Public House - Luxor
Noise level was load. TV was to load to even hear or understand who you were talking with.
The food, service and environment were outstanding. We ordered the giant pretzel with beer cheese dip for an appetizer. It was amazing. My husband absolutely loved the wings and I ordered the surf and turf, which was quite a bit of food for the price. The steak was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were delicious. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal and our server was outstanding!
Great place to watch a game. One of my favorite places during March Madness. Great food and you can see all the games.
Good place to watch sports. Food was very good. Service could use more attention. Though nice, the server had to be asked multiple times for multiple things throughout the meal.
Our server, Marietta (I believe was her name) was excellent! Very patient and helpful. The food was great and it wasn’t too loud. Would definitely recommend!
Great food! Good atmosphere. Service was mediocre but understandable due to changes people and businesses are going through due to COVID.
Always have amazing service from the hostess to all the waiters/staff. Hands down to the chefs!!! Never disappoints!!
The food came out fast. Our server was amazing!!! Beer was great!! The chili is great and we shared the philly cheese steak very tasty!
The service, food and atmosphere where great.
My birthday dinner and desert was amazing! Great service & atmosphere
I had a two-patty burger but it wasn't all that great; the waitress was honest enough to say that it was frozen.
It was ok, regular bar food options. We ordered the big pretzel which I usually love. This one tasted like they need to clean their oven. It was just ok.
We like Public house and have eaten there many times. The food is always good and the service in the past has been perfect. This time not so much but it had nothing to do with our actual server. It was the hostess. We made the reservation and showed up 5 minutes early. We were 2nd in line and people were literally walking past the line and walking up to her and being seated. This happened several times. We could see many tables available but yet she left us standing there and didn't even acknowledge us until one of us asked when would we be seated as we had been waiting at least 20 minutes. She seemed perturbed we would dare question her and said she would be with us soon. After asking once more she said "come on" and took us to the back far corner by the kitchen, possibly the worst table in the house. From that point everything was fine as our server was awesome and the food was great. I would still recommend Public House and plan to go again unless this happens again. This seems to be a bit of a trend we noticed in Vegas as it happened twice more during our trip. Hopefully it is coincidence and Vegas will continue to be known for the food AND service.
Great sports bar and grill! My husband had a burger and I had the steak sandwich. Both were excellent! I upgraded to the garlic truffle fries which were definitely worth the extra money. Our server, Jason was very attentive and pleasant. He even changed one of the TV's for us so we could watch football instead of basketball. Great experience and we would definitely go back!
Listed as outdoor but it’s not outside lol
A terrific find for us! Great food, service and game viewing. A gem!
Great food and service!
Great bar food! Loved that I didn’t have to leave the hotel to dine at a bar. Good was delicious.
It was great food okay
Super chill for the Covid action.
The food is so delicious, the service is good, and the drinks are potent. It’s super expensive ($20 for my burger), but we always save extra money so we can eat here while we’re in Vegas. The beer is cold and TVs are plentiful, so it’s the ideal place to catch a game. My favorites are the rib eye steak dinner, the Standard burger, and the prime rib sandwich.
good food and service with lots of big screens to watch the games
Fast, Friendly & Fabulous!
Appetizers and desserts were very good. Entrees were average. Service was amazing, got us in and out quickly before a show.
Great place to eat before a show. Good old American food and the service was great. It can get a bit loud but we didn’t mind at all.
Great if you love the sports atmosphere which we do. Took some prompting to bring a birthday treat for my son other than that very good
Wings were great, cobb salad had WAY too much pepper on it. Service could have been better; they weren't that busy.
Four of us had different items and all were delicious. The service was fantastic. It was a bit noisy, but it's a sports bar so that is expected. Great TVS-everyone had a wonderful view.
Had dinner here before a show. Food was better than I was expecting. Waitress attentive. Will come back again.
Basic bar food. Nothing special
I made these reservations and they were accepted but when I got there we were told that Open Table made the reservation in error and they didn't have a table. They said they tried to cancel the reservation but it was never cancelled. This was a party of 9 with people taking Ubers there and wasted money. The manager wasn't helpful saying sorry we don't have any seats... Didn't offer to do anything and just said it's OpenTable's fault!!
The food is way over priced and not enough options, especially healthy ones. They use to have a turkey burger which we use to enjoy! The fish and chips was one piece of fish, all breading, and the Chicken Caesar salad was soaked in dressing even though I specifically asked for light dressing, and the chicken was under cooked. We wanted another beer, but the waiter never came back to the table after he took our order. We were very disappointed!!
Had a great time. Food was great. 49rs won. HUGE TVs
$54 for 2 cheese steaks and 2 soft drinks is really expensive but they were good. The service was outstanding and we enjoyed all the TV's showing sports.
Good food, price is fine and ambiance is moderate.
Very good atmosphere, waiters attentive, food excellent
We ate at the Public House because we were going to the show ion the same building.
Typical sports bar with TVs all around. We thought we were going t6o have a larger menu.
The food was not bad but we were seated and then sat until someone noticed us despite not a large amount of customers as yet. (we ate early- 5pm due to the show)
There will be another Public House built right across the street with a larger complex and larger menu which we will check out the next time.
Food is standard bar food. Not a big variety. I had grilled chicken sandwich, wife had Cobb salad. Chicken was ok, not a lot of flavor. Did have a large soft pretzel that was really good. Service was great. Very large place with lots of TVs to watch games, but wouldn’t really go there for a meal unless was comped it had some discount.
We were staying at the hotel and needed a place to eat. It was rather noisy. The food was good. The wine was excellent.
Our server was amazing and brought my daughter and future son in law a dessert and champagne to celebrate their upcoming wedding. Sadly, I can’t recall her name but she was our server on Saturday, Sept 21 from 7:30pm to about 9:30pm and there were 20 of us.
