First place we take people when they come into town to visit!
Tyler was our server and he was awesome!! We had friends from out of town visiting and they really enjoyed the food and music.
Everyone told us this was a “must” in Franklin and we sought it out specifically for its gluten free menu options. Unfortunately, the special menu item we ordered was not gluten free. We immediately told our server who was going to check with a manager. The manager was never asked about it. My friend is now extremely sick, still days later. Even if this had been an innocent mistake, the restaurant could have handled the situation differently. Sadly, they guaranteed that we will never visit any of their locations again.
Food was excellent but you can easily share. Very large portions.
The waitress was very good and very personable.
Overall a good place.
Reminiscent of Cracker Barrel with less tack and higher quality grub. Try the meatloaf, made with slow-roasted pork and brisket. Like nothing you've tried before! Great for the family, friends, or a low-to-medium-key date night. I'll be back within two months.
My husband and I have been to Puckett's several times since moving to the Nashville area. We love their atmosphere on Saturday's for song writer's night. It's a great way to meet and listen to the creative minds behind huge country hits. The service is always quick and the food is always cooked to perfection. I will always recommend the Franklin location over the Nashville location, to avoid the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville and tourists. Puckett's in Franklin gives you the opportunity to enjoy an evening with acoustic energy and terrific southern comfort food!! 5 out of 5 stars!
Food was decent. A great place to come for live music.
Food has improvedfrom “not so good” to pretty darn tasty.
Plz keep up the trend.
Really enjoyed the show. Food and service was great too.
We are repeat visitors to Puckett’s in Franklin and always enjoy it. The live music is fantastic and feels very intimate in the small setting. The food was great- I had steak tips & grits that were phenomenal and my husband had chicken fried steak because it’s his favorite. Service was excellent and overall a fantastic night!
Excellent food, service, music! Definitely going back!
One of our favorite places in Franklin, love this place.
The music was incredible. Beaker Street Blues Band was so entertaining and high quality. I hope they will be back soon.
Casual, laidback, relaxing, dinning. Great food Great music. Fun place to go. Will be back.
Awesome experience. Marvelous music and fabulous food
My mouth was watering all day for Chicken Fried Chicken! It is the best! But they were out of that AND Fried Chicken. That was very disappointing. Bad planning. Like, rundown to Kroger’s already!
Our waitress was Doris and she was wonderful!! Work quickly and efficiently.
You need more waiters and waitresses
Great time at Puckett’s, good traditional southern food. We went on a Wednesday night around 5:45 and they were a bit under staffed which had our waitress running around and the hostess trying to play multiple roles, but otherwise a great night!
Sam our waiter was fantastic. The trout was the best I ever had. The band was Ravencliff who are outstanding
Great food great music great staff great value
Always best bet
Great food, service and music! All around fantastic place!
Loved our waitresses and the food. Great music also!
First time, food and beer was excellent. John our server was the best. The blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream was definitely the right choice for dessert. Will definitely go back when in the area .
we had a great time. the food was great and our server was very good.
Love the atmosphere
Service from the bar was a little slow, but the place was packed. Food was yummy.
Ed Hill and his 2 accompanying players were fabulous and such an honor see in person such an accomplished song writer and musician. Certainly a highlight for both my husband and I living here in Franklin.
Sub par steak and chicken. When asked for steak sauce, they said they didn’t have any! Really? Ordered a $25+ ribeye and it was a thin cut with a lot of fat and little flavor. The chicken was over cooked with little flavor as well.
We went to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and to see Raven cliff the band was good and our service was great. Our waiter Christian was fantastic
Dinner: Waiter seemed rushed, aggravated and simply not interested.
Food was fine but was a bit overpriced. There are not many options for family type dining in downtown area so Puckett’s was our choice.
Breakfast: Had breakfast on Sunday morning at Puckett’s after realizing that Meridee’s was closed. Took forever for items offered from the menu. Two of us opted for the buffet - had to ask to please refill- and we were finished eating when my husbands omelet finally arrived. Waitress was nice but not very attentive.
Overall, I think the staff considers this to be just a job not realizing that customers would appreciate common courtesy.
Meatloaf was amazing
This was our fourth time to enjoy eating at Puckett’s. We live about 200 miles away, but whenever we are in the area we make a point to stop in.
Food, service, atmosphere and music were great as always.
Next time we are in the area we will make arrangements to enjoy a couple of hours with them again.
Nice music venue but over priced food that's not that tasty.
Music was great, but there was one table that was very disruptive and loud. When we pay cover, we expect patrons to be quiet and respectful of musicians. No employee would intervene on our behalf. Pucketts needs to think about adopting a Shhh policy like Bluebird!
Great place to go with friends! Great food and atmosphere.
Always great food and a friendly staff! Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that I know.
Puckett’s in Franklin is always dependable; service, comfort food, local ambiance. Best to have a reservation.
The wait staff was very good, but the food was okay at best. The atmosphere would be fine at a time when there is no live entertainment. We were there on a Friday night, though, when there was a live band playing oldies. The band wasn't too bad, but it was way too loud for the place and not at all worth the $12 per person cover charge in addition to the food prices. Although we made our reservation six weeks ahead of time, our party of six was seated directly in front of the band - two or three feet from the speakers. The noise was literally painful.
This was our first time at Puckett's, celebrating my husband's birthday. We were seated 25 minutes before a server acknowledged us. The service picked up from there and everyone enjoyed their meal. We made our reservation through Open Table and were not told there was a $12/each cover charge (adults) plus $6/each for kids on Friday/Saturday nights, thus were surprised at the additional $52.00 charge added to our bill. The waiter explained that we should have been told at the time we made our reservation.
Thoroughly enjoyed the live music while dining. Fun atmosphere.
Sisters were in from Florida and had a great dinner along with great music
