a thin layer of mashed avocado spread onto a thick slice of Texas toast, topped with barely enough prosciutto to cover maybe a third of the bread.
The highlight of the meal was easily the complimentary biscuits, buttery and served with a gingery berry jam. Those were incredibly good and might actually have set the bar a little too high.
Had a nice brunch with some good work friends and enjoyed catching up with my friends we had great service and I enjoyed the mimosa there! Can’t wait till next time
I had so much fun!! The food and atmosphere was great. I definitely plan to visit again!
I took my team to lunch and to play a dart tournament for a team building event and we had a blast. Only slight complaint was that the music was really loud so it was hard to have a 30 minute discussion on our team in 2019.
The staff was knowledgeable of the menu items. They were also attentive. The Monkey Bread French Toast is heavenly. I will definitely return.
New year's eve
I usually do not post bad reviews, but this particular punch bowl location was disappointing. The menu did not have much too offer. The game area did not have enough to offer in order for people to not have to search for something available to play. Not worth the drive or money.
Best experience! ❤️ Went here for my birthday celebration! So much fun!!
Horrible company party experience. Didn't get our reservation for bowling (so we didn't get to do the team activity we promised everyone), order was messed up for two of our party, food was cold and the hostess was rude (Not willing to sit us for a reserved table when you had absolutely no other customers were even in the restaurant yet).
To say this sucked as a company holiday party destination would be an understatement.
Warning. If you have small children don’t plan to stay long. There are no changing tables available, which is completely absurd.
We had a party of 9 for lunch. The restaurant was almost completely vacant, and it took more than an hour to get our food. I ordered nachos and the food was cold. I requested salsa to go with my nachos and it never came. It took the waitress a long time to notice that we were done, clear the empty plates, and give us our checks. It took 2.5 hours for the whole ordeal. We were not able to play the games or bowl due to a private event that was scheduled in the other half of the restaurant which was a disappointment and the reason we choose the location.
We enjoyed our company Holiday party at Punch Bowl Social despite a large event subdividing the game area. We were left with only a handful of working arcade games for the most part.
Really great experience! They handled complicated dietary restrictions with grace and even had a santa on hand for pictures with the kids! Our group of 9 was very happy!
Food was delicious! Jim was an awesome server! But after we ate the people at the stand for activities were very rude! We asked how much something would cost and they didn’t say anything just shook his head didn’t seem like he cared
Most of the food was really good. The atmosphere was nice too. We enjoyed ourselves.
A totally fun place with good food and reasonably priced drinks. Great atmosphere and energy!
First time at Punch Bowl and it reminded me of an upscale Dave n Busters and Main event. It was really nice! Our waiter was Chris and he was amazing! There was even another lady who brought us our drinks and she had a wonderful smile and attitude! Everyone was respectable and sociable! Food was an interesting mix of ingredients but pretty tasty!
Great service and delicious food. A fun place to meet up with friends.
The restaurant was cool the food was ok, Chicken and waffles need work. Service was crappy to not be crowded.
