Amazing food and service!!! Highly recommend!!
Food was delicious, service was friendly, and it was a lively atmosphere. Great neighborhood restaurant.
Cutest little place with delicious food and great service.
the food was amazing. the service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was inviting , professional, and friendly. my boyfriend and I came in around 5. we had the old fashioned on the happy hour menu and an ipa. for food we had the deviled eggs, cheese curds, pirogies, side fries, and a half dozen of each of the types of oysters . every dish was texturally, and visually appealing and of course delicious. a little pricey for the portions if you care about that type of thing. but I will definitely be back in the near future . wish i would have taken pictures but everything looked and smelled so good I just couldn’t wait .
Food was excellent! Well cooked and nicely seasoned. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience.
Great service, and the bartender was excellent. Hostesses were really nice too. Cheese curds and pierogies were yum. I had the sievial sandwich abd it was great. Otters enjoyed their various burgers. Great neighborhood hang, with really good energy. Thank you!
Awesome dinner! Super service and the food. Definitely recommend this place and will visit again.
Best burger in philly
P&K burger was tasty and we really enjoyed the cheese curds as well!
I used to really like this place, but had never eaten here. I'd go back for drinks but will never eat here again. Not only were the portions unreasonably small, the food was just not good. We ordered 5 dishes to split (beef tartare, beet salad, wings, crunchy broccoli, and one other I can't remember). The wings were some of the worst I've had, as in bulk Costco quality. The rest was "meh," but after almost $100 on dinner, my gf and I still stopped at a grocery store on the way home to pick up food for home because we were still very hungry. And we're not exactly "big" people.
The best spot to gather! Met up either friends we hadn't seen for a while with our kids. Friendly staff and always delicious food.
Four small perogies? But the quality of the food generally was very good, service was excellent, and sitting outside was beautiful. Service really made up for it all.
We ordered the Deviled Eggs, the pierogis, a dozen oysters from the east and the west coasts (don’t remember where exactly they were from), a soft shell crab sandwich and baked Mac and Cheese with like pancetta in it! We were full after our three starters and took the rest home! But everything was delicious and worth the $. The waitress did take like 15 minutes to take our order but the food came out so quickly it was like magic! The drinks while good did not have that many options and weren’t very strong. So if you’re looking to get tipsy off of two cocktails- this isn’t the restaurant for you. However I would definitely eat here again.
Temp upstairs was too cold.
Great! It’s was really great!
Always a great experience! Pub and kitchen never disappoints!
Best fries I’ve ever had. Our server was also really friendly and it showed that he really cared how our experience was.
I love this neighborhood gym. Great cocktails, great wine, excellent food. The Ambiance is super fun to!
Celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at pub and kitchen. We had a great time. Food was good and service was wonderful
Great place, food very good
Great pickled board, amazing beet salad, everything was good here.
It should be noted that this review was based on an outdoor table (re: noise, etc.) We very much enjoyed our visit to the P&K. Our sandwiches were quite good, and my chicken sandwich was so large I had to take half of it home. We each had a different craft cocktail, and we were all very impressed by our respective drinks.
Cheese curds are good
Wings are mediocre
My friend liked her burger
Good beer choices
We were so excited when one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants opened once again!
Nice restaurant and quality food. Definitely would go back there.
Food was very salty
The server was nice, she explained the specials with proper descriptions, the food was hit or miss, the appetizers were good, the entrées were just OK, one of us got sandwiches and a roll was horrible and the fries were completely covered with salt.
Pub & Kitchen was always a great place - maybe COVID interrupted a good thing. Don’t get me wrong - still had a nice time but it used to always be a “great” time. As for the food - I rarely point out items I had issues with. I ordered the steak with Hasselback potato. Usually they are little gems - this was a huge potato! Unfortunately that meant it wasn’t done all the way through. My steak was salty and overdone - not to the point of sending it back, but too well for me. My partner’s meal was delicious. Sure I’ll try them again - could’ve been an off night.
Love love love
Great food, just make sure to always offer your bar stool to the grey haired gentlemen.
Pub & Kitchen has a fun, young vibe. We had the calamari appetizer which was excellent as were the mains - the daily special burger and the homemade pasta. Dessert - Apple crumble was not so crumbly and bland. Service was great.
This is a cozy little pub. The atmosphere in the front room is lively but quiet enough to carry on a conversation. We were seated in the back room with a horse theme. We started with fried olives and deviled eggs which were both tasty. I had the mushroom pot pie which may have been a little better with some other veggies in the pie but, very tasty. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips. We had a great waiter and enjoyed the evening. I recommend this restaurant to all.
Great burgers. Not a good brunch.
This was a birthday dinner for my adult son and girlfriend and we chose Pub & Kitchen as it was walking distance for them. We ordered a diverse selection of food and drink and everyone in the party was very satisfied. The wait staff was attentive and pleasant. We will definitely be dining here again
We hadn't been to Pub & Kitchen in a while, I can't remember why we stopped going on a regular basis. The menu choices were fantastic, I think I could come back five days a week and order something different every night. The chicken breast was excellent, as was the burger and the pasta special. Nice choice of wine by the glass. Service was excellent. Pub & Kitchen is back on our heavy rotation.
The staff is always attentive to my sons. This place is child-friendly, but also fun for adults. It is strange to think that Chaucer’s used to be there.
We went to P & K after a week from hell. We really needed a fun night out. Have been to P & K many times as we live in the neighborhood. It NEVER disappoints. We were seated right away (party of 6), server was super attentive the entire night but not in an annoying way. Food was awesome. The menu runs the gamut, we had oysters, great salads, beet humus, fish and chips, and an amazing "smash burger". Every item was really great. They have an awesome beer list that changes often, so its always great to try new beers that you wouldn't otherwise. Highly recommend P &K. Cant wait to go back again!
Solid meal and good service, but the food skewed more toward average and the prices were on the high side. The tables aren't too comfortable.
Lovely cozy pub like restaurant. Great service. It was restaurant week and they gave you a ton of food! I got 4 meals out of my chicken. I would go back to sample the menu. Parking was difficult.
