   It was not the first time for us to dine here. However, something seemed off. There was no bartender for at least 10 minutes and when she did come by it took another 5 minutes to give her our order. The waitresses we’re running back and forth without any order. When we were seated (on time) it took 10 minutes before we found out who our waitress was and she said she would with us soon. Another 10 minutes followed and we finally gave her our drink order. She came back in 10 min to take our order and she said our drinks would be out soon. Well, that too a bit more than 10 more minutes. And that is how the rest of evening progressed. Our food was good as usual but I have never experienced this time of service here. We like bringing friends here and I hope our evening was an anomaly. Thanks

   Food was tremendous. Our waitress was super. When you first enter, it seems a bit chaotic and the staff appears a little overwhelmed but I would not hesitate to eat here again. Granted it was a Saturday night! Great bar in the back, lots of families, authentic Italian! Can’t wait to go back.

    had reservations for 6 pm ,arrived at 5;50 pm .only available table was next to stage, was cold, drafty, no light to read menu, and table was very rocky, waitress had to place multiple sugar packs to stop table from rocking. over 35% of menu was unavailable. had long wait for food due to short handed. Received coupon by email, presented to waitress, and she never applied to bill.

    One of our favorite restaurants to go to in the area!! Best Italian food around and we have never been disappointed!! Have great Chicken/eggplant Parm, chicken french. Their steaks are also very good!! If you go, please be patient with them as they have been short staffed and we're extremely busy being near the holidays! Just enjoy the atmosphere, the music (when they have it) and the food. Just don't be in a hurry. Great place!!

    First time customer. We will definitely return. The food was excellent. Soup, bread and salad were delicious. My pasta dish was very flavorful and piping hot. Nice "Sinatra" live vocals during dinner.

    The food is always good at Prosecco. Price is right and the no corking fee on Tuesdays and Thursdays, along with a band on Thursday, make this a great place for dinner.

    Food and service always the best. The live music is too loud. Wait time for our meal was unusually long…50 minutes. We’ll go back but it will be on a night without music.

    They were out of a lot of dishes. My meal was very bland terrible. I ordered the special of crab and lobster ravioli. I couldn't even eat it. The vodka sauce was watery. My fiancee got the chicken french. Again, no flavor of french sauce. So disappointed as I was bringing 2 friends there for their bday dinners at my suggestion. We were the last ones in the place yet only had reservations at 7:30 and it was like 9:30 and they were already cleaning up and shutting down. They also didn't have a candle for the cake for their bdays. But the waitress was a good sport and held a lighter up.

    Prosecco is an underrated gem. Awesome staff right as you walk in the door from the hostess to our waitress. Food portions were very generous and served ar the appropriate temperature. Appetizers were the best party of our meal. Everything was visually appealing and tasted wonderful. We took advantage of no corkage fees and brought our own wine in. We love being able to do that. Nice live entertainment as well. We highly recommend Prosecco.

    We booked an early birthday dinner for six and were seated and served promptly. We were immediately informed that several items on the menu would not be available due to a staff shortage in the kitchen. We were disappointed to be left without pizza or calzone, manicotti, lasagna options but there were enough other menu items that we weren't too bothered by it. We ordered appetizers for the table, not knowing that our entrees were going to be enormous. The calamari was only rings, no tentacles, which disappointed several of us as they were both clearly listed on the menu. The rice balls were okay, a bit soggy but with a nice marinara sauce. The artichoke hearts were larger than hearts and soaked in lemon butter sauce so the breading was soggy but tasty. The salads were unremarkable. The bread was very good and was served warm. All of the pasta entrees were huge and mostly filled with pasta. The 2 meatballs on the spaghetti were very big as well, enough food for 2-3 meals. The NY Strip steak was nicely seasoned and grilled a bit more medium than medium-rare (asked for no sauce) but the enormous amount of steak fries were too much. Maybe a quarter of the fries plus a steamed veg or potato would have been nice. Good wine selection and the service was good although a bit rushed. We could have taken more time between courses to relax a bit. When the musician began singing, we all noticed that he was playing country and folk music rather than jazz which was odd for a restaurant that has "Jazz Bar" in its name. All in all this was a relatively pleasant dining experience but not stellar. A for effort; C for execution.

    Prosecco is a destination restaurant. We travel to the area several times per year and always make sure to eat there. Even on this stormy night, the place was filled. We were treated to a jazz pianist playing a keyboard. He was fantastic and set the mood! Our server, Stacey, was friendly, professional, attentive, and very helpful. A great ambassador! Now, for the food. The mussel appetizer was wonderful with a zesty red sauce. My chicken marsala had a rich wine sauce chock-full of mushrooms and artichokes. Perfectly seasoned. My husband's manicotti was smooth and sublime! The owner stopped by each table, including ours. She made us feel very special. The personal attention something we don't often experience in restaurants these days. WE CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN!

    Service was outstanding with no rushing us. The Fra Diavolo was spicy as promised with the shrimp perfectly cooked, not tough at all. We have lemon cake as dessert which was creamy and wonderful taste. We will be back.

    We had the 8oz fillet and loaded baked potato. You could cut the filet with a fork ahs excellent flavor. Service was very good. Josh was very attentive to our needs!

    Food looked amazing but looks are deceiving as one of the dishes was horrible. The sauce in the spaghetti and meatballs was loaded with way to much garlic which tasted raw and minced. I could not eat it and should have returned it but the wait for food was so long that it wasn’t worth it. The meatballs were not as good as they used to be. Totally different texture and flavor. Seems like it was a pre made typical meatball recipe rather than the original homemade recipe they used to make. We had reservations and arrived early but still had to wait beyond our reservation time. Apparently they sat walk-ins ahead of us. The lady jazz singer was obnoxiously overzealous and ruined the atmosphere. We have seen her perform there before. It was as if she was drunk off her a** and probably was. This venue is no longer on my list of dinner options due to inconsistent quality the past few visits.
