Pittsburgh Blue Executive Chef Anthony Leonhardi began his career at 15 years of age working at various restaurants around Minneapolis. His culinary passion came from his both of grandmas who would both cook for all of the family gatherings. Chef Leonhardi has been with Parasole for a decade spending time in both Salut and Pittsburgh Blue.
