This was my first visit to Provo FoodBar. Many of the pasta entrees looked interesting so I turned to the waiter to provide some recommendations. I am a big fan of gnocchi and was afraid I might be disappointed at a non-Italian restaurant so I asked the waiter. He recommended it suggesting that they had changed their recipe a couple of weeks earlier and it received good feedback.

I have to say that it was the BEST GNOCCHI I've ever tasted. The texture was so smooth and it was light. Definitely home made! Thanks for your recommendation!

An overall great experience!

Delicious food, great spot for a date. Was quiet when we got there, got a bit busier by 8 but still quiet enough to have conversation. Will definitely return.

Excellent service. The beef carpaccio was delicious. Our two pasta dishes were extremely salty.

The food was great. I was a little disappointed that we were only able to order brunch. When I had looked up the restaurant online, it had a great menu which I was hoping to try.

Great food and service, the only downside was there was no ambient music and I had to listen to the table next to me talk through dinner.

Good ambience, good music. Great selection of local craft beer. The place we not too busy, so it was easy to carry conversations without having to scream at each other. The waitress was very attentive. However, the food definitely can be improved.

This was a good meal with the sole exception that the fries were soggy. The rack of lamb was vy good, the apps were reasonably priced, and bottled cider was a reasonable alternative to wine. And surprisingly there was parking a the door.

Two of us had a pasta dish. Was very tasty. However the other two people had a seafood dish and was not good. The calamari tastes as it was just defrosted and damped in the plate with very little cooking. The risotto, another sea food based dish was not to standards. We brought friend well educated in all what sea food is and they just found it way below standard.

We enjoyed our Sunday lunch there even if we had booked thinking we would be able to enjoy the full menu when it turned out that only a brunch menu was available. The service was great and the brunch was equally nice and a bit different to the typical ones you can get anywhere. We liked the atmosphere of the place.

We had an enjoyable meal at Provo as we thought we would try someplace new. The food and service were very good. The atmosphere was somewhat lacking which took away from the overall experience. Very good value and would be a good place for a bite if you were visiting the AGO.

Unfortunately I picked a meal that I would never normally eat in a restaurant ... Rigatoni and steak. The meat was just bad... Tough and chewy... Just unappetizing. Apps were very good, though, as was the beer and company. I might give it another try as it's close to work with limited other places around.

This was my second time at Provo. Service is fantastic and food was great! I actually had the same dish on both visits (salmon fillet on bed of veggies). The first time, it was cooked perfectly and I had no complaints. This time however the veggies (and potatoes) were a bit greasy and I could taste the oil (stale maybe) they were cooked in. I ate everything anyway, so it wasn't too bad but not as good as the first round. I will likely be back to this resto.

It was an early week night so the place was quiet. The server was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and appropriately attentive. We sampled some of the
crostini's and both had the turkey burgers. It was tasty & filling but nothing outstanding. Good value for the price.

Positive feature is the low noise level and friendly servers. Food has unexpected tastes and chef definitely has a unique style. Ambiance has an industrial feel. I would say the price for the portions is higher compared to other restaurants in the area.

Not tapas anymore but we shared 3 apps, three mains and four desserts. All very good My favorite the seafood jumbolaya served spivey!! Except the tiramisu. Ladyfingers should be soaked in rum/espresso, and very good marscapone in the filling.
