   This place is amazing. Everyone enjoyed everything they ordered, entrainment was great all while you could sit and enjoy your food and be able to have a conversation. We had reservations and we sat immediately. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Food, service, atmosphere, entertainment all perfect scores.

   Fantastic food, music, and service. We shared the fried chicken, and it was delicious and plenty for two of us. The live music was incredible. The bar is fully stocked and lively!

    This was a place I had never heard of and had guest from out of town visiting, I have to say there was absolutely nothing to complain about from the moment we walked in the service was amazing, the hostess took care of our needs immediately adding a person to our reservation for us, our waiter David was extremely efficient and helped us decide what to order and took care of our table of 9 with great care.

    We had reservations on a Sunday evening and we did get right in. But that was pretty much the highlight. Our server seemed constantly annoyed she had to wait on us. The food was ok but the chicken was over cooked and the ribs were not that great.

    Very relaxed experience, which is exactly what we were looking for. Great beer selection, lots of local brews. We had the pimento cheese ball appetizer and it was out if this world. I had the hot chicken sandwich, outstanding, and my wife had the piggy mac which was also exceptional. The extra bonus of live music topped off the night (Josey Clay performed the night we were there)

    This was our first visit to the Nashville Puckett's and everything was great! Our server was excellent even though she had a large group in addition to our table. The food was outstanding (that cobbler!) and the singer/songwriter who performed added the perfect touch to our Nashville Date Night.

    We arrived in time to take advantage of happy hour deals (great prices with half off appetizers and drinks) and stayed long enough to enjoy the music of Taylor Lee. Service was charming and quick. Food was good but not piping hot.

    Service was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. She came when we were still waiting for two other people and said she would only give us another minute. Was mad when we asked for some time to order. Got orders wrong. And didn’t. Bring drinks. Could have been something else going on with her tonight but not great.

    Food was good. They were out of many things- it was New Years day so I get it. Server wasn’t very attentive and she forgot quite a few things. Been here several times and this time was a bit disappointing.

    The food was definitely okay and all hype. The piggy max was delicious but the ribs were dry and stuck on the bone. Definitely could have tasted better and the beans didn’t taste homemade at all and more like canned beans.

    I rarely ever write a review or give a bad review but this was a terrible overall dining experience. I made reservations for 7pm and when we arrived it was crowded. We were seated in the bar area by the host. The bartender was responsible for servicing our table. When we were seated he got into a huge argument with the host. A different server was assigned to our table. I understand bartender’s frustration with being the only bar tender and servicing tables but he later waited on both tables beside us without any issues. We had our kids with us and had wanted to leave but it was late for them and searching for a new table seemed unrealistic. The food came before our drinks. We were never checked on. Our server tried her best to pitch in but she was working tables in a completely different side of the restaurant. The whole experience was awful. The other tables her helped also had kids with them so I’m not sure why he was so frustrated with our party of 4. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment.

    Service was terrible. Jordan didn’t refill our drinks, wouldn’t even look at the table when we asked for refills. Got a pudding parfait to go- was 85% mills wafers with a quarter inch of pudding on the bottom. When we showed him he said “well most people like Nilla wafers” I could have bought a box of them and would have been the same thing. The brisket was really dry with no flavor. The chicken and pulled pork were great. Enjoyed the music playing.

    I was expecting a lot more for a Thanksgiving meal at a $39 price tag. Our server acted like we were a problem anytime we asked for something. Service was slow and the food was barely warm

    Thanksgiving dinner was absolutely horrible. Their regular menu has always been pretty good but Thanksgiving Day dinner was terrible. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of them on Thanksgiving Day. $39.99 for cold food, very slow service, worst stuffing ever, meatloaf from h*ll, desserts from Walmarts frozen food section. I could say more, but you get the point.

    Although we didn’t get a high-top that I reserved, we were seated at a much better table meant for 4 and it faced the stage. Waitress was very friendly and didn’t rush us. Best chicken wings ever. We went with bourbon glaze. Then had mini sliders with a side of Mac ‘n Cheese. Compares with other BBQ places we tried. We were also there for the entertainment. We really enjoyed the singer. She was friendly, welcomed requests and had a nice playlist. Overall very relaxing

    Food was not good. I got the brisket & it looked like boiled cows tongue, disgusting. I sent it back & got pulled pork which was barely warm. All of my sides were cold. My potato salad had undercooked to raw potatoes in it. For a place that gets such high praise we were greatly disappointed. The food was also very overpriced. Apparently this place used to be good but has gone downhill. Would not recommend or go back.

    The BBQ was amazing. We shared the Farm Platter and added the sausage. So much good but all so yummy! The sausage had a slight spice/kick. Chicken was juicy. Oh my, the ribs. Best pulled pork I’ve ever had.

    We had reservations. Was sat on time. Waitress was good. Everywhere is short staffed so be patient. We were not impressed with the food. Brisket was bland and hard to chew. Ribs were hard as a rock. Max and cheese, fried green beans and collards were good.

    Wonderful food and service! Our server kept our drinks topped off (great after a hot day walking around) and the food was so delicious. Huge portions at great prices. Highly recommend for a comfort meal in Nashville!
