The ambiance was exquisite and the food was delicious. Service was on point and amazing.
I thought the ambience was great and the food was decent but our waiter just seemed like he was just trying to get us in and out and not really care, like he thought we’re weren’t good enough to be there.
PUMP was amazing, loved it!! The service, food, drinks, decor, everything was phenomenol.
My husband and I visited Pump for my birthday during brunch time. We had a great time and our server Jason Bell was amazing.
From the moment we walked in we were treated to one of the most wonderful restaurant experiences imaginable, I particularly enjoyed the music and lighting, the only disappointment was not seeing Ken or Lisa...
The food took an unusually long time to arrive. My chicken dish was dry and cold. The bread that we paid for was stale. We were so looking forward to the dinner but we were disappointed , especially since we came from New York.
My husband I arrived to celebrate a birthday and the server was cold and took over 10 minutes before coming to our table. When the food arrived the chicken was very fatty. When I told the waiter he took the plate without offering to replace it or offer anything else on the menu. He quickly returned with the bill. He ruined the experience. Although the ambiance is beautiful, I will never return due to the service I received.
A magical place with amazing food. Can't wait to go back!
Waiter was awesome ! Brunch was great.
Loved sitting outside sipping cocktails.
Once again I was forced here by out of town friends. I was optimistic that things had improved but once again the mediocre food and bad service, coupled with tourists looking for the ever illusive Bravo TV cast had me walking away shaking my head in shame....
Amazing restaurant! Food was fantastic, service was spot on, and the ambience was magical!
Felt like we were in some kind of dream! Would highly recommend 10/10.
The table, decor and music were awesome!!! Food was just average and as such, overpriced for the quality. The servers, bartenders are eye candy, so that’s a definite plus. I will return for a drink and the music 😊
Beautiful late lunch perfect weather, great service, delicious pitchers & food
Very energetic restaurant/bar and loved the atmosphere. We didn't wait very long for our table reservation, which was nice, even though I actually expected it to be longer considering we were arriving at a prime time. Our server, Christian, was a nice guy and made us feel like valued guests including spending a moment chatting with us. I don't have any major complaints, except I did put in the reservation we were celebrating an anniversary with our friends. I was a little disappointed the host or Christian didn't mention anything. I'd still recommend Pump and we'd still go back.
While the service and ambience are top notch, the food quality has deteriorated. The Fish n chips tasted like it was a frozen ready to eat meal.
My husband and I had wanted to visit Pump when we were in West Hollywood, and it didn’t disappoint. The music was a tad loud - I believe I was eight under a speaker, but it wasn’t so bad we couldn’t talk.
The food was wonderful! We started with the beets and goat cheese, followed by delicious entrees- chicken Milanese and Pacific Sole. We capped off the meal with chocolate cake, wonderful!! Thanks for a memorable evening of great food and terrific service!
The security told us we had to leave even though we weren’t finish eating. It was 9:42 and he said they closed at 10 and we needed to leave. We asked could we finish and he said “as long as it’s by 10.” So rude and cold, no hospitality and all of our food was sent at once so entrees were cold by the time we finished our appetizers. Don’t think this is the kind of of service Pump wants to provide!
This restaurant was great and our server, Logan, was amazing. I had the skirt steak with the potato salad and asparagus. I highly recommend. The atmosphere was wonderful.
We celebrated a friends birthday. Our server Norby was amazing, cause god knows we’re a tough crowd but he was just amazing. Food was good as always. And the ambiance was perfect. It was great way to end a long weekend.
tastes like reheated trader joe’s which isn’t bad but not worth $25/plate - bathrooms are disgusting and service is spotty - but beautiful atmosphere
Cute outdoor area. Food was good and we lovedddd the drinks. We got lucky and got a good seat but all the other seating for 2 people is sooo close together!! It’s like you’re practically having dinner with the couple next to you. We saw several people asking to be moved. I don’t blame them.
I would recommend for drinks but not for brunch. The food was so so and the service was super slow. The bar is fun though!
There is clearly a drive from the top at this restaurant to make every guest feel welcome and important and to ensure no one feels ignored or lost in the busy shuffle. It’s working. We showed up 45 mins early for our rezzo on a Saturday and could not get seated yet so we went in the lounge. It was clearly swamped so the GM Chad was helping out on the floor. He essentially waited on us hand and foot while constantly updating us on the status of when we would get seated. We weren’t worried about it at all as we were having fun in the lounge and not wanting for anything as we were so well taken care of. When seated we got a nice spot on the garden patio. Our server Sean D was great attending to all our needs while giving us helpful info about the menu. Everyone was just genuinely glad to help out and make our experience better from the GM to the folks who bus dishes and fill your water. Again, this must start with the emphasized goals and hiring practices of the restaurant as it resonated throughout everyone there. This is a place that could easily be snobbish and pretentious but it was not at all. We had a fantastic time all around. Very much appreciated!!
We had the table behind the bar on the back garden would have been nicer to have been on the front garden but our waiter was amazing! I had the salmon it was delicious except the broccoli seemed undercooked. Amazing drinks!
We sat at the table for a good 20mins with servers walking around but no one even stopped to ask if we had been helped. We finally flagged someone down ourselves and let them know we hadn’t yet been helped. After that our server was attentive and nice. The decor was beautiful but being completely ignored for 20 mins is pretty unacceptable when it hadn’t even begun to get busy.
Food was boring; little flavor. Served first course before we received drinks. Wrong entree served to me. Made requests to our server twice to which he never responded. The table next to us had lots of problems. Very disappointing and not at all what we expected.
Terrible service, food was crappy, tight space
We were seated in the crappiest part of the garden, crammed between the bar and a small area to walk.
We also had two unexpected dining guests join us. Mr & Mrs Flying Cocaroach.
Food was okay. Service was okay.
Gross man. Just gross.
Fantastic experience. Was worried it be too "touristy" but was impressed with food, service, and prices. Highly recommend and great space and location. Please franchise one to Denver SOON!
Great vibe as always!!
Lovely outside decoration and fantastic service! Will definitely be back!
Awesome experience from the minute we walked in, food was truly awesome.
We had a great experience here for Brunch. Excellent service and a beautiful space. Everyone was friendly and inviting. We liked the music as well. Only just "ok" thing was the food - it was passable - nothing great for brunch - just kind of bland/blah. That said, drinks were good and again we all had a great time at Pump. Definitely recommended.
ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Kind staff and great prices
Really fun night and Christian was a great server.
My husband and I went to pump for our anniversary dinner. We were seated immediately. It’s a loud atmosphere very dim lighting. Service was a bit slow at first then moved quicker. Food and drinks were great. Overall your paying to say you ate there and for the ambience and experience. Everyone should try it out. We were happy.
Very cosy and nice place. The hostess super snoby ”greeting” took down the experience a bit though..
Always amazing!! Lisa knows how to do it right!!! Food and Service also excellent!!!
One of the sexiest, best restaurants I have eaten at...ever!
I was disappointed in the restaurant, we had been to SUR and loved it. Firstly, where we sat, there was a heater that 2 staff members were trying to get started. They kept on pushing past me to see what was going on and talking loudly about it might be the gas bottle, this went on for over 10 minutes. The pushed past many times and never said excuse me or sorry. In fact when we said, we will move, they said no you are not disturbing us!!
My friend has major food intolerances and wished for just a steak no oil or seasoning etc. The chef said he could not do this as he did not have a grill and it would get stuck in the pan, so he steamed it. It came out so bad that our lovely server (who was amazing) took one look and said not you are not eating that, took it away and it came back with some colour. That night he was actually serving Ken and 2 of his friends. A nice touch as it was my friends birthday that we had a sparkler. Secondly, there was no room around the bar for patrons or staff to get around many people that stood by the bar and were quite loud. This was very distracting when we had to hear each server say excuse me fifty times. In fact another pair stated that they would not sit there because people were standing over them.
On another note, my dinner was fine and loved the décor etc. Our server, I cant remember his name was amazing. Thank you.
