Can’t beat the ambience and evening view of the sunset and valley. Food is consistently great. Seasonal menu always brings new drinks and menu changes.

We keep returning to this friendly restaurant with a beautiful view of Pinnacle Peak. The food and service are always wonderful.

My boyfriend and I had a phenomenal dinner at Proof the other night. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a beautiful sunset, fantastic service (waitress’s name was Allie!), and incredible food. The seared salmon and brisket special were both to die for. Loved the whole vibe, live music, and ambience. Next time we’re in Phoenix we’ll definitely be back!

Food quite good but not particularly imaginative & hummus appetizer didn’t work. Rude hostess, not my fault you don’t have my Open Table rez that I booked a month ago for Easter dinner, YOUR problem , not mine. Good atmosphere (except for the ubiquitous TVs), and spectacular views from the deck. Wait staff were absolutely on point (in fact, they are Proof’s biggest asset). EXCELLENT service, though that hostess needs to go.

Food was poor - pulled pork sandwiches had little pork and the accompanying coke slaw was bland. Overall a sub standard Four Seasons experience.
Choice of wines by the glass was also poor.

Always have a great experience at Proof Four Seasons Scottsdale. Wait staff is very accommodating.

Lively restaurant. Good food and fun atmosphere. We were surprised how many young families were there.

Proof was out of the first two items I tried to order on the menu?? Service was excellent but what is going on in the kitchen. Four star resort, I don’t think so.

Great views. Solid service. Uninspiring food. Hamburger was decent, but not great. Lobster roll was just OK. 3 for an early dinner spent $180. We had 5 cocktails, but the final tab was way more than the experience was worth.

Wait staff was attentive and fashion forward. Food was excellent. We’ll definitely be back. Desert dining at its best!

Fun food, well presented and tasty

We have been here many times. The burning of the mesquite in outdoor pots is too overwhelming. The smell permeates this restaurant and the next day your clothes and
hair smell like the wood. Not a good thing. I would not burn this wood anywhere close to
this restaurant. Most of our experience has been with lunch-no wood burning then. I understand the desert thing but this is just unpleasant. We would not go to this restaurant in
the evening again because of this.

We love Proof! Nice atmosphere and great service. The food is very good, too. We had the salmon with the Arizona salad. One of the healthy, happy menu items.

Everything perfect!! Brad took great care of us and the staff’s service was impeccable. Pretzel knots are remarkable!! The chicken marsala special was fantastic!!! Topped with Home made ice cream Proof is a proven winner!!! Ps. By the way, Giovanni is always there to provide an extra special positive touch!!!

The service was excellent. The food was a bit heavy for dinner. Lunch menu is much better.

We enjoyed our favor entree Pmegrante Glazed Salmon served with Crispy Kale on a bed of lentils. We also ordered their Blue Cheese Cole Slaw. Both are outstanding. We saved room for Proof’s weekend special dessert - Peacan Pie served with Whuskey infused vanilla ice cream ! Fantastic !!!

The food and ambiance were nice for a casual restaurant. We enjoyed the evening. We were disappointed that we could not get to the restaurant from the lobby of the hotel. We had to walk a dimly lit rocky pathway to the restaurant.

We were in town for a holiday and decided to try out the Four Seasons for dinner. We appreciated the valet service, were seated at a lovely outdoor table, and had excellent service. The food was delicious, the desert was amazing. I had the girl guide brownie and it was so good! The staff were all very friendly and it was an enjoyable atmosphere for a fun night out.

It’s our “go to” spot when we need a great date night. ABRIELLE is the best server in the industry!

We went to Proof for our wedding anniversary and the staff made our dinner a really special experience -- we had the perfect table to watch the sunset and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner and bottle of wine. We will definitely be back for regular date nights, happy hours and girls nights.

Proof has something for everyone I myself love their Arizona veggie salad with a piece of salmon -excellent

On our last night in Scottsdale wanted to go someplace close to my brother-in-law’s new winter home. It wasn’t crowded which could have been from it being a Sunday evening, the same night as the Grammy’s or the large groups of buses taking guests somewhere else that night.
It was nice and quiet for my father-in-law who at 85 has problems hearing in large groups.
My draft beer was reasonably priced but the mixed drinks at $12 fr a rum and coke seemed a bit steeped.
My Arizona Garden Salad with the herbed chicken was very good as was everyone else’s meals.

Made reservation but did not really seem to matter. Ask for outside seat but told would be another 15 minutes. Not much of an experience could do as well at Chain restaurant

My problem was the food: We had a reservation on Christmas Day for dinner. I ordered a Ribeye Steak and received a Prime Rib. I was told when the server delivered the food that here was my prime rib, I stopped him and said I ordered a ribeye steak and he said it was the same thing in their restaurant. It had been smoked and I didn't like the texture or the flavor and it was covered with horseradish sauce, which I Hate. (The sauce was not mentioned in the description of the dish on the menu. It was gross.) The server took it away and I reordered a pulled pork sandwich instead. It was quite spicy which I do not like so we ended up having our meals boxed up and we left, Disappointed. We thought maybe we would see homeless people that we could gift the meal to but instead we just went to our hotel and threw the whole meal out the next morning. A waste of a $100 Christmas meal budget. Would never try this restaurant again. The servers were fine, the meals were unsatisfactory. The prime rib was removed fro my bill and the sandwich was billed instead.

Second time we have had Christmas dinner here . Scenery is amazing, food is delicious and service is outstanding. Also, great for kids as atmosphere is comfortable.

We went for Christmas Eve. Most of the food was burnt.

Only problems was I got a draft beer at happy hour and it was $10.

This was our first time to Proof. The food was delicious, and the service was very good. We asked to be moved from our first table as we were close to the outdoor seating, and it was cold. We were moved to a very nice table and enjoyed our food and the evening. The music was nice. We would return.

Overall this restaurant is a dud for dinner. A few things made the experience a bad one: milkshakes, cocktails and menu. Being "known for our milkshakes" is beyond us. Ice cream tasted HORRIBLE! We ordered a milkshake and two scoops of ice cream hoping to indulge but ended up leaving it all uneaten. Same with the cocktails. We're big craft cocktail fans and these cocktails sounded like they'd taste amazing yet they were awful. The waitress suggested I try one of her favorites and if I didn't like it she'd get a different one. I told her it was not good and moved on to try her second suggestion... yet, she still charged us for the first $15 drink?! The second drink was also awful and didn't taste anything like it's description; it's hard to mess up a mule. Actually, most of the food was missing the mark and extremely overpriced for what it is. We had amazing food while in Scottsdale. This is not one of those places. Don't bother.

The ambiance sitting outside is incredible. The service is outstanding and the food is very good (not outstanding) and is a bit pricey. However, it's a great dining experience and overall we loved it. We will be going back!

We LOVE Proof and it’s been our go-to bar/restaurant for the 3 years we’ve been back in Arizona! We live across the street and most of the staff knows us by name!
