Made a reservation, had a confirmed reservation, and showed up to find the business closed!!! Only open for takeout?!?! Maybe they should have updated their info, especially on this app. It was for a birthday and the whole situation was quite embarassing!!! I had a confirmed reservation!!!! So disappointed!!!!

Booked reservations for 4 people, got to the place and the guy says we are not doing indoor dining. I told he why would you except reservations if you are not doing indoor dining, and he pretty much brush me off and said sorry.

You should remove Puebla from Open Table as they were not open for dine in at all.

There was no experience. The restaurant was closed and we weren’t notified.

Place said it was open on google and it allowed me to book a table through there and google but when i got to the place there was a sign saying that dine-in was closed. Wasted my time and gas driving there just for it to not be open

The food was simply amazing. SO full full of flavor and delicious. It was all served hot and quickly. We will definitely be back!

The food was great the service was very on the spot. They have some amazing margaritas a wide selection of great tequilas. Their Barbacoa though it's very unique was wonderful everybody I was with loved their plates.

We have been to Puebla multiple times and every visit has been wonderful. The food is wonderful and the service has been excellent.

Food came out wrong, missing multiple orders, wasn’t approached by waiter until 15 minutes of waiting.

We LOVE Puebla! We are Mexican food connoisseurs, and this place is definitely our go-to. Amazing dishes, generous portions for the price, and top notch cocktails. The elote is the best we have ever had. The service is always excellent. It’s really hard to come by a perfect combination of all these elements (food, value, service), but Puebla does it with ease! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The food is ALWAYS excellent and fresh, the drinks are awesomely mixed, and the daily specials rock (Margarita Mondays!!!).

Overall good experience. Some of the cocktails were fantastic and some below par. Service friendly and prompt.

We love the fish tacos. Guacamole is awesome especially with pineapple. Traditional margaritas are super tasty and not too heavy on the tequila. Overall a great experience every time we go.

We enjoyed 3 different salsas, their fresh guacamole, and 3 different tacos. All were fresh and flavorful!

The chicken tinga was dry and did not have a very prominent taste. The chips served with the ceviche were stale.

The steak tacos were delish! And the jalapeno margarita was wonderful. The perfect amount of heat.

Service and food were excellent!

Service was great but the food was even better. Top notch items, very authentic and drinks were also awesome. Will be back again, now in my top 5 for sure.

This is now my 3rd time eating here. I have to say that their chicken mole enchiladas are to die for. The restaurant is 25 min from my house but I have to go bc I crave them! The portion is big enough for 2 meals and they heat up so well. Next time I go I am ordering 2 so I can eat them for lunch all week. The Drinks are also very tasty. My husband typically gets tacos which he says are delicious too. If you love mole you will not be disappointed.

Everything seemed very rushed. The drinks were good but flat. A little expensive for standard tacos and guacamole.

We LOVE Puebla! The food and service is superior...the tacos (had fish and shrimp) are some of the best we have ever had and the drinks (had the mango margarita) are DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this place, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is great.

Food is flavorful with beautiful presentation. Daily specials are nice. Excellent, attentive service. We will be back!

Great small spot in Downtown St Charles perfect for date night..

Everything was great, although there was a distinct old building smell when you first walk in. My margarita and enchiladas were very good.

Blueberry lavender margarita was amazing! The red sangria was very fruity and delicious! Both the chicken and shrimp fajitas had a great blend of flavors with and without the tortilla! The bean dip with the tortilla chips appetizer was a pleasant alternative to the usual salsa served at many Mexican restaurants. Our waitress was warm and friendly. She offered suggestions and shared her favorites to guide our selection. We will definitely be returning.

Ordered appetizers which were delicious and filling. Margaritas were tasty. Grilled fish tacos were superb. Would definitely recommend as an entree. Will be back to dine here again.
