Would have appreciated having the heater turned on as wind chill was very cold!! Day was nice t as warm as predicted, so outside seating was too cold as a result.

The food was so great at Pub Republic we returned the next day before we left Petaluma for lunch again! Best vegan burger I've had anywhere ever! The outside patio next to park offers perfect ambiance. The service by Luis was fabulous ... he actually remembered us on the 2nd day ... made us feel like welcome locals. Love this place and next time we visit wine country for sure we'll dine here again ... wish it were sooner than later!

The chairs need to be replaced. Very concerning. Our Waiter needs a bus person to refill our water glasses. We didn’t understand why after the entire beer was poured into the glass the empty bottle was put on the table each time. We waited an hour for our food.

Really good food and large portions but the service was really frustrating. They forgot our drink orders twice and on one occasion brought everyone’s order with the exception of one person. We asked three times for the place settings and they kept forgetting. It’s a shame because the outdoor dining was lovely, as was the food, but the service makes it difficult for us to ever want to return.

I love this place but while I understand that we are in a pandemic; the lack of salt and pepper and an invisible server is crazy. Our reservation was for 11:45 and it was close to 1:00 p.m. before we received our order. Again out server was missing in action and not very helpful when he did show up. I have had a previous Awesome experience and it was all do to the server and his helpful attitude and checking in to insure we had what we needed.

Our appetizer came out with our entrees, the server never came back to check on us at all and it wasn't busy. Never even offered to refill our water glasses. The food was ok.

Pub Republic is one of our favorite local restaurants as it consistently has great food and service as well as a very comfortable atmosphere!

It was very good. The patio was nice. I am glad to have options like this during COVID. I’ll definitely go back. I’d like to try it once we can eat indoors again too. It looked cool inside, from what I could see.

Excellent food and really nice waiter, but the food came out very late. It took about 50 min to an hour for our food to arrive after we ordered. I think they may have increased their prices lately or maybe I’m just suddenly sensitive to how expensive their food it. $19 burger!

The experience was consistent with my last review. We had 3 in our party. We arrived at 11:30, served our lunches by noon and departed at 12:50. Don't be in a hurry. The food is gastro-pub. Tasty. Reasonably priced. Before tip our bill came to $65.00

still Enjoyed the evening but the table of 4 near us was very loud.
No reflection on the establishment, but it was a little uncomfortably chilly and
for some reason I didn't enjoy my "go to" Brussel sprouts tacos like I usually do.

The food was decent, we sat in the parking lot due to Covid but that’s OK, the service was lackluster and there was one issue that she just refused to deal with. Anyway I doubt I’ll go back.

Worst experience ever! Seat was wet, server did not bring fork and knife, nobody asked for water refill, took forever to bring food.I’ll not recommend this place to anyone and will not return here ever again.

Great outdoors eating if you don't mind the Lakeville Hwy noise. Food variety great for brunch and OO the unexpected yummy biscuit!

The staff and Food is amazing! My husband and I go often. The only odd things was it’s cold and the hostess told us no heaters were allowed (per the owner) we need to eat outside and freeze!! LOL. Our server however said no and brought us a heater. Very odd. Not very welcoming but we turned a lemon into lemonade. Maybe call ahead and see if the heater Police hostess is working. She prefer you be uncomfortable.

We were seated next to a single mom (bless her) who loudly instructed her two girls by reading a book in a voice that disrupted my “romantic” conversation. Oh - Covid! I remain grateful we were able to dine outside and support a local restaurant. Patience is a virtue?
Ambiance aside - we had to ask twice for more hot water for our tea, blue cheese crumbles as originally ordered as an extra on my veggie burger, and water.

The food was excellent and service was good. A bit chilly even in the sun on the patio. Would be nice to have heaters on. Very enjoyable and thank you for being open.

Excellent food - loved the menu - I had a hard time making up my mind. But what I chose was excellent, and I was very pleased.

Times required our party sit outside. The evening was cool and we requested the heat lamp be turned on, which took some time. We all ordered soup to warm us up and it was served without even a roll, bread or crackers. Very disappointed.

Fabulous brunch! Ample outside distanced seating, wonderful service from Luis, and fried chicken French toast was to die for!! I will definitely be back. Well worth the drive from west Marin and although chilly, there’s shaded parking for my dogs in car and heat lamps at tables!
