Boiler House at Pearl
Located at the historic Pearl Brewery, Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden occupies one of the three remaining original structures on the Pearl campus. Constructed in 1894, it housed three enormous boilers which powered the adjacent brewery. Boiler House represents a mix of historical significance and forward-thinking food and wine culture. The original boilers have been painstakingly preserved and incorporated into the design of the restaurant. The Boiler House offers numerous event venues available for private/corporate functions. A beautiful mezzanine overlooks the bar and dining area, while upstairs features an array of private/semi-private event spaces that can accommodate from 9 to 290 people. Two distinct areas on the ground floor can be used as semi-private dining and entertainment spaces, and the patio is always available for an alfresco event. For a grand event, the entire facility can be used and accommodate up to 290 people.

The Aquarium

If fish could fly! Our Second-floor Aquarium Table has glass walls and an open ceiling to create that see-and-be-seen feeling while maintaining privacy from others. The hand-carved wooden conference table is built with a base using the original beer-brewing jacks from the Pearl Brewery.
